"Heh," Katsu laughed, right before the darkness. Hidden in the dark, any normal shinobi would be flustered by such a thing, but Katsu had fought in such conditions before. He had sharpened his senses of touch in the ground, feeling the impact of Cyrus' feet and the wind of movement around him, already measuring the range. The moment the light came back, Katsu had already diverted the blade with the edge of his Kusanagi, only giving the Heiland an amused look. "Smart, hm?" Katsu mused, swinging his Kusanagi from that awkward position and still had enough force to send forth a gale of extreme speed and strength at Cyrus[Strength:12]. The Heiland would likely be knocked away and hit the wall with bone-breaking force. He saw from the corner of his eye that shinobi that had wanted in on the fighting, something about serving the Heilands or whatnot. Enough to kill him for. Katsu casually unveiled a scroll which unwound, waving like a flag on his side. This contained exactly 100 swords in it. Usually it was supposed to be used outside, but meh, why not? 100 swords shot out of the scroll at Akata all at once at a near point-blank range inside of a closed area. Against the mere 5 flying swords he had, the jounin was probably overwhelmed by the sudden explosive attack. By this point, Katsu had already forgotten where he was and that Kleine and Lars were in the same room.

((Basically the same, but using a passive ability[Enhanced Senses] instead of the Untapped Power.))

((The darkness doesn't leave, it's consistent. Second, the jutsu explicitly says that the traveling is instant, as long as you point your sword at the enemy. Which allows them to prepare, but he couldn't see that because it was dark. The only thing you have to go on is the small vibration of the initial teleportation, and that small window of time, which is next to nothing.))

The specter would take the hit, and be rendered useless. One specter down, which was fine. Cyrus' other specter rush Katsu a blade in hand, an Assassin's Rush propelling him forward at incredible speed, using a style to add effectiveness. Cyrus would stay very far behind, leaning on the wall, sending steroid blanks to Katsu. He would be able to sense the air coming toward him, but the speed was another story. While this was happening, the Angel Aaron was summoned. Aaron would go behind Katsu, then create a large, tsunami size wave of earth and rock rises up in front of the user and crashes forward, doing immense damage to the landscape.

In accordance with the beginning of combat, Akata's eye burned red behind his shades. As the Katsu man began his movements in Akata's direction, which involved a scroll, the Jounin immediately sent his blades after the man from varying directions and at varying speeds in order to make dodging and defending against them more difficult. However, they wouldn't be able to get to him before he summoned his blades, so that was a problem in itself. They were not hard to predict once they were summoned, though. Of course they'd attempt a frontal assault. The Jounin, in two twitchy movements of his hands, performed two things. The first was the Great Infinite Sand Breakthrough Technique, which, because of his Clan, wouldn't require handseals and would be much stronger (S-Rank). The blast would send each blade going back with much more force than they had approached in, forcing Katsu into a predicament he caused by summoning so many of his own weapons. At the same time, the other twitch of his hand had been in order to manipulate the air around Katsu's immediately body. Near his face to be exact. He hardened the air immensely, closing off Katsu's source for air. With such an instant change in breathing, and the necessity for more oxygen in combat, Katsu would definitely go into a coughing spat. After all, there was no known way he could predict that he'd manipulate the air around his head and even then, it could not be seen. It was simply a gift Fuuton Masters were given by Fujin, himself. Even if he somehow avoided his own hundred blades, as well as Akata's five, he would still have little to no oxygen and he had to worry about Cyrus as well.

Kleine was like, ******** dis nyugga. This is going to be a lazy post entirely dedicated to saving the airship. He used the Kami technique, and drew all of the attacks directly into the shining, god-like figure. Then, he slapped Cyrus on the booty. "This airship is an asset to our family. Don't blow it up, yo."

"Tch," Katsu cursed quickly. He'd expected a fight between swordsmen, not assassins and ninjutsuists. It didn't matter now, barely fazed by his frustration. He took his Kusanagi in one hand and parried the incoming spector, sound and wind on his side in this encounter. With the sound of cutting air, Katsu found the trajectory of the strike. However, the parry was not normal, having used a specialized strike and chakra distribution. If hit, the being would be paralyzed for four minutes or so. As the flying blades would come at him, he'd dodge effortlessly by sound alone, something projectiles never failed to emit. On that same note, a hundred were coming at him now. He simply reached out his hand grabbing a single blade while the rest stopped, spun around, and went right on back to Akata. He swung the new sword with such incredible speed that near a hundred small tornadoes formed between his sword's paths and launched themselves like projectiles, parrying each of the air bullets Cyrus had sent his way. On his other hand, he'd noticed those flying swords coming back like equally dangerous attacks, using his Kusanagi to block one from his vitals, but taking a sword to his other arm, the blade thrusting through to the other side. Finally, he felt a large disturbance. He was about to cut it when...

Ah, light back on, Kleine doing his god s**t, and the ship amazingly in one piece. Then he said something that made a vein pop, though that wasn't hard for Katsu when he was dealing with Heilands. "Wait, don't you mean for the village," Katsu corrected, remembering hearing that this was the village's airship, not the Heiland's. In his annoyance, he didn't even take note of the blood on his chin or the sword through his arm, almost forgetting them.

"Katsu..." Kleine sighed. Why was this guy so persistent? He was just going to get killed over and over. "I've never attacked you before. Never fought you before. Never killed you before. I've always disapproved of my allies fighting and killing you, although in this scenario, you attacked first. It's strange, 'cause I've never done anything to make you vengeful towards me. And yet you are." He slipped off his shirt, and grinned at the Naikiri. Then, shortly after, his spine horribly contorted, and wings ripped out from his back. A long tail sprouted from his tailbone, and bones followed, releasing from all over his body. "I've decided that I'm going to be vengeful towards you, now. For harassing my family. For stalking me around and insulting me in front of everyone. For attacking us unprovoked. I believe in justice. So..." The image of Kleine dashed for Katsu, but the real him was elsewhere, off to the side of it. The fake quickly leaped, and slashed its broadsword at Katsu's neck. Both the real Kleine and the after-image were incredibly fast; so ridiculously fast that they had closed the gap in less than a second. An extremely dense, sharp, and quick amount of wind began to slash constantly at Katsu from everywhere; Kleine's body as the source. Then, bones burst out from everywhere on Kleine's body, all launching straight for Katsu. And behind the bones, sent forth a thick blast of wind at his face. "Die, you heretic!"

"It was a duel!" Katsu defended, but it was already too late in terms of reasoning. It was time for action, and he couldn't hold back against Kleine. He raised his sword lightly to defend the frontal slash, but remained flexible given Kleine's style not being so forward. Then the wind came and the projectiles and Katsu knew it was time for his grand finale. All wind calming, aerial projectiles stopping, and for a single moment the world seemed to freeze-frame. Then Katsu exploded with energy, kinetic force all bottled up inside him, resonating and growing stronger. His own life was forfeit given the god he faced, deciding it didn't matter now what he body's health was. He unlocked 7 Gates of 8 within him, tearing his body up even more. His adrenaline rushed, a fear he'd never felt the like of growing in him. No matter what, he would go out with a bang this time. His eyes had already noted the fake, thus locking onto the real Kleine now, his gaze set in stone. He rushed faster than he believed possible, maybe even faster than Kleine, and went for a single wide slash at Kleine. "RAWR!!!"

He was giving up his life for a temporary burst of speed. Comedic. Using his implant, and his apt perception, Kleine smashed Katsu away; the Shinra Tensei coming to use. The crushing impact of his insane speed against the impenetrable wall could break bones by itself. But he really wasn't done. He switched to the animal path, and grinned. Three summons knelt in front of him, covered in dark clothing. Their eyes were purple with rings trapped inside; servants of the Rinnegan. Hysteria, Heracles, and Marlou. Hysteria coated Heracles entirely in blue rose petals, concealing his skin. He disappeared into the ground, entering 'Vanquished, Graeae'. Katsu would be very slow for the next minute or so, as he'd used Body Flicker just earlier. The Madqueen laughed, and began to spread rose petals around the field, which planted vines into the airship as they went. Then, Marlou descended upon Katsu, slashing a giant blade downwards. At the same time, Heracles rose from the ground, and thrust his fist incredibly fast against Katsu's body.

(Shinra Tensei; 20 chakra variant, Animal Path: Marlou, Hysteria, Heracles

Katsu crashed into the wall, his bones already broken, but held together purely by the kinetic energy he'd absorbed before. It wouldn't last long. Knowing that this was likely his only chance to attack again, he struck the first thing he saw; Marlou's sword. The moment he parried the blade, though, his body fell apart, but felt an immediate shock as well. Rebounded?! He thought, realizing too late that his attack had been sent back. Normally, the kinetic force of Maelstrom would rip a summon like that apart, but instead it was just ripping him up again, after all the trouble of containing it. Then he felt another impact on his back, a punch incomparable to anything else he felt. He smashed into the ceiling, then back down to the ground. He struggled to roll his eyes to see Kleine. It wasn't anything against Heilands now. He just really wanted to cut this person. He willed himself to move. He wouldn't. Katsu concentrated his will, looking for some way out. He wanted to continue. He still had energy left in him, killing intent, life. The hundred swords he'd released previously began to float, then turned to thrust into... Katsu. One skillfully through his arm, another between the bones of his shoulders. Continuing until he was completely covered in blood and steel. Then, he got up. The swords had been used just to stabilize his skeletal structure. He'd die in a minute or so, true enough, but that was already inevitable. His eyes gave off killing intent like no other at Kleine. It was not hate, nor scorn, nor honor. Just the desire to kill without hesitation. He picked up his Kusanagi, each movement giving the clanks of grinding metals, and rose it above his head. He charged, not even caring of the probability that he'd actually make it all the way to Kleine, his roar like a half-dead rabid beast.

This was Katsu's final dance. It was kind of sad, but Kleine couldn't help but find Katsu brave, at least for this moment. Heroic. His face was filled with guilt, and he could no longer go through with killing him. This man had died so many times; his first death began the vengeance. The rest happened in pursuit. There was no need to let this continue on anymore. Hysteria jumped behind Katsu, and attempted to restrain him. Then, after bones bursted out of his body to cover his vulnerable spots, he plunged a strange-looking sword deep through Katsu's chest (not an auto-hit; you can dodge if you want). The sword would actually begin to do something very contrary to what he'd expect. It'd start to heal him. His broken bones. His horrible wounds. He didn't know if he'd be able to really save him, but he had to try at least. Kleine believed in second chances. While now may have not been the time to go all moral, he tired of killing people to clean up for Lars' and the others drama. "Life is valuable. Letting it end over drama and hatred is just silly. There's no reason to pursue this vengeance anymore, Katsu."
