In the first post, where PS7 is metioned, does it refer to Paintshop 7 (don't know if that exists) or Photoshop 7? If so, where can I purchase/download the sofware from?

I agree with the others -- CS is very useful.
I prefer using it to my PS6 and PSE 2.0, actually~ smile

It has what I need in a very efficient operation. I've never used PS7, but CS does everything I need.

FYI, there's also a CS2 that's released a few months ago, I believe. smile
Though it's expensive, perhaps that's what you need?? ^^;

Here's one of my Deviant watch's Anime Eye Tutroial. It's good for the shading of the eye moreover, not too much for different types since it really only showcases 5. Very pretty coloring, thouh.
