I would definitely have to say i think Luka and Gakupo would be great together ^^

Music-wise I love Miku + Luka though and also Miku + Miki :3

My favorite,that's a tough one, maybe Miku and Kaito. They just seem to work the best together(to me at least), but for the most part I can tolerate just about any couple as long as the story works well ,with the exception of Len X anyone older then him (even by a little), and all Yoai and Yuri.

(please understand i have nothing ageist homosexuals it just i have seen so much Yuri and or Yoai ,and i have found out that a grate majority (please note that that dose not mean all)of the time Yuri and or Yoai its just plan smut( that's just Flipping gross having to watch something that some creepy fan girl is going to get her jolly's off too)

I'm a Kaito/Miku & Len/Rin fan too!

Luka/Gakuto is sweet too, the two of them are the diva-types in my opinion, and with their lanky physiques it seemed like they're made for each other.

The only pairings I'm not so fond of is probably KaiMei and the Kagamines with anyone else but each other. KaiMei, mostly because I feel like the combination of Kaito's dorky attitude and Meiko's abusive oneesan attitude makes a .. very un-lovey couple for me? They are adorable for gags though!

As for Len & Rin, I've always felt like they are meant for each other, and the other Vocaloids seem too old for them too. Though I don't dislike Miku/Len that much.

As far as voices go, I definitely love the electronic combination of Rin and Gakupo. Second would be Miku x Luka, and then Miku x Kaito.
Oh, and then it'd be Kaito x Meiko.
