Raph walked with her looking over his shoulder and he smiled a little bit at her excitement to be able to use the blade. He looked at his thumb and smirked a little bit before wiping his blood off on his pants and sheathing it again. "Sounds fun to learn to do something never thought of doing," he said gently with a shrug before he stopped and put his hand out to her gently. "Kira, what did you do to your ankle," he said softly crouching down before her seeing it already starting to swell up again. He looked up at her again worried that it was going to get get worse if they didn't stop. Yet, they couldn't, he might just have to cary her.

He stood up looking at her confused for a second before he just shook his head. He looked at her quietly contemplating on wether or not he should do something, seeing it swollen though, he wasn't going to let her push herself. If she made it worse, then they would both be in trouble. He shook his head letting her walk past him before he scooped her up holding her in his arms quietly. "If you get worse, I'm going to be mad. Besides, you are still suppose to teach me to fence or what ever you call it," he said softly just walking quietly. He kept walking not noticing her weight or the pain in his arm as it went away fast.

"I don't care, it'll be dangerous for you if you can't run," Raphael reminded her continuing to walk caring her ignoring her protests but hearing her correction. "I apologize. All I know is what I've read," he said softly looking down at her as she complained. He held her closer when she wrapped her arms around her neck finding it easier that way before he heard something and settled down in the grass again letting her sit down on the ground. "If you don't want me to hurt my arm, climb on my back, but I'm caring you. This isn't good terrain to be walking around on a hurt ankle," he said softly, but firmly in a low voice as he hid himself low in the grass along with her as he watched quietly. The creatures were up and his blood hid his own scent, but not hers so he laid over her softly.

"Shush, I've always been, but this isn't the time or place for you to be getting frisky," he teased back taking the blade off of her back slowly he drew the blade from its sheath without a complaint between the metal and cloth. He looked his bandage and untied it enough to slip the blade under as he watched it soak up his blood. He stared for a second before he shook his head. He tightened it back down with his teeth and spare hand before stalking away from her a little. He pulled his gun out of his side holster as well stalking up behind the creatures. He crouched low behind the leather wearing things and stabbed the first one in the back. Its blood boiling scream of death caught the other one's attention as it was shot through its throat then its head was removed. The creature they had with them turned to attack him and he was knocked on his back, but he pulled his other knife out and cut into it, but not deep enough to kill. He snarled as the creature writhed in pain before Raph stabbed the blade through it's heart. He winced feeling the blood on his shoulder warming the same arm that was already injured. He grumbled walking back over to her before looking over at her. "How crappy was that?" he asked quietly sinking down to his knees.

"Yeah, I know I suck at it. I used a baseball bat to fight with it. Katanas aren't what I normally use," he said quietly putting a hand over his shoulder and nodded to if he was okay. He felt blood running down his arm warming it again and he hissed. "Come on, we need to get moving. The faster we get done, the sooner we get home," he muttered quietly motioning for her to fallow him. He kept walking quietly looking over her shoulder at him.

Raphael did his best not to let her words hit home with realization on how angry he was about everything. How true she was, and how much he just wanted blood spilled more. He almost said good, I hope it causes more chaos, but then he heard her quiet voice. He turned back to her and dropped his own pack crouching before her quietly nodding. He gently took her foot and slowly started wrapping her ankle gently. He didn't say anything about the obvious forming tears that explained itself through her suddenly quiet voice.

"You welcome," he said in a voice barely heard, but it was flat and cold like the blade that he'd used to kill those creatures earlier. While she'd snapped, he was trying not to as if she fell of the handle, she could hurt someone or something accidently, he could kill, with his hands. He shook slightly in the rage as he didn't do anything and finished what he was doing as he tried not to hurt her in the process. When he was done, he clasped it shut to her foot and picked her shoe back up for her. Still, he didn't say anything as he was fearful of what he could say or end up doing even if he let his shield from emotions leak even a little bit.

Raph stopped and looked over his shoulder at her surprised at her command. He looked at her bag and picked it up slinging it over his shoulder with his and then walked to her scooping her up again holding her close against his abnormally warm body, but the corners of his mouth pulled up a little bit in a smile before vanishing into a normal look instead of the grim one. He started walking again not noticing almost double the weight he was caring now as he had a goal and that kept him set at least.
