He shook his head even as the man was saying it"No,I will only use what God gave me and the rightous power of the Bolt" Translation: He would only use his bloodline and Raiton. It was just a way he wanted to prove himself. To prove that Raiton was the dominant element. That he was the dominant Shinobi for controlling it

"It's an A-Ranked technique which I managed to kill the Tsuchikage with sometime ago," he said with a slight grin. He turned to Usagi. "I'll show you a Taijutsu style which only I know," he said with a grin.

Range of Jutsu: Can be up to a whole village, however the entire village wouldn't be as effective, as a single area.
Jutsu's Element: Raiton
Description: The jutsu is just like it's name. A fairly simple, yet new technique. The user makes twenty consecutive seals ending with bird. At the end of the seal session of the jutsu, the user emits glowing chakra. It creates an aura around their body for one whole post (3 sentences long). The glowing aura then disperses from the body, and turns into what would look like Fire Flies. These little fire flies are actually small balls, about a half inch in circumfrence, and made of pure Raiton Chakra. Once the bugs surround a certain area or abject, the ten thousand fire flies will explode once the bird seal is released. The send out an exposion of lightning about a half meter in diameter electrocuting anything and everything in their path of destruction. }}

Usagi smirked happy that she wasn't going to have to learn much from the boy but her sensei instead. She turned in the general direction of her sensei and nodded that she was ready when he was. She watched his aura as he moved and talked to the boy, and couldn't help but to think of the emencly strong waves it was giving off. Of course he was the kage after all.

Kamizuki turned to Usagi. "This style is one which I found and perfected. It is used to increase the Assassination abilities of the user. In the first stage, Chinmoku no Mai - Dance of Silence, you learn how to walk silently. Practice walking about this dojo. It's quite creaky at times to get used to not making a sound as you step."

Stage One (Academy Student): Chinmoku no Mai - Dance of Silence
Stage Description: This stage focuses on making the shinobi as silent as possible within his movements. This is to prevent an enemy from hearing any oncoming attacks.
Stage Powers: The shinobi now moves silently about. Every movement is unheard except to those with advanced hearing like those within the Inuzuka Clan.
Stage Training: The shinobi will train for this stage a number of different ways. He will walk upon try leaves and twigs until no sound can be heard. He will walk upon water till no splash could be seen rising from his foot steps. He will walk upon a creaky, wooden floor say one within an old dojo or cabin, etc.

Usagi was silent thinking. She didn't know whow she was going to do this. She was able to "hear" a few things by focusing on the aura of something but just to plane out hear was beyond her, so she wouldn't realy know very well if she was doing it right. She nodded though determined to pull this off. She simpyl had to walk around the dojo without noise right?

She turned ehr focus to the room aroudn her and the aura that objects gave off particularly the floor. She began at first to walk at a normal pace only stepping the slightest bit louder. By doing this she was learning the creeky parts of the floor and how loud each creak was based on the waight she put on it.

After that had been completed usagi crossed back to where she had started and served the room again memorizing where she had "Heard" the creaks. She began to walk slowly and with a light foot trying to make as less noise as possible. For the most point she did well walking around the dojo with only small noises when she misplaced her weight. Looking agrivated she crossed back to her starting poinst to start over.

Usagi now began again this time she wasn't as slow but she did it perfectly. She concentrated very hard on the right amount of weight she was supposed to apply and to her surprise she could walk without making any noises. Atleast none that she was able to pick up. She walked back over to her sensei and bowed a big smile of satisfaction on her face.

XXXXIkazu smiled like a kid in a Candy Store when he heard the Jutsu. An A-Rank! He must have made a damned good impression! The Blone Haired Wonder snatched the scroll away quickly and skittered to the center where everyone would be able to see him nail this jutsu. As he did all this though he read over every line of the jutsu,memorizing it and remembering the implications of it in battle

Ikazu practiced all 20 of the seals slowly,putting emphasis on each individual seal. He committed each one to memory so that in the heat of battle these hand signs would become a reflex and not something he had to remember

Ikazu held the last seal,letting the aura consume him,letting it embrace him. He felt content being surrounded by lightning...like it was his place. It was weird but it also felt strangly natural. He did keep special care over it,for even if it couldnt hurt him it could hurt those around him

Slowly,ever so slowly,he expanded it into thousands of small balls about one half of an inch in diamter. He did this slowly because he knew if one went,then they would all go off and then for sure meant death. Eventually though he formed all ten thousand balls of lightning

The next step would be directing them. Since he had to practice but he could not detonate them here Ikazu spread them all out around the ship. They were far enough away that they could not do damage but close enough that you could still see them. Controlling them was definatly easier then making them!

All right,show time!"Yo,Raikage man! Watch this *****" He smiled as he stood up and let the seal go. all at once the balls of electricity detonated,causing a great explosion all around the ship. It rocked dangerously but eventually settled. Ikazu had a self satisfied grin on his face. He had taken everything this dude had to offer and kicked its a**! Why wouldnt he be happy?

Kamizuki smiled at Ikazu and Usagi. "Great!" he exclaimed with a smirk. "Ikazu, what would you like to learn next?" As he awaited the Gennin's answer he turned to Usagi. "Now onto the next stage of the style!" he said as he took a deep breath before explaining. "This stage focuses on your ability to become flexible and agile. You're to practice flipping and backbends and so on. Eventually you'll be able to use those moves to efficiently dodge incoming attacks."

Stage Two (Gennin): Binsoku no Mai - Dance of Agility
Stage Description: Within this stage the shinobi focuses on becoming agile. He will be able to bend his body in ways which others may not be able to. He will also be able to perform flips and such for dodging.
Stage Powers: Grants the shinobi to be able to bend his body into awkward positions and perform flips in order to dodge oncoming attacks.
Stage Training:To train for this stage is fairly simple. The shinobi will perform back-bends, back-hand-springs, front-hand-springs, cartwheels, and so on also including flips. This is to get the shinobi used to performing this tricks within a fraction of a second in order to dodge oncoming attacks.
Stage Jutsu:
Hajiku Rendan - Flip Barrage
Description: This technique is a combination of flips that are used as a counterattack. It's starts off with dodging a close combat move by performing a back-hand-spring. As the shinobi does their feet come up and slam into the jaw of their attacker, sending the shinobi sailing into the air. Then the shinobi leaps into the air. He performs a front flip which leads into a heavy axe kick. This kick is aimed at the attacker's skull and has enough force to shatter the skull and snap their neck.
