You're getting sight and touch mixed up. I'm not saying appearance isn't important, especially to men. I'm saying that there are deeper, more instinctual things at work that you're not consciously aware of in a social situation. Bear in mind, there's a huge difference between real life interactions and looking at a picture on a computer screen. 3nodding

*chuckles* That's true my trains of thought sometimes do arrive late, if they arrive at all. *nods* I wouldn't doubt that. However, I think purple is saying there are other things there that draw your attention in the first place that you aren't aware of for example say some smell that you don't even realize is there which causes you to unexpectedly turn your head to "happen" to catch sight of the beautiful vixen on legs. At least that's my understanding of what she's saying.

*shakes head* And you shouldn't be looking for perfection man. I mean seriously who would want to be paired with a perfect person? You'd always be flawed compared to your partner. Not to mention what is considered perfection? Back in the old days it was a robust woman now days it's sticks with T&A. "Perfection" for a woman changes constantly and even then is it really perfection or simply what we find pleasing to our eyes?

Yes there are more things at work, then just sight.
But I'm talking consciously here, smell is more subconscious.
(at least for me it is - I usually don't like strong scents)

As for that perfection thing you said moonracer...
huh - I hadn't thought of it that way.
But as they say, perfection is in the eye of the beholder.
