Nay Nay should of noticed from Kai's conversation with Micheal earlier that his sharingan was active. He didn't deactivate them. He had...Anyways. Point was, his sharingan was on the ready. Hearing the buzz, he would turn to look at Nay Nay making her movements. As a weapon specialist he had some good speed himself. Plus a Hatake bonus. Either way, he would jump back, dodging her initial lunge and look to see the source of the buzzing .Some weird jutsu in her hand. "You talk innocent, but yet you attack me while my guard is down?You might prove interesting to have in the future" Kai stated with a smirk before turning his back. What did he mean exactly? Either way, he would start to walk away, but not till after he put down some money. "There, treat yourself to some dinner" Kai would state before disappearing into the wind. It was close to time. Go time. He would first go find his brother.

His laugh surprised her, but she didn't really react to it. "Yeah, I will get strong enough. I should get back to studying.." She stood up as well, thinking to the thousands of scrolls still in her pack. She could probably get one more jutsu in before the day is done, and then maybe sleep near here. She remembered the note she left for the Hokage, and Kirumi hoped that she could get it soon.

What a pain. Kagirinari was used to speaking to a single person at a time, but she was doing far too much at a single time, and it was starting to show her that she might've been lacking socially. As she strode in to the training grounds, the sound of her chains were clear, as each move made them resound, so did the bell around her neck which chimed with each motion. She, eventually, found the one she was looking for, though. "You. You're the one who knocked over all of my documents, yes? Come here." The Hokage got the message alright...but she didn't appreciate all of her hard work having to be redone, or at least, reorganized.

She also looked to Nayely, but couldn't really point at her or anything since her arms were chained together. "And you...I think I've seen you before. Your specialty is medical, correct? Could I ask for a favor?" Kagirinari wasn't used to asking for things, so she might've come off as rude, in which case, she probably didn't care. She meant it in a way of asking for assistance rather than demanding it, so if her words were mistaken, it was just something that couldn't be fixed. "I damaged by back in a spar. Although I can't see it, I can tell that I hit it hard enough to bruise most of the surface area. I humbly request your aid."

She left Kinkaru, flashing him a quick smile as she did. She followed the Hokage and watched as she asked for a girls assistance, explaining a to-be bruise on her back.

The girl wanted a mission, but admitted to being impatient enough to not wait for her Hokage to return, as well as knocking down important documents, which made Kagirinari think that the girl might not be able to handle difficult work. No...it wasn't that Kagirinari doubted her skills. She had the upmost faith in her shinobi. She doubted this girl's competence. It's not as if there was a way around it, however. Kagirinari's neon violet eyes seemed to glow brighter for a moment, but her face remained impassive and unmoved as she collected her thoughts.

"I suppose I can give you something to do. I'd say it's too dangerous for you, but I have somebody I can send with you. Maybe you'll both learn something." The girl's voice grew colder as she spoke, more impassive and uncaring with each sentence. "It's likely enough that you might die if you fail, and should something happen, remember that I won't be able to assist you. It will be just you and your partner alone." Kagirinari's blank expression didn't help that it sounded like she was putting Kirumi's life on the line. "If you're not prepared, I won't hold it against you if you refuse this mission. Simply train and become stronger if you feel you aren't ready." Kagirinari warned, giving Kirumi something of a simple choice. Either do or don't.

Kaede enters the Training Grounds, her eyes scanning the area as she hides behind a nearby tree. Again, she was cautious about who she speaks to and why. Social anxiety wasn't going to go away in one short conversation. She looked at the shinobi speaking with the Hokage and walked out from behind the tree, remaining silent.

Kirumi listened closely to when she spoke, about learning something and the danger of the mission. "I'll do it." She replied immediately, not hesitating at all. She already knew that the missions were going to get harder the more she advanced through shinobi ranks, she expected something like a dangerous mission. Kirumi had been training for a while now, and she was actually happy to see the Hokage entrusting her with something. She wondered who her partner would be, blinking slowly but not showing any fear on her face. She silently watched a shinobi enter the scene, but said nothing to her.

Nayely turned to the voice that was basically directed towards her. "Oh, Lady Hokage! Yes i specialize in medical ninjutsu." She said to her as she explained she needed her to treat her bruised back as a favor. "Well i wouldn't say this to you personally but since im treating you, shame on you for physically walking over here rather than calling for me, you have definitely made it much more worse than it had to be." She bit her lit a little as getting the Hokage to sit down so she decided to do it while she was standing. "Just...hold still." She said as a weird hum would be heard and both her hands glowed with green healing chakra and gently placed both her hands and ran them gently throughout her back. Once she felt that she was reasonably healed she stopped. "That should do it, but i can't make the pain go away since there will be some stray nerve damage, but it will fix itself in a few hours, i do recommend you take this pain pill." She said as she reached into her pouch and took out a container that had several labels and different types of pills. She popped open one container and took out a small white orb like pill. "Eat that and you will feel loads better, anything else my lady?" She asked with a smile.

"Good, then I'd like you to go to Kirigakure for a while. Gauge their forces and military strength. Look for weaknesses or cracks in their defenses. Befriend the general populace if you must. All information will benefit Konohagakure. Further, don't allow this to be known, otherwise you'll spark a skirmish that I don't believe Konoha needs. If Kirigakure won't take you, then travel to Kumo. Either one works. Your partner will be waiting for you at the gates. He goes by "Ozzy" I believe." What a load to say, but that was the mission for Kirumi. Because of the possibility of anger being sparked by Kagirinari's probing, she would classify it as a B rank mission, so she hoped Kirumi was ready for it.

Kagirinari felt much better when Nayley healed the damage she'd sustained, but claimed that it would hurt for a while longer. That was sufficient...she'd just let the rest heal naturally and leave it at that. Nayley suggested she take a pill to mitigate the pain, but asked if there was anything else she could do, to which Kagirinari had a reply. "This may sound like a needy request, but I can't take that pill on my own. I can grab large objects with my cloak, but it's not deft enough for something that small. Further, I can't lift my arms past my waist because of my chains. If you would please give it to me, I would be grateful." It might've sounded very strange, but Kagirinari was one-hundred percent serious in her request. After that, she didn't think she'd need anything else from Nayley, and she didn't want to eat up all of the woman's time. "I'll return all of these favors any way I can."

Kumogakure or Kirigakure. Both were a great place to inflitrate, but she would have to talk to Ozzy to see which one they should try for first. Nayely looked at her for a moment when she asked for her to basically put the pill in her mouth and looked at the chains around her chest. "Oh, thought that was some strange decoration, i didn't know it was actually there acting as a true restraint." She didn't feel like she needed to question about the chains, she was the Hokage, if she couldn't take them off or get help to do so then there must be a reason for them being there. "The only favor is not strapping chains on me...thank god i didn't say that out too loud..." She said in a very low and embarrassed voice though if anyone where to even catch a glimpse of what she was saying it would have been Kagirinari. She gave her a blank face. "Umm, here you go?" She said as if she didn't know how to treat her, she often never had to do this to an adult but to children that refused to take medications, but she placed the white orb on the tip of her finger and placed it on Kagirinari's lips so she can eat it.

At the very least, Kagirinari could swallow the thing, but she could tell Nayley found it strange. Kagirinari shuffled a little bit, causing the chains to rattle, but she kept her same empty stare. "Mm...not exactly decoration. It's more of a weapon. That never comes off." Kagirinari didn't know how else to explain all of the chains, but that's, in essence, what they were. They allowed her to focus her genjutsu, cast extraordinarily quickly, and see without her eyes due to the eye symbol binding all of the chains together. At what Kagirinari assumed was Nayley's joke about her chains, Kagirinari didn't change her expression much at all, only tilting her head.

"I didn't exactly plan on it, even if I could. But you have my word." Kagirinari's lazy-eyed expression seemed to grow duller by the second since, after looking at her for a while, you simply got used to seeing her one expression and nothing else. It sometimes made her seem as if she were bored, but she couldn't recall a situation where she was ever really uninterested in something. "Thank you for your assistance. I have no more outstanding favors that need attending, so I'll try not to take any more time away from you." Kagirinari said with a light bow before switching her gaze to where she last saw Kaede. "She followed me. That must mean she wants something other than to introduce herself. But what...? A mission, perhaps...?"

His body leaned forward towards the Hokage, she seemed busy, however time was of the essence. His brother was about to do something rash ..again. However with this thought he needed to become something stronger, someone stronger. "Hokage something has come up and I must leave.
