Kageko was surprised. She had expected things to change in the village during the time that she had been absent, but she hadn't expected this. She hadn't expected anything so large and formidable and scary and, well, completely unlike her village in any way if she had to sum it up. It was tall. It looked thick. It seemed cold. Honestly, at first glance, it made Konoha look like some dictatorial fortress.
was all that ran through Kageko head as she glanced up at the wall.
Kaminari was thinking along the same lines,
{This wasn't here the last time, was it?}
{Nope.}
{It looks like some sort of wall….. How do I get in?}
{I don't know…. Just try and touch it.}
{What?!}
{….}
{Try and touch it?! What if it shocks people who touch it?!}
{….}
{Well, it probably doesn't. I mean, Konoha isn't that unfriendly, not as I remembered it at the least.}
{….}
{Fine, I guess I'll go….}
That much decided with a bit of help from Kaminari, Kageko walked up to the wall and placed a hand on the cool surface. Well, to be accurate, she attempted to place a hand on the cool surface, only to nearly trip when said surface suddenly opened up. the girl thought as she quickly regained her balance and stared in wonder at the new gap in the wall, She stared in confusion at the newly made interest for a while and would have continued staring if a quiet mental prod from Kaminari brought Kageko back to her senses.
"Hey!" a guard yelled from the other side of the wall, "You coming in?!". He couldn't help but stare suspiciously at Kageko. The headband she wore at an angle clearly marked her as a shinobi of the leaf, but her confusion at the wall seemed to say the opposite. Still, if the wall recognized her, then it recognized her and that was enough.
"Y-yes?!" Kageko straightened up instinctively and looked around for a moment in confusion before understanding what the guard had said, "Oh, yes! Yes, I'm coming in!". The chuunin quickly scampered in through the wall and passed by the guard. As she did so, she couldn't help but glance back at the wall, which she now knew was the gate, and stare at it in wonder, . Once again, she was quickly brought back to the real world, but not by her angel. No, she was broken from her reverie after tripping on a tree root and then slamming headfirst into the trunk of the tree that the root belonged to.
Kageko had returned home.

XXXXXXAxel arrived before the majestic gates of the Leaf Village. The robed shinobi, ominous in appearance, was suddenly confronted by two jounin guards that were posted at the gates. Luckily, he's been doing this for so long that he knew how to keep his identity a secret. As the guards beckoned for him to reveal his face, he did as he was told, letting his flaming red hair roll out of the hood of his robe, revealing his face to look so much like a Mizukage of old. When asked who he was, and what he was doing there, he simply placed his hands loosely in his pockets and smiled. "My name is Drake Shimizu, and I am a former shinobi of the Sound Village. I have been travelling ever since and have now found myself here in Leaf. I was simply hoping to find a new home here," Axel stated, so calm and so collected that no one could even tell he was lying. But that was mostly due to his medical prowess, he knew how to use his chakra to keep his heartbeat at a steady, normal pace, and prevent the signs that people looked for when one was lying. Of course, this wasn't an easy thing to do and Axel had to go through extensive training to do so. Upon inspecting him, the jounin guards motioned for him to follow, handing him sets of papers in order to fill out before he was allowed passage.

After filling out the required paperwork, Axel was informed that he was going to be watched the entire time. Two Jounin guards were assigned to him, and was told that though they would keep out of sight, they would still be there. Axel shrugged, not minding at all. Not only could he sense their prescense regardless of their attempt to hide from him, it wasn't a hindrance to him in the least. Finally allowed entrance, Axel placed his hood back on, maintaining his rather ominous appearance and proceeded to enter the Leaf Village. Truth was, he hasn't been here in a long long time, probably five years.
