Doing research was one thing, but Jericho soon frowned at the mention of making groups. Furrowing his brow, he began to look around at the other students. Was he popular before? Potentially hated? This could get tricky.

Either way, he began seeking out any others who seemed like they might be a little lost.

"Fi you are in my group." he said to the Roc and then looked around. "AJ, you are mine, come over here." he waved his head at the two headed dragon. Odd, in a pinch he could suffer having him around.

He decided to skip asking Molan or Miasma for sure. And he left Olivia, she looked like she would have a group of undead, which... would be more comfortable than being near fire.

Andrew scanned the other students ready to pluck up another one or two so they could get to researching, preferably someone smart looking. He hated handling books. Fire and paper just didn’t mix.

Magical doors that shoved you from one side of the world to another were... a unique thing. When they did that. Instead, as Molan stepped through the portal he found himself surrounded by shelves of books. Oh glorious, quiet, books. One of the many wonders of the world. It was pretty obvious it was a library at a glance, which made him wonder why it was still so... noisy?

Well then again. This was that class of people. Right. Question answers. NEXT.

The teacher was mentioning something about groups of people and finding a book for research. Right, well then... at least everyone wouldn't be in one space at once at least. He could handle a small group of people.

Eye's shifted to catch a look from the feline as he worked to regain some of his composure. He was tired yes, too much nonsense and chaos for his day as it was, and he hadn't properly tied anything back in his hair, but he was well enough. A deep breath followed by a sigh as he glanced around in a similar fashion to Maddy, obviously looking for the one who'd wordlessly threatened them into following like good little puppies. Nowhere to be seen. Was that good, or probably terrible? In some ways he honestly had to think that being able to see the dog meant they were safer. "I... would guess the last place we look." Which also had more to do with the fact he'd ensure they only saw him when he chose to be. "Somewhere that is suitable for him, I'm certain." He added, brushing a few of his bangs back in place as they'd been pushed a bit oddly by the cap. Then in a quieter tone, perhaps to hide it from the boil should he be listening. "He will come when he desires." It wasn't exactly disrespectful, but he couldn't be sure what would set Makoto off. One could never tell.

Though now that he thought about it, Maddox was using similar terms to what the canine did. He glanced at the Cait Sith, lifting a brow at that point as he then scanned the throng of students. "Apparently... we are to make a group." Which meant adding more victims to Makoto's pile of people to torment really.

It would seem Barth wasn't the only one Christof had to keep an eye on... at the sight of those familiar red wings and golden horns, the hunchback froze, brows raised and posture stiffened. He left Barth to the whimsy of chairs and possibly Calder before lurching his way forward with a startled and surprised expression on his face. He pointed and gestured before remembering the dragon didn't speak sign language before giving his wing an illustrative tug, his eyebrows raised pointedly.

Enzo, meanwhile, had stalked off between the shelves to try to spot any sign of "Fitness" or "Swimsuit edition" amongst the catalog of books, but his search was somewhat in vain.

When Gabby put his arm on her head she squeaked, looking up at the boil while he answered her question. Dragon big. Right. He...right. She definitely didn't want to see this. He could squish her.

And then he did.

When Gabby's weight was so abruptly dropped on Sibyl she squeaked and tried to hold him up, her knees finally giving out from under her and sending the ghoul to the floor, Gabriel and all. Gabriel was going to die of boredom, Sibyl was going to die of dragon squishing. "EEP! Ah..s-sorry!"

They needed to make groups! Right, right. Gabriel and Marzena were a definite yes, but she was so proud of Gabby for inviting Siddie and Sammy. She grinned, waving from the floor. "Miss Siddie! Miss Sammy! Would you like to be in our group?" Marzena was a given, Siddie and Sammy were their own free will.

A familiar muffled noise along with a tug at his wing caught his attention. Jericho turned to see Christof there. The dragon stared at the igor with a sense of uncertainty.

"You aren't going to break my spine again, are you?"

The Igor, who was now considerably shorter than the dragon-boil, thanks to his hunched stature, gave a whine and his most apologetic of expressions before fishing out his notebook and scribbling something quickly before offering it out:

Was accident. Apologies.

He bowed his head. If anything, Igors were certainly made for groveling.

"O-oh sir, wait, I need to.. speak with you..!" Selene stumbled as she scurried to follow Avery, a sudden idea popping into her head. She would be sure it wasn't him, if she could test his huggability. Of course! Mr. Scritchyfluffums was a hugging experience unique all on his own!

So off she went.

Peeking at the notebook, Jericho smiled a bit at the igor and nodded.

"Alright. If you say so," he said. Though if he broke his back again, something was going to need to be done in return, "Oh. Do... you have a group?"

Enzo, meanwhile, had wobbled his way over to the professor that seemed to run the joint, flopping against the nearest bookshelf cool and collected as any shady individual at a street corner at night. "Hey. Hey, teech. I'm lookin' for a book." Clearly. "One of them... with the ladies in them, all topless y'know, with them ducks all in a row," He gave a hopeful illustrative hand gesture, "Like... like all National Horrorgraphic-like. Need it for aaaaaaah a project."
