But what I'm saying, is how many people in this guild do you really know that want to put more effort into learning something, especially if they get like ten jounin jutsu approved at Genin rank. If they have to post for every single one of those, that is 240 times......I'm pretty sure everyone would just be like "I want them all at once, so i'd rather wait than post that many times." Hell, even I get bored if I have to do that many in a row.

So what you're saying is that why should we let the people of the guild who are, lets say genins, post 24 times to learn a jounin jutsu? Why don't we change the rule...make it easier on them...and have them post once so that they can learn something instantly. That's basically what you're telling me you'd rather have happened

Or how about I rip out all of your organs, and feast on the several main ones? If you posted 24 times to learn lightning sage, then they can post 24 times to learn whatever damn think they thought up. And actually, it isn't. I stated that more people would rather wait, which means LESS PEOPLE WOULD RUN AROUND WITH DOZENS OF S-RANK JUTSU! Or Jounin, whoever it may be. But yes, more people would rather wait until they had to post fewer times.

The "Rule of 3" should apply to all jutsu, not just taijtu or weapon styles. It only makes sense, and it allows for a conversion to a point system that does not change game play at all, just feel cleaner for some players.

its not like it would hurt anything, and it makes sense. If you use 1 jounin jutsu at academy rank, whos to say you cant do another in exchange for the same amount of chakra it would take you to do 3 chunin? It would allow people to user stronger jutsu more often, and make the Academy and genin jutsu you have an abundance of, matter when your in a higher level fight.

With a limited # of jutsu you can use in a fight, you will very rarely use one of your academy jutsu when you could use a chunin+ only because it still takes up a jutsu for the day. This means that everyone had a ton of unused Academy jutsu chakra, or genin chakra, that will never be used. Make use if it, let them be converted into higher jutsu. Just like with Taijutsu styles.

I noticed that although tecnically you do have alot of jutsu, you still lack the variaty that you would see in naruto. Your number of summonings is unimpressive, there are few katon doton and so on jutsu, there are no add ons to clans such as the nara clan jutsu. This guild could expand massivly and it would become so much more fun if there were so many jutsu to choose from that every ninja would truly be an original. You could probably have a contest or something for jutsu ideas, and actually add them to the jutsu list. If not then I would be glad to personally expand the horizons around here.

This may sounds stupid,... but I suggest for normal cevilians. That there are people who don't become ninja, but normal people, and they do a job so that they get money. This is also a way to make more realisticer missions. for example... your a ninja gear maker, and you made gear for an allied nation. The only problem: other ninjas will try to stop this man. So you'll have to escort him to the other village. Something like that.

But then I also suggest that we make more intresting places for a normal civilian, like 'normal' school, etc.

You guys should make new Rp areas of your own creation. There could be many new villages started with style all their own.

@Hamaru: This is a great idea, but we would need a ton more people for this to work. See we don't have enough people to fill in regular ninja positions, let alone civilian positions.

@Party: Some have done things like this, but NUR has always kept a reputation of being "slightly" Cannon. We maintain a sense of similarity, while still making things different such as the Tailed Demons and Angels.

I was looking over the Byakugan and I saw the Neo Byakugan and I thought it was very cool but the conditions to get it seem a bit much to me... Maybe it should be edited to having the conditions:

-Can only obtain after being Chuunin for 3 months, minimum
-Must be fully literate and skilled in roleplaying
-Must learn 8 Trigrams: 64, 128, and 361 palms
-Must have Defeated a Sharingan user

The 5 Sage/Ninja Treasures at first seem both cheap and hard to use individually, which is probably why no one created them in the guild yet, so I decided to give my suggestions to how to use them and then give them to some village to use, such as how the Mist 7 Swords work, though they'll probably eventually be spread around all the same
Ideas:
-Bashosen: Use of all five elements to an extent.

-Kokinjo: Pulls the victim’s soul partially out of their mouth and paralyzes them. The victim can pull their soul back in by rolling a six sided die each post until they roll a 1 or 2.

-Shichiseiken: The wielder slashes the opponent and slices pieces of their soul. The user rolls a 6 sided die with each number representing a set of abilities they can seal. This technique can be used any amount of times in a single battle, but only one seal can be active on a single person:
1~Nin
2~Gen
3~Tai/Weapon
4~Bloodline
5~Senses(Sight, Hearing, Touch, ect.)
6~Clan

-Benihisago: The holder can absorb anything from weapons to ninjutsu at any time, but can’t take in any living beings unless using the word soul. Anything absorbed can be released anytime the user pleases. This means the user can absorb a jutsu of any rank and release it, but can only release the same amount it absorbed.

-Kohaku no Johei: The holder calls out to the target and if the target responds to the call, they will be sealed into the Pot for a certain amount of time(? Posts).

Chances are, we won't be adding anything like this anytime soon; simply for the fact that we have so many "special" weapons/items/creatures from angels, to demons, to curse marks, to arc weapons, to mist 7 weapons, to the cloud rings, to the sound 5 weapons, etc. And they're really hard to keep track of. X_X
