Lilac eyes narrowed just slightly. "I do hope you'll forgive me for being so forward," she said, "and of course, do correct me if I'm wrong in my assumption, but you and your Zoroark aren't quite used to synchronizing like this, are you?"

There was, naturally, the far more baffling question of why he was trying to fool her, if that was indeed what he was doing, with the same trick she'd used to answer the door - as if she wouldn't be able to recognize the signs despite having practiced to cover them up in her own illusions. In fact, she was somewhat insulted by the passive implication that she wouldn't notice. She swallowed her indignation for now, partially out of an obligatory sense of respect as a host and partially for pure, morbid curiosity. What in the world was he trying to do?

It was the averting eyes that caught Faleen's attention at first, a brief moment to wonder why he was acting so strange, when what he was saying just wasn't adding up.
By the time she noticed the words were not matching the lips she unfolded her arms.
"You have about five seconds to stop this act." she said, starting dead set on the man before them, her voice at a forced calm.
"Whatever you're doing, stop it,"

"..."

Silence. Then -

"Ahahahaha! What are you talking about, Aveline-chan? I have no idea what you could possibly mean!"

Of course in his panic, Riviere could hardly keep up his syncing with his trainer's fast-paced speech. The result appeared to be something out of a badly-dubbed foreign film. If one tried to trace the source of the somewhat distant sound, they may have noticed it seemed to be emitted from behind the false Nakura's form - specifically, from something he was holding behind his back.

"See, Faleen-chan? She could help us improve our use of our Zoroark's illusions. The possibilities are limitless!"

The Nakura Imposter's smile was by now so strained that it gave him a frightening appearance akin to that of a Cheshire cat. When Faleen told him to stop, his eyes grew wide and his strained smile transformed instantly into one of horror as the imposter put up his hands to indicate surrender. He simply forgot that he was still holding something.

"Ah...sorry, Faleen-chan," Nakura's voice came through the cell phone's speaker. "...but at this point, that would be kind of difficult."

Faleen's face didn't change expression, though as the Zoroark seemed to surrendered with the cell phone in his hand.
A cold look crossed over her eyes as she looked to the Zoroark, and not once moving them away are she continued to speak.
This made it very clear tot he Zoroark, that he was in big... big trouble.

"Izaya- I'm surprised you've forgotten my habits about being in the city already, to think that I would risk being out in the open without eyes in the shadows. Now you're either going to come back on your own, this instante, or Absol or Umbreon, who by now probably have eyes on you, will drag you back."

The illusion faded as Faleen turned her cold hazel eyes on Riviere, the young Zoroark's mane standing on end as he froze. When the woman returned her attention to his trainer, his shoulders and head drooped, the very picture of a guilty child awaiting certain punishment. Why did Nakura have to drag Riviere and his other pokemon into so much trouble? He had just been trying to be a good, obedient pokemon!

"Ehh? Well, even you can't have eyes everywhere, Faleen-chan, and you know I have another Zoroark with me. No offense; I do plan to come back in a few hours. I just have something I need to take care of, first. Private matters, you know?" His voice was almost pleading.

A faint sigh passed her lips at the poor ventriloquism, and she pushed herself away from the couch and turned to the black and white Zoroark standing to a side, "Edel, hat jemand übrig?"

The dark-type shook its head in a small movement, and its trainer crossed around to the front of the sofa, seating herself neatly and crossing her legs.

"Unless this other Zoroark of his is significantly more talented than this one," she gestured a thumb at the other Zoroark occupying the room, speaking to Faleen, "he hasn't left. It's very likely he's still in the restroom."

Well, that answered her previous question then. He came today because today he needed a way to distract and escape from his quiet companion. If higher ranks equated to greater freedoms, as had been a part of his pitch for the organization, she could only assume that he was the absolute lowermost wrung on the ladder.

Faleen frowned lightly.
"I guess I still expected too much out of you, didn't I."
Instead the Agent looked to the other women when she said he was probably still in the bathroom.
with a slight frown the Agent made her way over to the door that the Zoroark had come out of to check.

Nakura looked up from the bathtub in which he'd been crouched, waving timidly with the flex of a few fingers and a bitter smirk. "Maybe."

Faleen's eyes widened a little as she seemed surprised to see Izaya in that bathtub, but only after a couple of seconds did she come down from the shock.
"Fool me twice-" She started before walking over to him and holding her hand out.
"Your pokemon Izaya, if you will."

With a heavy sigh, the grunt craned his head back and stared up at the ceiling as he retrieved six pokeballs and handed them to his partner.

Eying them as he handed them over to her until she was satisfied that this was all of them before placing them into her own pocket.
"We're going back to base." She informed him stiffly. "Right now,"

"What about Aveline-chan?" he asked, raising his head to look at her again. "Clearly she has no loyalties to me, so you can still probably trust her to act in her best interests. Unlike myself, I suppose."

"Right now, you shouldn't be concerning yourself with anything but getting to the car." She told him.
Reaching into her pocket she plucked up a dusk ball. stepping back into the main room and tossing it out onto the carpet.
A hunched black and purple forms tossed her massive mane back over her shoulders, slitted yellow eyes flaring open as she looked to the dark blond who was approaching her. "Zor-"

"Escort Izaya back to the car," she told the dark fox, "Nothing more, and make sure you both stay there until I get back."

Zoroarks eyes shifted from her trainer over to the bathroom where Izaya was in, blinking surprisingly but reaching out to take the keys from her training, the next seconds her image flashed and a duplicate of Faleen stood in the pokemon's place.

The man felt like he was getting scolded by his mother, but he supposed he shouldn't have expected anything less. Keeping his head low, he hopped out of the tub and entered the main room, sticking his hands in his pockets as he sulked.

If Izaya raised his head in the girl's direction, he would be met with a look of keen displeasure and personal offense. Otherwise, she made no contributions to the situation.
