Hello all my Brothers and Sisters in Christ here in Gaia.
My name is John Smith and I am 32.
I grew up in Louisiana most of my life but Hurracan Katrina force my family and I to NH.
I have been saved in Christ for about 6.5 years now.
I am an Non-Denominational Christian.

How I Receved Christ & What I Learn As A Christian
My sister father-in-law ask me to join him to go to the Men's Network at there church in Louisiana. I had no plans that night and I like his family so I said yes. At the Men's Network they were talking about getting on the boat with Jesus and having an personal relationship with Him.
I told Jesus (to myself) if he want me to turn my life around and accept him he have to make me. By that time they started calling for anyone who wanting to be saved through Jesus come up to the front. At that moment I was push from behind. I looked around and there was no one there. I took that push from Jesus making me and went up to except Him.
By that Sunday I went to church and made sure I did it properly by accepting Jesus. When they call for an alter call I went up again and confess Jesus my Lord and Saviour.

As of Sept. 2002 I have been an Christian. This what I have learned so far:
1) True Christianity not a Religion it's a Relationship with Jesus.
2) Lot easier to sin then do what right.
3) Loving one another easier said then done.
4) Confessing you are a Christian put you under microscope.
5) The hardship you face will make you stronger for the future.
6) Reading the bible everyday is very important. (even I admit I don't do it everyday.)
7) Saying Yes to Jesus mean less of me more of Him.
8 ) When you pray to Jesus for something there always one of these three answers; NO, Yes, and Wait.
9) Alway pray that Your (Jesus) Will Be Done not Mine.
10) Surround yourself with other Christians will help you in your walk with Christ.
11) John 3:16-18 is a very important verses in my life. JOHN 3:16-18 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.

hi my name is Travis and I am 16 years old with a drivers permit, and a bank account. I live in North Carolina, and I was born in Tennessee. I have lived in North Carolina all my life (except for times I have stayed a few days out of state) but mostly I have lived in NC. my faith first started at a very young age. I got saved at 10 or 11 years old, I have had struggled every since then and now I seem to be gaining great control over my struggles. one of my greatest struggles would have to be pornography and sex. but I have been taking steps to gain great control over it and now I have gone at least 4 weeks strong and only fall once every month. but I am cutting it down and gaining great control over my self. my faith has its strong points and its week points. my strongest would be your language when ever your around me watch what you say if you take God or Jesus' name in vain I will jump all over you about it. my week point would have to reading my Bible, but hopefully with soppourt I will begin to read it more. well that's enough about me for now. I am here so I can gain soppourt and advice from fellow Christians who understand the same struggles I have been in and can help me get stronger in my faith. if you want any more information, pm me or comment me. I always reply

Hi there! I won't give out my real name...the whole privacy thing, you know. But you can call me Heart or Fallon if you want. (penname!) i'm 13 years old and I was only recently saved, last month or so. I had always believed in God but my belief had wavered after reading about other gods, and about doubting him when bad things began to happen. But then my dad bought me a bible that was easier to understand, and I read it, and accepted Jesus into my life. My faith hasn't wavered since. And since I can't go to church very often, and it's strange for me to talk about religion with adults, this seemed like a great opportunity to find believers my age. I like reading, writing, drawing, and surfing the internet, volleyball, basketball, softball, and taking walks in the woods. I don't like people who are racist, who talk down to others, who insult something that they don't even know about, and know-it-alls. Thanks for letting me join!

Tell us your name, age, where you're from, and a bit about yourself! If you like, you could also tell us a bit about your faith journey!

My name is Brandi (never call me that, please ^_^)

Age: 22

From: Houston, Texas!

About myself: Well, something I feel everyone should know about me right off, is that I'm bipolar (type 1), epilepyic, and I suffer from a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) so, if I ask for specifics, need clarifaction.....ect...it's probably due to the bipolar or the brain injury.

My Walk with God: I was raised in an SDA church, but Senior Year of HS, my band director died. Everyone was talking about how he was in Heaven. But, as an SDA, I was a believer in Soul Sleep therefore I thought we'd see him in Heaven, but he'd be "asleep" until the Second Coming of Christ. This caused me to convert to what many SDA "lovingly" refer to as Sunay-Keeping-Christian and since then, my walk with God got stronger.

Then, after my motorcycle accident (which caused the TBI), Chris and I got closer with both each otherand, more importantly, God.

Things have been great ever since.

Hello, I am Tony, and I live a life of sin, conviction, doubt and intellectual obstacles. I am at a crossroads in life spiritually, having a Pagan background of my own doing, and having employment with a Pagan organization.

Throughout my life I've not known what "truth" is. I've only known what I felt inside, a higher calling of some sort to always take a higher road, and do what I can that is best for all, or that would bring about the most good. Unfortunately, I have sometimes done away with this calling, and left myself to my own devices, thinking it only imprinted in me from my childhood. But time and time again I am seeing that that may not be the case.

In recent biblical research, I have seen that at the time of judgment, those whom have not had the chance to know Christ will be judged according to how they lived with what truth was revealed to them, as the Bible expicitly states that none are without excuse. I wonder then, why I had to be given a life so conflicted as to know that having knowledge of Jesus, if I deny him, I will be judged more harshly than those that did not, if I do not accept him now before the period of the Rapture. If I do not, then after the Rapture, during the time of tribulation, I will have a chance to redeem myself and become a Christian again, after witnessing the works. Still, that is not something I enjoy thinking of.

I'm not sure where my natural inclination for understanding where Jesus came from as a person stems, but I can relate to his troubles, as going through high school I was much like a rock for many, and sometimes had to seemingly tell someone they were forgiven of their mistakes before they would believe it themselves. It was rather sad, but who am I to forgive anyone, but one that makes transgressions myself?

In my attraction to holy figures, I've always had a great love of holy avengers. Billy Lee Black from Xenogears, both Vash and Nicholas D. Wolfwood of Trigun, Connor, Murphy and Noah "Il Duce" McManus from Boondock Saints as well. Religious vigilantes excite me. Yes, I suppose you could count Alucard from Helsing.

I'm just uncertain if my soul is tame to live a Christian life, or if Jesus would accept me wanting to live by "Destroy all that which is evil, so that which is good may flourish." I feel like a barbaric soul at times that belongs in maybe 8th or 9th century Scandinavia, or perhaps even Iceland, where the Norse gods were last worshipped.

I've got many questions for God, and wonder if my heart will be enough to make myself worthy of standing before him. I admit I'm a lost, confused and sinful person. I don't know a person who isn't, for we all fall short of his glory. Some more than others I suppose. But, at the very least, here I am before all of you being honest. Don't expect any lies from me after reading this, for what would I have to hide? Thanks for reading.
