Thats from Pumpkin Fest. Some party in September every year in my town. Its great, my band teacher(s) play, all my graduated friends are there, its awesome. There are shops, food, music (not rap!) and whatsnot.

$2.50 for the hat thats bulbs glew red. I still have it. =D
