Zavier was too busy looking out the window to notice anything, getting lost in his thoughts like he usually did. The only thing that snapped him out of his trance was hearing that they had a new student. He turned his head to look at the new girl who's name was 'Leslie'. He couldn't deny she was attractive, she had lovely brown hair and beautiful violet eyes but he wasn't really too interested at the moment. "Well hey at least the new girl is cute. What do you think?" he asked his brother.

"I think she already has her eyes on someone." Leo chuckled and shot his brother a sideways glance the same time Leslie looked back at Zavier for the umpteenth time. It was incredibly obvious to anyone that she definitely saw something in him, and Leo couldn't help but feel... protective over his brother. Relationships usually caused one or the other to be away for long periods of times, and three hours was the farthest Leo could go without his brother before he felt like doing nothing anymore.

Zavier looked over at the girl who instantly looked away when they made eye contact. He smirked lightly and looked back at Leo. "Well I can't blame her, I am pretty irresistible arent I? he said sounding pretty confident in himself. He knew he was attractive but he was never really cocky about it, if he was he was just joking around and wasn't being serious."Anyway what do you think our English projects will be about? We always get paired together anyway so we could get a heads start"

"Yes yes, you're the god of good looks." Leo rolled his eyes. He was used to Zavier's over-confidence, and even so, he knew his brother was very attractive. He was his twin after all. "As for our project, I was thinking maybe-"
"Umm, h-hi."
Interrupted, Leo blinked and craned his head over Zavier's neck to see shy Leslie sitting to his brother's left. Now when did she get there?
"Umm..." Leslie looked down as soon as she got the brothers' attention and fumbled with her skirt. "M-Ms. Redwood told me to be your partner for the project." She glanced upward at Zavier nervously and quickly held out her hand, mentally yelling at herself for how stupid she was. "My name's Leslie!"

Zavier was listening to his brother until the shy new girl interrupted him, he was about to comment how rude it was until she told him she was her partner which came as a shock to him. How could that teacher do something like this?! Didn't she know what happens when him and Leo don't work together! Disaster that's what!
Zavier could already feel the anger boiling up inside him but once he saw how shy and scared this Leslie girl was he managed to control himself."Uh okay?...My name is Zavier and that's my brother Leo.." he said as he shook her hand gently and glanced over at his twin who he was sure was less than happy about this arrangement.

Leslie smiled softly and and felt a light blush form on her cheeks when she felt how strong and warm his hand was. "I-It's nice to meet you." she said and looked away modestly just as Ms. Redwood got between the twins and handed each of them pieces of paper.
The teacher could see Leo's rage in his eyes and sighed, "You may talk to me after class, Mr. Arroya, but for now you'll have to pair up with Timothy. Your subject this year is over the debate over 2012." She turned to Zavier and sighed at his equally angry look. "And you will have the subject of homosexuality." she said before leaving for the other students.
Leo glared at the teacher's retreating figure then at Timothy, who sat at the farthest desk from the door. He was a depressing boy, Timothy. He always wore a black hoodie no matter how hot it was, his hood was always up, and he always had his earbuds in with his iPod playing, although Leo occasionally thought the iPod wasn't even playing.
Leo groaned a bit at the thought of having to work with such a dull boy, but he's done projects on his own before, he can handle another one.

Zavier nearly growled at the teacher but he remained calm the best he could. He was tempted to not even do the stupid essay but he knew he had to, to at least prove to himself that he grew out of acting out when he couldn't be with his brother. He then looked at the piece of paper and read over it, his subject was homosexuality, how convenient. It was something he really didn't want to have to do an essay on since it made him think of what happened between him and Leo but he didn't have a choice. He let out a loud sigh then looked over at Leslie. "We can start this after school in my dorm okay?" he then gave her his room number and glanced over at Leo, wondering how he was taking all this.

Just then the bell rang and signified the end of class. Leslie stared out at the number in her hands as she walked out, blush still on her face and her joy too much for her to notice Leo's glare.
Usually the twins were the first to leave, always wanting to get the entire school day over with as quickly as possible, but during a moment like this they would be the last to leave so they could... talk to the teacher.
Leo was the first of the two to get up, his enraged eyes trained on Ms. Redwood, who, though she sat mildly at her desk, tensed up at what she knew was coming.
"Ms. Redwood," Leo started as he made his way to the desk, knowing his brother would quickly follow. "You know how Zavier and I are without each other. You must let us become partners!"
The teacher continued scribbling what Leo assumed was gibberish for another minute before she finished just to stare at her desktop.

When Zavier saw how furious his brother was he couldn't help but to go over to the teacher's desk as well. "He's right and you know it and I don't want to hear that whole 'it's not healthy for us to be together so much' crap. We've gotten better grades and stayed on top of the class that way so no one can tell me otherwise." He was obviously heated over this matter and wanted it to be fixed, he had nothing against the girl he was partnered with, he would just rather be with Leo, simple as that.

"But it is, and you know it." Ms. Redwood said and looked up at the two sternly. She let out a sigh when she saw how angry the two were and took her glasses off to rub the bridge of her nose. "Do you think you two are the first pair of twins this school's had to deal with?"
"Do you think we're all the same?" Leo retorted.
Another sigh. The teacher set her glasses down and looked at the two. "You two may be able to stay together through high school, but you've got to face facts that once you two graduate you'll be bound to go your own ways, ways where you two won't be able to stay together as nearly as often as you do today." Her expression grew sincere. "You're bound to leave each other, so it's best to start now."

Right now Zavier was getting so angry with this teacher that he started to shake. How dare she say things like that! They would never leave eachother and they both knew that, she had no idea what she was talking about! "..We have to go to gym.." Zavier said in a nearly frightening tone. He then suddenly grabbed Leo's hand and walked out of the door, slamming it so loudly that he damaged the lock. He continued to walk with Leo right behind him, he was so angry that he stayed quiet the entire time.

Leo was about to say something when something hit him. Ms. Redwood... was right. As much as he wanted to be with his brother, he knew that they really were bound to go their separate ways. After all, they were completely different from each other, they were destined to find something they liked.
Leo was silent and numbly followed his furious brother to gym, the full effect of the news weighing over his shoulders heavily. He didn't even notice how close they were to being late.

When they got into gym they were just a few minutes away from being late. Zavier didn't care, he just dragged Leo to the locking room and changed into his uniform without saying a word. When they were done the coach had walked in and announced that they were playing volleyball. Zavier sighed and grabbed a volleyball and went out to the where the net was, he was just ready to hit someone in the face with it as soon as he threw it.

The students seemed to tense up when they saw the twins walk in and take their position side-by-side at their half of the net. They both looked extremely angry, and they were already beasts at sports.
It was two-on-two, and the twins' opponents seemed hesitant to go up against them, even the jocks to the end. Yet Leo didn't care, he was still in his silent and breathless state. Default gave him a serious expression with his gray eyes trained on the person across from him, but he wasn't in the game, he wasn't even noticing what was around him or how he got in his uniform.

Zavier glared at the ones he was up against, when the couch signaled them to start he immediately hit the ball with all his strength. He almost hit one of the guys in the face but luckily the guys teammate hit it back at Zavier. He had no problem hitting the ball back in forth since his brother was just standing there doing nothing. It was actually making Zavier really concerned. "Leo wake up before you get hurt!" he said but since he wasn't paying attention, one of the guys hit the volleyball and it landed right into Leo's face. "Leo!!??"
