I cant stand button mashing. Its so cheap, Im good at most fighting games but when my little brother of someone who donst know anything about the combos, they always win. It just makes me mad and get that much better to try and beat them.

first thing, when someone doesn't know how to do combos usuallybutton mashes until they get the hang of combos and once they learn that they try to use it as much as possible, which makes them easy prey unless they can pull off the combo.

i usually button mash unless i know how to play the game
like the dbz games,at i know how to play so i don't mash

but something like tekken i'm always eddie
or the character for button mashers

Indeed. And for everyone that has griped about Soulcalibur being a breeding ground for button mashers, I have this to say: learn to Guard Impact, and you'll have button mashers begging for mercy. And, personally, I think that turtles are much more annoying than button mashers.
