Out of those options, Zelda hands down, but I have to agree that Midna's my favorite. She is kick butt and has an amazing personality.

Vermillion-Acorn Princess Daisy is definitely my favorite princess! I love her spunk. whee  My old girlfriend and I used to play Double Dash all the time. Naturally she was better than me, and every time she passed me by I would hear that "Hi! I'm Daisy!" Now I have an instinctive hostility towards Daisy.

Like, I simp for Rosalina. She's tall bae.
But I think Daisy would be down for whatever you wanted to do. Bike riding? Already got her helmet on. Chilling and playing some Smash Bros? She let's you be player 1, but she's not going easy on you. Fancy restaurant is super busy and you didn't make a reservation? She points out the taco truck across the street.
Daisy is best girl, and y'all can fight me on that.
