Saotome jsut stood there, as the girl rambled. He then stopped her."Rini, I didn't mean to scare you." He flicked a switch next to the wall. the lights turned out, filling the house with a more safer and protecting presence. He could tell that she had a nightmare. Suchiro ran and jumped up next to Rini. She then sat next to Rini, tail twiching abit. She was in a playful mood. Saotome then went to a closet door and pulled out a kimono for men. He put the kimono on, not tying the robe. He then made his way around the living room of the house, eating and finishing the riceball. He opened a door that lead to his guest room.
"Rini follow me. I think a change of cloths and a nice shower might do you some good." He then opened up a closet door, that lead to a small room filled with female kimonos and everything you would need."Dress in a nice kimono. I think you deserve to spoil yourself. Or...." He then looked aorund."Well its kinda all i have as for women's cloths. They are my sisters. She doesn't live in Mist anymore and she send me her Kimono's for safe keeping. As for your shower, i can show you the way." He then summoned two clones made of water. Both of the clones had appeard from the pond in the garden. Suchiro then jumped from the couch. The two clones had then transformed into Kunochi."These kunochi will guard the door so that no one will interfear with your relaxing bath or shower if prefered. I Dont have much as in feminin hair porducts, but i do have Green Tea Tree hair products. They are for woman, but it works great for my hair. If you chose to go home, that is fine with me. once your all done, another clone will be in the kitchen and you may ask him for food. He shall cook whatever you want." He had explained alot of stuff. |

Rini relaxed slightly when Saotome turned the lights on and she could see that there really was nothing in the shadows around the room. She was far from being afraid of the dark or believing that monsters lurked in her closet, but after such a nightmare . . . the mind played tricks -- imagined things that were not real. The girl gently pulled Suchiro into her lap, stroking the cat's fur and taking comfort from the warmth and the living heartbeat against her skin. This was real. The dream was not. Suchiro was real. Saotome was real. The shadow creature was not.
When the cat jumped off of her lap, Rini rose and followed Saotome into the guest room, listening to his explanations. She smiled faintly and gratefully. "Thank you, Saotome-san. This is -- very kind of you. My home is still being rebuilt, so I usually stay either at the dojo or with Luna and Sun, but I don't know what their honeymoon plans are, so I didn't want to risk getting in their way." She started to step into the bathroom but stopped and looked back at him. "Ne, Saotome-san? Do you have any plans for the next few days . . . or however long their honeymoon lasts . . . ?" |

Rini smiled brightly at Saotome's offer of a place to stay and someone with which to train -- him! Granted, that was what she was going to hesitantly ask, unsure if she was overstepping some unspoken boundary by going to someone else to train when she already had two teachers . . . though Saotome had been her first sensei, so was it so wrong? It would be a good distraction and use of her time while she was waiting for Luna and Yun to return, anyway. "Thank you, Saotome-s-sensei." It was a little strange to say, she noted, as she turned and headed for the shower. After all, when he had been her teacher in the Academy, he had gone by a different name.
The girl quickly took a shower, letting the warm water relax her and wash away the remaining tension and fear from her nightmare. That's all it was, she assured herself. A dream. A nightmare. Nothing more. Not real. When at last her nerves were at ease, she exited the shower, dried off, and carefully dressed in a simple, midnight-blue kimono with a pale blue obi. After brushing out her hair and twisting it up into a bun -- held in place by the flowered comb Saotome had gifted her -- Rini moved slowly out to the garden to join her host.
She stood at the edge of the balcony and watched him walk through the sand, smiling faintly. To think he had once greatly intimidated her (though he did, still, at times), and here she was, at ease in his presence. It was a strange feeling, to say the least, but not at all unpleasant. |

He then put Suchrio in the grass. She liked to chase butterflies and play in the flowers. After he did that, he held one handsign. He thrusted his hand at the pound and froze the water coming from the stream that ran through his garden. He didnt target the pond itself, for that would hurt his fish. He then thawed out the ice and began to walk some more."Looks like im going to have to fiux the sand." He then got a rake made from wood, and began to comb the sand."Rini, i see your done with your shower. You look very beautiful in that kimono." He commented on the Kimon Rini was wearing. He took off his robe, for it was getting in the way of the work.
"I know your a medic, but what did Yun want to teach you? I figure water jutsu. But i need to know a exact point of interest on what traning you will need." He had gone through alot of training in his day. He was even trained by the Mizukage himself, before his tragic accident. He knew that alot of the stuff he knew was tought to him from many ninja outside of the village. He wondered what mught have happend to the Rock, the village he left for Mist again. He was glad to be home.
After finally completing the garden, he then walked on the stone path used for getting around in the garden and went over to the fish in the pound. All of his Koi were still alive. He then grabbed a bag that was in alitte wooden box that was next to the pond. He fed the fish. He never really wore his hair losly. He usually had it in a pony tale. Putting the bag back, he turned his attention to Rini. |

"Neither of them have started me on any genjutsu yet -- or anything other than the medical jutsu, really," Rini admitted. "They've been rather busy with the wedding preparations. Yun gave me a practice sword, but we haven't started working with it yet." She stepped out of Saotome's way, watching him head back into the mansion. While she waited for him to change, she crouched down and stroked Suchiro. Rini had always liked cats. They were so soft and graceful -- unlike the overly (and overwhelmingly) energetic dogs that she had encountered in the past. Cats were calming to her, in a way -- just like Aki's watchful presence. She lifted her gaze to find the golden eagle perched on a nearby roof and smiled faintly. It was nice to have someone that was always by her side.
When Saotome returned, Rini straightened and folded her arms in front of her. "Should I change clothes as well?" she asked. "I don't want to ruin this kimono, as well, if we're going to be doing something . . . too active." She doubted that genjutsu or water style training would put the kimono in danger of anything other than getting a little wet, but she wanted to make sure before it was too late to do something about it. "If not, then I'm ready when you are." |

"Alrighty then, change and meet me back in the dojo. Its going to be outside, so dress for the waether outside. I think we shall start with basic Water Genjutsu. You don't have to worry much about hurting me, for i can break out of any genjutsu that i going to teach you."
He began to head towards the back of the house. The dojo was seperated by a big door. It was a sliding door, made from Rice Paper, so you had to be gental with the door. He then slid open the door and then began to take some steps into the dojo that was outside. he head not been in this dojo for along time, so most of the stuff that was used for training was stored inside of a wooden shed. He then lit some of the little torches that hung from the walls. They were far enough from the walls to not set them on fire. The flames were not that big and he did have any problem putting them out if needed.
As he walked towards the inside of the training room, he was then ambushed by his traps set to protect the place. He simply dogded the kunai, and the fire trap, and the ice trap. It was not that hard to figure out how to dogde them, but it was not easy at the same time.
He then sat int he middle of the floor, and waited for the girl to change and become ready for some training. |

"Right!" Rini confirmed, hurrying back onto Saotome's house to change back into her regular training clothes. After carefully folding the kimono back up and storing it away, Rini made her way quicklky to thee dojo Saotome had indicated. Upon entering the building, she blinked in surprise at the freshly-scattered kunai, scorch marks, and patches of ice.
"Er, sensei?" she cautiously inquired as she carefully made her way over to where Saotome sat, avoiding the aforementioned objects. "Is everything alright?" Rini sat down in front of him and folded her hands on her lap, ready for the training to begin. To say she was excited was an understatement, but she studiously kept the emotion from showing on her face -- as much as she could manage, at least. Her chakra stores and stamina had increased significantly since she had begun training with Luna, but it had been some time since she had learned something new. |

"Rini, it was just some traps i set to keep things out of my dojo. But dont worry." He then closed his eyes.
"Pay attention Rini. Genjutsu, what do you think it is? Wel your wrong. Genjutsu is the art of trickery and manipulation. Its sadistic but useful. You see it something that can control and can control you. Through my training, you will learn genjutsu that will help you, but my training comes with a price." He didnt want to scare her, but let her know how he trains his students.
"You will perform the justu on me and perfect landing it, but you will also experince the jutsu. It will mnot only help you learn, but know and be ready to get out of the jutsu."
"Our first jutsu is going to be Genin level. i dont see why you need to know the acadamy crap. Plus i shall teach you some Jonin level genjutsu i feel you need to know."
He then shows rini slowly the hands signs to perform the jutsu, since she was not part of the Akkimizu clan and cannot perform water jutsu without even using handsigns. He showed her the handsigns two more times slowly, then once again at a nice pace.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) - Illusionary Version
Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. This Genjutsu variation of the original is for lower-level shinobi. The user performs the hand seals and places his hand near the opponent. If the hands are seen, the Genjutsu proceeds, and a hollow ball of chakra forms around the target. By seeing the hand, the target believes that he is in the Water Prison, and cannot move their body, and the hollow ball creates an image of water around the victim.

Rini nodded in understanding, listening to Saotome's words with rapt attention. It was a bit intimidating to hear that any genjutsu he taught her would be used on her as well, but she understood the logic in that. He would no-doubt perform it perfectly, and seeing it done correctly -- experiencing the jutsu herself would help her visualize the proper outcome. Plus, as he had said, it would help her learn how to escape it if it was ever used on her. All in all, though the thought of learning in such a way was somewhat frightening, she had no complaints. It was for the best. Going easy on her would be a bad thing, since her opponents in the future would not do the same. She needed to be ready -- strong.
Leaning forward slightly, Rini watched Saotome move through the hand signs, committing them and his explanation of the jutsu's outcome to memory. As he repeated the sequence more slowly, she followed along with him, continuing to do so until the pattern of hand signs felt smooth and natural. Faintly, she wondered if -- after learning the illusionary version of this jutsu -- either Saotome or Yun would teach her the true, physical version. That thought sent a trill of excitement through her, and she focused all the harder on the learning process. More than anything, she wanted to impress Saotome, so she carefully molded her chakra through each sign, paying attention to the way it flowed. That would be important when it came time for her to actually perform the jutsu.
Rini closed her eyes and bent her head over her hands, steadily working on speeding up the hand signs and continuing the circular flow of chakra. She did not want to release the jutsu yet -- did not want to perform it until she was sure that the flow was steady and the effect would be as strong as she could manage at the moment. Finally deciding she was ready, she drew a deep breath and stood. "Alright, let's do this." Face set into a mask of determination, she flashed her hands through the signs and stuck them out toward Saotome. "Suiro no Jutsu!" |

Saotome suddenly seen himself be hit by the jutsu, and was in a water prison. He didn't think at first to react for it caught him off guard. He felt like he couldnt move, and he was having a hard time trying to breathe in the water. Being caught off guard was a good move, keeping him questioning when she was going to use the jutsu.
Upon now realizing that he is in the genjutsu, he put his hands together."KAI!". he broke then genjutsu.
"Very good job Rini. the flow and use of the jutsu was flawless. I am glad that you take time to practice the jutsu and its handsigns. Now dont be alarmed. If you cannot break out of the genjutsu, i will help you, but its best if you learn how to break out yourself." Staring at her, he then look right into her eyes, at that moment used the justu. He didn't have to wield handsigns due to his clan....so that was a plus."Suiro no Jutsu!"
At that moment, his hand was out and Rini had been trapped in the prison of water....but being a illusion, he wondered if she could get out of it.

The genin gasped slightly as Saotome flung his hand out toward her. He had not even used the hand signs! She started to shift backwards in surprise, but a sudden wall of water rushed out from his palm and surrounded her on all sides. Her limbs were weighed down. She could not move! There even seemed to be a heavy pressure on her chest, though that might have been the fear and dread that was welling up inside of her. Half of her breath exploded from her mouth in a flurry of bubbles. She was trapped.
Immediately, panic began to set in. She could not move -- could not breathe -- and her mind was reeling out of control because of it. Genjutsu, she forcefully reminded herself. It's just a genjutsu. It's not real. He's not trying to kill you. He won't let you die. Rini squeezed her eyes shut. Illusion or not, if her lungs did not let her breathe, then she would pass out soon. She was already starting to feel lightheaded. Gritting her teeth, the genin focused on what she knew was real. There was no water -- just air -- wood -- a few scattered weapons -- and Saotome. No water. Nothing holding her down. It was just an illusion.
Muscles straining against the genjutsu's effects, Rini forced her arms up in front of her and clasped her hands together in the Tiger seal to help her focus. After gathering as much chakra as she could around herself, she expelled it outward with a shout of bubbles. "KAI!" |

Saotome had pulled his hand back as Rini had broke the genjutsu. Upon this he then looked at her."That was good, but you could have done better. Panicing and thinking about what will happen is wasting time in this type of illusion jutsu. I think you can react better next time." He then got up and streched his legs.
"Rini, i think its time i give you a personal lesson on how to use the real deal. I mean actually trapping someone in a prison of water. This will first require water manipulation training first, one of the most important skills of a water shinobi. Are you up for it?"
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Acadamy level
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
