Reflective armor. I can't help but think about Mechassault 2: LoneWolf when i hear about reflective armor. I must say that I enjoy the Mechassault series more than MechWarrior. it's fast paced and explosion filled. I really hope they make another Mech game for the 360. Doubt it though, since Fasa studios reclaimed the franchise licensing from Microsoft game studios. Maybe it's with all the legal issues. a lot of controversy surrounding the particular mechs known as The Unseen. (i think it's funny because since the legal issues prevented them from using the mechs. Battletech fans had to un-see them. At least that's how i believe they came up with that name.) I hate it when companies get all business like and attack each other with legal papers. Can't they just be happy about the popularity of their designs?

Also, as a side note, all the Mechs I keep making up ^o=o^
I will probably have sketches up eventually. Probably in here, to lazy to put things in an actual RP post.

i keep looking over that exchange between you and Kagetama.
I'm sitting over here with a red flag just waiting to raise it. He always seems to have a trick up his sleeve doesn't he? but so far it's not drastic enough for me to call it god-modding. (god-moding?)
Maybe it's because he hasn't taken as much damage as he's giving out. But we'll see. Drake isn't crippled yet, so let the battle go on?
gosh, not even ten pages and all conflicts everywhere have been escalated...

I apologize for not being around, i've been out this weekend getting last minute everything for my college opening tomorrow.
My presence here will be less because of school, but i'll make an effort to be here. or at least check once a day.
Who knows? I might not even be as busy as i expect to be!
@Lex: Don't worry about Kagetama, in fact, if it's so irksome, maybe you should come up with a post to break off the engagement and write him into a corner with only one way out. Off your planet.
As for me, I guess I have to finish what I started before I disappear again. Extuis is waiting on me I guess.
I need to recruit more too... -_-
this RP would be much better with more going on.

Also, another side note (Heh, I kinda like this, despite the fact not everyone checks this probably.) No, nobody but me knows Talon Three's 'paint job', but it's another sketch I'm going to work on, I hope. I get lazy sometimes when it comes to sketching.... Finished the Mage class, but I want to get everything up at once.

Hey, been a while since i was last on here xd
Going on from what you guys have been talking about, I've noticed that Shadowknight still hasn't involved himself with the story, he's just sitting in space next to the BoB practically doing nothing. Which is annoying for me since an UNSC crew would shake things up a little and make this rp better for everyone. And I had some minor plans for Alexis' interaction with them too.. sad
On a different note, I think it'll be fun if there was a story behind the Bob's name. Just a thought but hey.

Last I can make out he was helping the Freedom's Bastion, which is no where near my battle I would think.

At first I was going to come in and say "I'm so proud of you guys for continuing on without my presence! Everything is going smoothly!"
But then i saw Lex's comment and confirmed his suspicions...
I think Extuis is confused... It seems like he's attacking the Uziels on Drake's planet while helping out Freedom's Bastion on another planet... He can't possibly think they are the same planet can he?
If either of them read the OOC this can be solved easily...
So many problems and not even ten pages...
Hell, i might just end up moving the RP out of the guild and into a main gaia forum. start over, this time put up "Open, Accepting Literate RolePlayers".
I don't have time to be giving out English lessons to people. I barely have time for RP'ing as it is. That's why I only wanted to be in the background controlling story and events when i'm needed to, that way people can have fun, let the RP go on daily, and I can still be busy but entertain people with an epic sci-fi story.
Regardless, I've been a lot busier than i thought i'd be, but mostly because it's the first week and i'm still settling down.
Also, they hit me with a lot of assignments for just starting... that was unexpected. Some people are still changing classes...

It's been a while since i was here. My classes have been kicking my ace.
Well, actually, only Calculus.
It takes me hours to get the homework done. Math was supposed to be my best subject! but i guess i make a better scientists than anything. I have yet to come across a science class i couldn't handle.
The RP looks like it's been pretty stagnant. I'll make a post to move things along as soon as i can, but no guarantees that 'as soon as i can' means a short amount of time...

FINALLYYYYY!!!
caught up on Calculus for the week.
I should be getting some shut eye early tonight, but i feel like celebrating, i'll see if i can get a new post in for the RP.
If not, i have all week to do so. Calculus is the killer of most of my time out of class, but with that taken care of for a while, i have free-time!
I've been thinking about what i'm going to post. I'll try to make it awesome, at least in my opinion! xd

Although i was ecstatic for posting yesterday, i was too tired to keep it up. Same for tonight, turns out they assigned a worksheet to fill in some of the break of Calculus homework. But tomorrow, i am on my weekend. I'll see about updating the story and i'll monitor the progress after, and then i'll decide whether to move the RP elsewhere or not...

I don't really like my glass explanation, the end of the first bit doesn't really make sense to me and is really general in the science or whatever behind it. But I'm gonna use the excuse that Alexis isn't a scientist and so only understands the general sciencey version... xp

But i can work with what you put down.
It's the end of my weekend, and Calculus work has caught up with me, but i'll get at least one more post in before i get caught up in work again.
[EDIT]: I don't even know what Pandora's glass contains that can be so dangerous.
I'm tempted to just say Dark Matter just because it's the sci-fi explanation for everything that is unexplainable (besides plasma).
I can't really follow up unless i know what the heck is in there. I just know that whatever it is, it'll concern the colonel that there is so much of it out there that the bad guys had enough glass to use as a weapon against these guys.
