The necromancer sighed and looked down at the feet belonging to his legs.. "Is the power within me yet?" As this was said a faint chill seeped into the room, emanating from the wizard. A faint chittering was heard, as if laughter, the sound of the empty carapaces of insectile creatures scratching against each other, followed by real laughter, that of a child; driven mad by the horror of her own death.... After a moment, with the power firmly in hand, symbols appeared around him, gleaming in a whitish blue light, radiant, the symbols sent a sickness to the stomach, the laughter growing all the time, the chill uncomfortable now.. They danced around the king, joyously gamboling in the game of gods.. The spell took place, the process began.

Defaeco felt the power surging through him. The age powered him like it was supposed to. This was his birthright. But then, the unexpected happened. His vision was getting blurry. "Wha... WHAT!?" he screamed as his eyes went dark. Then they seemed to go out like a screen. A light was forming in the center, a golden light. It covered his entire eyes, and then it started to form into a regular eye. The iris was gold, and the pupil was as usual black. But Defaeco still couldn't see. Defaeco couldn't move no matter how hard he tried. A barrier was formed between him and Drasta preventing any attack towards him. Defaeco had fallen to his knees, and it looked as if he had grown 6 inches through the aging process. It was finally over as the barrier ceased and he could move again. He held his hands out as a signal to not attack. Two mages walked forward, teleporting Drasta out as promised. Defaeco stood, and where his black staff was, a white staff had taken it's place. His black cape had turned golden, his red vest was golden, and so were his baggy pants. His hair was longer, white, with golden streaks. He was still amazingly pale, but the arrows under Defaeco's eyes had disappeared. Shoulder armor had formed from nothing, along with an armlet and three small bands on his forearm. They were golden. He lifted his white staff with the golden orb and looked over towards the two. He couldn't see them, but he knew they were there. There was a prescense he felt.
There was a surprisingly calm aura around the room even though the King had gone blind. This was the surprising birthright and he would have to accept it. Defaeco held his weapon, then smiled. He wasn't told to do this, but knew he had to. There was only way one way for him to figure out the power of his legendary birthright. "Xellane and Naru. We head to The Oracle in three days."
[Defaeco receives 3 points for the aging process.]

"Xellane... all will be revealed by the oracle," he said turning his head, giving a kind smile. He was himself, but seemed to be much more caring and able to see into a person, without well, seeing. "Now I know that we all need our sleep, because I know it has been a while. Tomorrow, we will train for the long journey ahead!" he exclaimed as he threw his arm up with his staff. With a quick turn, Defaeco headed up the stairs past the confounded servant. Poor guy, all the servants ended up like that, in the great castle, Diabolus Moenia, the castle with walls of gold.

Defaeco walks into an armory at the bottom of the castle, dragging his hand along the wall. He knew what his powers were, his new amazing powers. It was like 360 degrees. He could see everything with his mind. He could feel the ground shake with a higher aptitude than before. Everything had enhanced. But not only that, but he had changed. He had dawned the clothes of the Kings. Below was an ancient "button" or so it seemed like it, that had an immense power. One never used by any of the Kings. It held the power to... well... Defaeco didn't really exactly know. HE just knew he had the power to do it. Reckless, yet, many of the kings knew before and wanted it. His eyes could see nothing, but using his senses, he felt the knights above, worried when he entered the certain room of the armory. He continued to rub his right hand along the wall beside him, feeling the forever clean marble. He knew it was ahead, for it's power was resonating with... was it light? Or was it darkness? It was something else, a hellish yet heavenly element. Upon reaching it, he rubbed his hand across the hole, feeling the curves, not even having to feel inside to know what he had to do. His staff's snake like body always had a feel like a screw, and now he knew why. Defaeco took it from his back, hoping not to loose the powerful weapon. It had a sentimental value, or the most sentimental value he was ever to be able to understand anyways.
He placed his staff on top of the hole and without him doing anything, it seemed to merge inward quickly. It spun, at a very high speed, and once it hit the bottom, the pedestal that it had spun in to... broke into for pieces. The staff was intact, and Defaeco didn't feel any change. He waited for a few seconds until he heard a rumbling noise. The staff was spinning yet again, but when it did, stairs started to appear, coming from where the pedestal had fallen. It was a spiral staircase, a steep one at that. Defaeco moved his head side to side, realizing that none of his spirit knights planned on coming in. They knew what it was... and it scared them. He didn't care though. He finally reached the bottom, grabbing the staff from the end of the spiral staircase. It spun back up, making an eerie grinding noise. "...Oh dear," he muttered under his breath. There was no way out. He heard the pedestal clicking back into place, but then there was silence. An eerie darkness. He could feel no presence of the castle above.
Defaeco knelt down and touched the grimy floor with all ten fingers. He instantly received a layout of the entire room. It spread... the entire width of the castle! It was a huge room, and the height of the ceiling was enormous. But... he didn't go down many stairs. What the hell... he thought to himself. 20 stairs didn't make anything this huge. And it seemed to still be growing and it seemed that scenery was growing. WHERE AM I!? he screamed in his thoughts. It was getting hotter. He felt fire. The floor was cracking, disappearing around him, until... his eyes opened. He could see. He looked around and he saw... Hell. But that wasn't the scary part. It was what was 100 feet across from him that scared him. His father.

"Fufufu," he laughed in his immensely deep voice. It made the ground below vibrate. What was he? Some may ask this, but the one across him, Defaeco, knew. He was what all the dead became in their family. They knew it, because this was the true right of passage. Meeting your father. And what he had become? He had become like the castle. He had turrets for arms, a drawbridge on his stomach, and no legs, just a floating mass of what looked like lands. The turret for his hand broke apart, revealing stone like hands, and two b*****d swords appeared in his these stone hands. The odd thing was, his head was the same. His head was on a floating castle body. But they eyes were evil, like the man himself. "Defaeco... boy... do you actually think you can defeat me? It matters not what power you have gained, you will always be an immature fool. You thought killing me would stop me! HOW WRONG YOU ARE!" he exclaimed making the stalagmite ceiling of hell shudder, making me of the stalagmites fall to the ground. The reason for his exclamation was because of in this right of passage, if the father won, he would be revived.

Naru sighed. He wasn't sure what it was that had finally brought him back to this castle, where the once-little king lived. He had given up on his search for his young apprentice, and had found nothing better to do, so just set off walking in a random direction. And this is where it had taken him. He sensed something dark was going on inside, but didn't want to to risk putting himself into any unneeded trouble. "Still though..." he thought to himself, "Maybe the little King will need my help. After all, it's been awkwardly silent lately..you never know what's happening here in this realm..." That said, he raised a few objects from the shadows; a tent, some fire, a chair or two, and sat himself down, waiting for something, anything, to happen and break the silence.
