What exactly is broadcasts?

Captains and Vice Captains only to do the mass pm'ing... not regular crew.... Let's keep a tight reins on the guild account and the mass pm'ing.

That one is a no brainer, or should be.

Its really wierd... Its totally useless to have the checkbox for
both captains and vice captains, because vice captains can go in and
change it as they please... What a usless box... stare

I wondered that too. That, and why 'moderators'? o_O That one seems pointless, and likely to cause glitches if the crew (if you allow crew) or VC is a Gaia moderator and one of the ones allowed to send broadcasts, but moderators was unchecked.

Hmmm, I just checked out my guild settings... And moderators isnt listed.
But if it is the GIM feature, I wonder how moderators would even be able
to interact...

They may have fixxed the moderator listing thing... That or it could be a
glitch with some other guilds...
