The most powerful part of the ability gained only buy a master of this bloodline. allowing most waterto be frozen instantly even being able to freze body parts of the opponent's body but only parts with smaller areas for example arms and legs can but heads and bodys no.
this allows the user to create techniques unheard of before .

The user's eye tomas began to spin and the wind Rain and Snow strom begins to pick up eventually causeing great ammounts of damage.

There are a couple things needed to obtain enternal mangekyou. The first is by stealing a mangekyou users eyes, when one already has mangekyou, thus combining them into an ultimate sharingan. In which the user will not go blind from using the mangekyou techniques. the 2nd is by copying 8 jutsus in mangekyou form



This mangekyo provides a sort of shield made from pure chakra, it is fire from the users eye and can stop any attack ( even an amateratsu), the other benefit from this eye is it's ability to see a counter in any physical move done to the user, the counter is not always an offensive move, but it does protect the user from danger.

Background: Hero was born among the Saiz but was kidnapped and brought to the leaf. His parents went to the leaf and killed the kidnappers with their dear friends, The Shimizu's. Unfortunately hero's parents were killed during the battle and requested that hero was raised as one of the leaf Shimizu's and so he was. When he was 14 he became the anbu commander of the leaf but then left the leaf at age 16 to join the akatsuki after awhile came the war. Hero had lost against the moon kage and froze himself to spare two leaf squads and to save his life after two more years past he was found by a leaf jounin who gave his life to restore hero's. He was then kicked out of the akatsuki at the age of 21 and joined the mist later to betray them and become the akatsuki leader and stepped down to spend time with his wife and become a mist sannin.

Character Description
Looks: Light, silver-blue hair, with striking yellow eyes, Koushin is a sight that can prove to be intimidating to his enemies. The glasses are just for looks. They're actually fake, being only plastic lens, instead of glass.

Personality: Niikimi Koushin is the calm type. Koushin speaks in a soft voice usually, and he also tries to deliver his words in the most blunt way possible, to reduce the risk of misunderstanding the meaning and intent of words, regardless if the person on the receiving end is close to him or not. When outraged by something, usually someone close to him being hurt, Koushin becomes cool and stoic, but will do mostly whatever it takes to rescue whoever else is involved.

Background: Niikimi Koushin was born in Kirigakure no Sato, to a small family. His mother died during child birth, and his father became an obnoxious drunk, leaving Koushin in the care of his neighbors for days upon end. This led Koushin to resent his father, having a deep-seated hatred that spanned quite a few years. At the age of ten, he enrolled into Kirigakure's Academy, intent on becoming a Genin. His ability to absorb and retain knowledge helped him greatly, even though his body was slim, and therefore unsuited to physical combat in the way his other comrades would be. Because of this, Koushin had turned to the other arts of the Shinobi life-style. Genjutsu in particular. Around this time, his Father had finally cleaned up his act, and was trying his best to make amends. Koushin had let emotion rule him at first, but eventually relented when he saw just how sincere his father was.

At the age of thirteen, having 'failed' the graduation tests just once before, Koushin intends of doing his best and actually succeeded, not just for his father, but for himself, and to the future.

Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
