I don't find the actual game art style (especially for the first two gens) all that attractive really. But DAMN, Pixiv!Red is hot.

It all depends on the artist's style though. There's an artist on Pixiv with a beautiful comic that I freak out over constantly, that follows a design for Red more accurate to the games.
