My first one was on Moltres in Victory Road on Blue Version. I saw him and went,"HOLY CRAP!!! LEVEL 50!!!" I tried to catch it, but after it owned half my team, I master ball'd it. I was six.

I remember my friend spent it on a goldeen like three times so he could teach it waterfall on the way to indigo plateau. I forget what I spent mine on, probably on something stupid.

Of course, I used my first master ball on good ol' Mewtwo! XD
In Diamond, I believe I used it on...Cresselia. Only because Chasing her was the most annoying thing ever. @_@

Never use your Masterball of Palkia or Dialga. They have some of the highest catch rates of any legendary.

Wait, nobody used theirs on an Abra?
My first time in Blue, I didn't know about Mewtwo, so I thought the Masterball would be best for that sneaky turd. >_>

Used it on Missigno. Even at very young, we knew about it. I went through at least 100 Tentacools for it. I had it for about a week before it broke my game.
BTW, it only knew water gun.
And it was lvl. 70.
