Background Info: Nobuyuki Karnata was the oldest in his family, having two younger siblings; one boy and one girl. He was trained by his mother at a young age to become an assassin, a person who used poisons and concealed weapons on their targets. His mother was a powerful Kunoichi when she was younger, being one of the highest ranked ones around. Knowing this made Nobuyuki excited to learn from her, knowing such a thing would be helpful in his future when he decided to attend a ninja academy as a student himself. One day while training with his mom, an assassin managed to enter their home undetected, a feat to most people...a curse to Nobuyuki. Having decided to take a break to get some water and a snack, he left his mother and siblings in the back yard, having told them he'd return after his snack. While eating he heard a loud scream, followed by a dull thud; which caused him to sprint from the inside of their home to the backyard. Upon reaching the backyard Nobuyuki saw he bloody corpse of his mother, laying atop his two siblings...who were also covered in blood. Though he couldn't tell if it was their own or his mothers; not seeing the monster who killed them around anywhere Nobuyuki ran to his family, hoping that even one of them was alive.
When he felt nothing but skin that was cold to the touch, he nearly broke down then and there, tears dripping slowly from his eyes onto the ground below him. That day, Nobuyuki promised himself, and the remains of his mother and siblings that he would become the best Shinobi in the world, one that would kill any and all targets that he was assigned to avenge them. To do this however he needed more training...more strength. He contacted his father who was on a mission, and told him what happened; alongside what he'd promised himself. After a few weeks his father returned to him, to make sure something like this never happened to him. While this happened Nobuyuki begged his dad to train him in the art of the sword, having already learned what he wanted from his mother before she passed away. When the man accepted the pink-haired boy was ecstatic; he'd heard tales from his mom about how strong his father was, and it made him excited to even think about learning from him. After six years of training, his dad had deemed him powerful enough to become a true Shinobi, something that made him extremely happy.

Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique) Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
Raiton: Raikou Jishaku no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet) Description: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attract metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties.
Raiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Static Force) Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearbye things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.

• • • Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique) Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.
Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique) Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.
Kumo Tate no Jutsu (Cloud Shield Technique) Description: After flashing a series of hand seals the shinobi uses chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him into a thick, chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud. These barrier blocks particular weapon attacks that are coming straight ahead, and will also block ninjutsu-based projectiles that are at the same power as the shield.
Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique) Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.
Kanri Soushitsu no Jutsu (Control Loss Technique) Description: A rather sophomoric skill in itself forming electricity into the primary hand of the Cloud-Nin the shinobi delivers a full on palm strike to the body, the voltage of this particular technique is considered high enough that the target generally loses control of the bowels and bladder causing a rather distracting mess in their undergarments. Obviously the catch is however that one has to be hit by the palm strike to fall victim to this immature tactic.
Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous) Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Hikuhiku Eda no Jutsu (Twitching Limb Technique) Description: An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his hand, making the chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.
Dendou Hari Hirogari no Jutsu (Electric Needle Spread Technique) Description: Generally used as a ranged defensive maneuver when a Cloud-nin wishes to hit multiple targets in front of him. First, he begins to grow electricity-based needles all over the front area of his body. Anyone using a taijutsu on him, between now and when he attacks, from the front side will get a slight sting, attacking from the sides or from the back is still effective however. Once the needles have grown the user then flashes one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver towards anyone in their way. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.
Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique) Descriptions: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under his specific control to explode into a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them.
Raiton: Yusuburu Kasugai no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Jolt Clamp) Description: The user turns their chakra into electrical current and grab the opponent, sending a jolt of electricity into the opponent, temporarily paralyze an area of muscle.
Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Denki Hifu no Jutsu (Electric Skin Technique) Description: making a simple couple of handsigns the user makes sparks travel along their skin to increase the range and size of raiton jutsu for 5 minutes (posts) (7 for jounin)(10 for Kage/sannin) this move also makes it very difficult to make contact with the user for the danger of being severly electricuted.

a c a d e m y g e n i n Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet) Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique) Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.
Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique) Description: Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them.
c h u u n i n Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword) Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks. Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu. Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however. Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu. Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.
Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique) Description: A jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra, Intelligence, and Physical abilities equivalent to 1/3 the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.
Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time.
Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.
Deido Tama (Mud Ball) Description: A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it stikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of chuunin level or higher can liquify the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it.
Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill) Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.
Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique) Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.
Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.

This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.

a c a d e m y g e n i n: Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique) Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy.
Ikamono Chishio (Fake blood) Description: This genjutsu can create fake blood and wounds on the user’s body to fool the enemy that he/she is wounded. The illusion is only visual; it cannot trick the sense of smell.
Name of Jutsu: The Burning Plains Description: The shinobi will gather chakra around their lips and begin to whistle a tune using the chakra to alter the pitch. Anyone who hears this high pitched whistling will see the user start to smoke and spark drawing them deeper into the genjutsu. When they have seen and heard the jutsu the opponent will see the user burst into a image of flame and the fire will quickly spread around them making everything around look as if it is on fire. All the opponent will be able to hear is the roar of flames and it would be difficult to see the user do to the fact hat they are shrouded in fire. The opponent will feel excruciating pain if they come into contact with the fire.
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique) Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique) Description: Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision of their greatest fears. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.
c h u u n i n Suguni Ouda (Instant Strike) Description: For this technique the user must have eye contact with the target. A single hand seal is formed and the user vanishes with a loud bang. In an instant the user is standing in front of the target, a weapon (such as a kunai or katana) plunged into the opponent's body. The opponent feels a blast of pain and the shock of being stabbed, but then the illusion of the user vanishes, revealing it was merely genjutsu. This technique means to paralyze the target in temporary terror.
Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death) Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will disappear and approach their target. Once near the target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, the user will appear from the tree itself and stab said target with a kunai.
Magen: Niju Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique) Description: This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. The second surrounding can be controlled by moving chakra in your hands.
Nemuri (Sleep) Descripiton: A genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat.
Nise Shookanjoo No Jutsu (False Summons Technique) Description: This crafty technique has the user mimic the hand gestures used to perform a summon; however, nothing is actually summoned except for an incredibly lifelike illusion shaped to the caster's will. Since the only thing being created is a chakra projection and not flesh, this genjutsu can be used by lower level shinobi who would normally not have the skills to perform an actual summon. The catch is that the shinobi's genjutsu skills will determine the size and detail of the chakra projection. (A genin might be able to create a false summons of a tracking dog, while a jounin could create a false summons of Gamabunta himself). The illusion is extraordinarily lifelike, in fact is indistinguishable from the real McCoy (of course, not to the Byakugan or Sharingan); its movements are controlled directly by the shinobi. If attacked, the chakra projection will stay there, but any decent ninja would figure out it's an illusion and simply ignore it then. The best use of this technique would be for intimidation or as a bluff ("that punk kid shouldn't be able to summon THAT! He must be a genius!").
Note: Making an illusion of higher level summoning can only be done by jounin-ranked genjutsu specialists. Anyone else is limited to medium-sized summons at best (Orochimaru's snakes at the Forest of Death, for example)

Birth of a Monster
The story starts in a poor village on the outskirts of the Leaf Village. It mostly goes unnoticed by all travelers, considered to be practically a waste of space. Economically, there was no need for it. It didn't import or export anything, surviving on the crops they could manage to make on the barren land. There isn't many people inhabiting this piece of land, maybe sixty people at most, each and everyone working their hardest to survive the rough conditions. Despite the poverty, people in this village were extremely generous, taking in weary travelers and anyone who needed a new home. Atlas was born here.

There was a hill residing by his small home that he shared with his older sisters. Every now and then Atlas would spend his time there, instead of mending to the animals, or doing other chores. He found chores boring, but not because they were tedious, but because they served him no purpose. Even at this age, he viewed things in the grander scheme. Over the next few years, Atlas had picked up a few things, such as swordplay. He would devote his time to this rather than help out his village. He found purpose behind training his ability with a katana. Growing adept in the art, he quickly became renown in the two villages, rich and poor. 'The Child Samurai' they called him. The village beside them seemed intrigued, and sent banners across their village and Atlas'. The banners read: Tournament! Come one, come all! Test your skill with a blade! Ryo Prize Included!
His village urging him to do so, Atlas entered the tournament, quickly finding himself in an arena with those much older than him. One by one he bested his opponents, often retold not to cause any fatalities. The final match came, the apparent fight to mark the history books. The Village's Leader himself was Atlas' opponent. It wasn't a problem, if anything, it was an opportunity. He took the chance to cut down the man, separating his head from his shoulders.

• Stage One_ The Clumsy: You're not elegant at all. Your genjutsu sucks. It looks like there's someone's mutated body sticking out of your back. And you're still not invisible, at all. Or even lightly cloaked. Your leaps/glide are clumsy, and are barely any better or further than your average Genin's jumps. They're not faster, either. Don't expect to be elegant, or to hit anything using this stage. Don't even fight with it unless you want to look like you were hit on the head as a child. NUTSHELL >> you suck. • Stage Two_ The Budding: Your fake image is now at least accurate. It looks just like you, and glides beside you. However, the point of the style is that the image is like its own living creature, and that you're concealed beside it. The image doesn't move, so you can't really fool anyone with it. It's a pretty stupid idea to use this in combat, although some people may be confused as to which one is you if you disguise it properly. It literally makes the same exact movements as you, at the same time. It reads from your brain, since your chakra is commanding it. Your precision is increasing, and your speed, now up to a full number. This style is actually useful now, where it was once useless. NUTSHELL >> faster (+1 total speed), with increased precision, long leap/glide range >> your false self is now intelligent and responds to your movements, but you can't enter invisibility for longer than a second and a half or so
• STAGE ONE -- FREE TO (Stat boosts : +1 str/0spd): The basis of the style was the three arrows loaded into different launch-points. The bow essentially launches by using magnetic force, triggered by pressing the buttons on the handle of the crossbow. There are four buttons; the first three launch arrows from either of the three points, and the fourth launches all three arrows at once. It's easy to press the buttons accurately even during heavy combat, because they're on the other side of the handle, where your fingers grip the bow. It's simple enough to just press down on your fingers. The arrows, at this point, move only as quickly as you'd expect from arrows. Although they are accurate, they're not nearly on the level they rise to from a honed practice in the style. • STAGE TWO -- FLY LIKE (Stat boosts: +1str/+1spd):Covering your legs, there are thorns. This style is very connected to nature, and as its user, so are you. The thorns do not pierce into your flesh; even if they were to do so, it wouldn't affect you. These thorns have rooted into the earth and risen out from it to give you its power. They bring life to your legs, and even span to your arms, increasing your movement, and your aim. The thorns reach into the body of the bow, and hold it steady. In this stage, the thorns will hold the bow in place, wherever it was, so you can let go of it to make handseals, or whatever else you plan to do. This display of nature shows that this style is tied in with life. These thorns are living. They want to serve you, their master. Ironically, although this was the style practiced by his offspring who killed him, this style was only made possible through Adniel's connection to nature. Tattoos:
↬ Tsuki has a set of tattoos that collectively take the design of multiple wings. At each of her shoulder bones, Uzumaki sealing tattoos etched in white, almost silvery ink extend from her shoulder bones onto her arms, wrapping their skinny shape all the way down to the back of Tsuki’s hands. In the same color is a second pair of wing tattoos that start in the middle of her back, one below the left should bone and the other below the right. These tattoos circle around her waist to the front of her body, where the wing shape that that they design take a steep dip to between the legs. The width of the wings narrow on the way down to the legs and continue to narrow as they spiral down the legs much as the first set of wings spiral down the arms. Once the pair of tattoos reach the knees of the legs they are spiraling down, the seals written into the tattoos are shaped into a ring right below the knees. Below the knees is the third and last pair of wings on Tsuki’s body. The seals that make up these wings start at the outside of each ankle. Rather than spiraling up anything like the previous two wings, the wings flare straight up the outside of each leg. These wings, etched into Tsuki’s body with the same silver-white ink, end right below the second pair of wings. ↬ The front of Tsuki’s torso not covered by wings is dominated by a demon sealing tattoo written in practical black. Stretching from several inches below her navel all the way up her chest, it’s a large and noticeable seal but also very powerful. At least, all evidence points to it’s power considering it’s kept Tsuki’s literal inner demon locked away for over five years. ↬ In the space on Tsuki’s back between the wing tattoos, Tsuki has also etched in several sealing tattoos that, when seen together create a wispy vine growing up her spine up to the base of her neck. Blooming from the vine are several flowers, tastefully spaced out so that nothing looks too cluttered. Tsuki originally wanted wisterias, a homage to her family name, but there wasn’t enough space to do the drooping flower bunches any justice.

With his Scorch Release blood line Yuurei represented the Fire Country's best chance at furthering the containment of the Nibi. Recently acquired by the Fire Country and captured within it's borders the cat had seen a few Hosts before it made it's way to Yuurei. Born the son to some every day folks who don't need much explaining Yuurei opted for following the ninja line of work at a rather early age. No other siblings to really contend with it wasn't until he was five or so that he first showed promise. The boy threw a horrible temper tantrum as the unbeknownst Scorch Release trait dictates. After some testing with the doctors they discovered that his mother and father's genetics blended just right to let him use the Shakuton skills later on in life. The presence of a kekkei genkai made it so that the parents had to register Yuurei's Bloodline as part of a database that tracked other Kekkei Genkais. This was how the ninja force first got wind of Yuurei's presence. A few short conversations of political weight pulling and some patriotic propaganda convinced his parents to let them implant the Two Tailed into their five year old son. Knocked out for the process he awoke not feeling quite alone but in the five year old's mind the thought soon faded. Matabi especially loved these years as Yuurei grew older purely because of how much she could nap. Ever so often the cat would intervene in those odd moments where everyone scratched their head wondering how he got out of that one. He was informed of his unique status when he turned ten when his parents felt that he was old enough to reconcile with the fact. The shinobi forces that did the Sealing hadn't been in contact for years and they felt their son had a right to make a decision for what he wanted to do with himself. Forever climbing and inexplicably always landing on his feet soon Yuurei independently arrived at wanting to join on as a shinobi. He felt restless as he grew older that there was more to see than just being a peddler or traveling merchant. This was the path that brought him to taking his Academy Exam and passing it well enough to become a genin. From becoming a genin and making his way into the ranks of the Village's shinobi force he's started to establish himself as the Jinchuuriki around town. For awhile he found himself retreating to some of the back streets to spend his time. Usually found being followed by the stray cats of the current part of town Yuurei's still a relative unknown at this stage of the game. Newly minted green horn status never sat well with anyone that he knew of so he intended to go and earn his paycheck at least.
↬ Ru is clearly short for Ruka which was often used by her class mates growing up but achieving the nickname 'Storm Lily' due to the clans abilities and the iconic Lily placed over her left eye.

Her oldest memory is her abusive mother yelling at her. Her mother would whip her back constantly until she lost all sensations on it. Ruka reasoned that her mother was only raising her in the only way she knew and didn't blame her mother for her cruelty. She accepted long ago that she was an unwanted child and a bothersome pest to her mother's livelihood. Her mother sold her off when she was a child to prostitution.
She once teamed up with a fellow prostitute girl she trusted and decided to call Indigo (based on the color of her eyes). They decided to steal as much gold from the brothel as they could carry. As they ran out of town, a regular costumer of Indigo's was waiting for them by the town gate. Indigo and him were determined to kill Ruka, as Indigo revealed she only needed her to carry away more gold. Ruka was caught by people from the brothel and brought back. Eventually, she decided to kill everyone in the brothel and to make an escape by herself. She also pocketed all the money she could, but was robbed by bandits later on, barely escaping from being sold into prostitution again. Ruka decided to only take as much money as she needed from then on. Wandering again to a city (Country of grass) that didn't know her face, Ruka had encountered a man whose name she doesn't remember. He was one of the patrons of the brothel where she worked. While he did recognize her, for some reason, she couldn't bring herself to kill him when he approached her. They lived together within the same house and shared a quaint life of peace together. Ruka, however, contracted a deadly and highly contagious illness and, fearing for his life, the man abandoned her, but not before trying to sell her. Ruka, however, killed the man by cutting off his head, noting that the man looked surprised in his final moments.
As she continued to wander, Ruka had subconsciously decided to kill anyone in sight when she wanted something. She had killed so many people –regardless of age or gender– that she has lost count. One day, she broke into a household for food and killed every single family member. When the eldest daughter asked her reasons for the slaughter before her death, Ruka found that she had no real justifications for doing so and merely did it as a reflex. Ruka was ultimately caught, when her illness became too much for her to bear. She was placed in a cell with five other girls, while their charges were never made known to her. These girls were subject to horrible torture, unlike Ruka, who was simply given a few lashes instead. The girls all died one by one, with Ruka being the last one alive. Finally, Ruka's illness became to much to bare, as she started coughing up blood. In her last moments, she gazed upon a beautiful pink flower that rose from the ground but she wasn't going to give up here she had lived through to much to die on the floor like this. She was only eleven at the time and gone through so much. Reaching out for the lily Ruka picked her body off from the floor. If she could just escape. Her broken body managed to stand on its own, lily still in hand. Her pink eyes drifted down the hallway to see a single guard. Somehow she manged to get him to come to the cell and as he got close enough Ruka reached through and strangled him with her bare hands getting the keys from around his neck and escaping. Escaping into the shadow of night.
Having traveled all the way down to the county of rivers Ruka ran out of the city and into the near by forest. Still couching up blood as she ran. When she got far enough her body fell onto the forest floor. As her eyes closed she thought it would be the end of her but she would soon open her eyes again. Only to see the face of a man that was unknown to her. Ready to attack but her body was so weak she couldn't even lift up her arms. Looking around she noticed she couldn't see out of her left eye and felt cloth around her head. The male noticed she was awake and spoke. He was the first human Ruka had even encounter that was truly pure of heart. He explained how he had found her in the woods and where she was now. That her illness was being treated by him and she would be well in a month if her recovery went smoothly. As he explained these things to the young girl Ruka felt something moving on her body only to look down to see a pink colored snake moving around her. Her faintly colored coral eyes opened slightly but the man explained again how he found this snake curled up to her when he had found her and it has not left her side since which was odd to see a snake show such affection. Possessing all this information she began to wonder why her left eye was banged but did not ask being to tired to even keep her eyes open she fell back to sleep.
Days past as Ruka began to recover, something she though would never happen being sure that day she would not get up from the cold ground of the forest. Soon she named the snake Hana as it never left her side and would soon be the only family she needed. Having no idea why this snake was with her but was glad she came into her life. As it neared the end of the month Ruka began to notice something odd as she was sitting next to the river she could see the water moving to her movements and as she noticed this so did her care taker. He believed Ruka had the abilities to be a shinobi but if only he knew of the trail of bodies behind her the power hidden within would make anyone aware but until this point Ruka had not said a single word to him no matter the question he asked. That night Ruka finally was able to take the cloth that covered her left eye off but knew she would not be able to see out of it again. It seems in all her distress she failed to notice a massive injury she suffered while being held captive for her crimes. Seeing her blind eye she turned towards the pink flower she kept at her bed side and a pin of sorts and without a flinch of pain placed the lily over her eye and stuck the pin in to kept it in place. After this act the man that had been watching over Ruka knew that she was no like other children but needed a place to belong and be safe. To grow safely because he could see the unstable mind within her that was starting to grown.
It wasn't soon after her recovery the man gave Ruka a scroll and told her to go to the village hidden in the mist and while she didn't want to be apart of any village she couldn't tell him no. Not after bringing her back from the brim of death and not asking for a single thing in return besides this. It is unknown his connection to the village but when Ruka arrived and handed over the scroll she was brought to a room with other shinobi much older then she. She had never seen other shinobi before and was taken back slightly. She never knew what was on the scroll but it was soon decided to take the girl into the village. Like a refugee but since then she had mainly kept to herself but was never trusted by the other villages not blaming them as she wouldn't trust herself either. Only having Hana by her side for these past six years and her team in which she hardly interacted with but as time past Ruka might open up, maybe.

I find myself peering at an conglomerate of wasted teens, a sea of faces consisting of utter glee, and young whimsy, illuminated by the orange flames of a raging fire. The fire beckons, yearning to leave it’s pit prison. Soft music is playing, something you’d expect to hear at a bonfire, acoustic guitars and light voices, some flute notes here and there to keep it interesting. They're playing it live around the fire. It’s all so surreal to me, I sit alone, watching the lashes of fire crack at empty air, the twigs giving it life suffocating into ash. It was a pretty nice turn out though. A sizeable number of twenty people with a beach to themselves, the water would be freezing though at this hour, but it made a nice scenery. My Sharingan darts around the masses, looking for nothing in particular.
“Why are you moping around for? This is supposed to be fun.” A friend of mine sat herself down next to me, fashioned with a million dollar smile and too bottles. She handed me one. I could feel the condensated water around the glass. I eyed the drink within it, with quizical red eyes. “It’s just some liquid courage, ease up. And deactivate please, you'll make people nervous.”
“I’m not moping, this is me existing.” I raised an eyebrow. Shutting down my Sharingan “Alcohol? I try to avoid it if I can. We’re underage anyway.” She shook her head, still smiling, and guided the bottle up to my face. “You’re persistent as ever. I’m only drinking one. I have to walk home and would prefer to do it sober, you know?” I could feel second thoughts, but drowned them with alcohol. “So I presume you’ll be leaving me alone here again?” I didn’t know anyone else here but her.
“Just try to mingle, you’re smart and got a cute head on your shoulders, make use of it. Alright?” I was getting the impression that it was more of a command than a request. A direct order fluffed by a couple of compliments. She shook her finger at me, pushing that ‘scolding’ vibe a little further. She gave me another smile. “Seriously though, do something you wouldn’t.” Vague advice, but sure. With that, she made her way over to another group of friends, giving me several stern glances on the way.
I took another sip from the bottle, like I was expecting the some sort of answer at the bottom. I looked back at the fire, entranced by it. Simple things like that always got me; the sky, fire, music, feelings, all things that made me get all soul searchy. Something does catch my eye eventually, a girl. Cliche I suppose, that through the fire and the flame, I see something that practically takes my breath away with an astounding virility. The girl appeared to be alone as well, only her thoughts to keep her company. She didn’t seem lonely, she just was alone, if that made sense. My grip on the bottle loosened, and it was lost in the sand. Standing up, I made my way over to the girl. “Hi.” Upon close inspection, I found that she was actually one of the prettiest girls here, which begged the question: why is she alone? Something would be bound to hound her. Well… I suppose that would be me. “I couldn’t help but notice the alluring aura of mysteriousness that emanates from your… gentle form. Nah, that’s too long, too intense. Maybe… you are the most beautiful person I’ve ever seen… no, that’s too casually romantic.” I said this to her.
She cocked an eyebrow and gave a half smile. “Are you going over how you're going to flirt with me, to me?” She actually seemed genuinely confused, which was amusing to say the least. “So there is a first for everything.”
“It was the only original way I could think of, while also mentioning how nice your face is, ya know?” I sat myself down next to her. “Someone told me to do something I wouldn’t do usually. And with a little convincing by means of intoxication and slurred rationality, I did this.” I smiled, not bothering to tell her my name. “So, I’d like to take these next few minutes to formally woo you, is that okay?”
She laughed. “You’re pretty weird. But I think that’s the most appealing thing in this place. I’m not very suited for this type of thing.” She referred to the party in a manner that I could relate with. “You have my permission to woo me, since you asked ever so politely.”
“I can see what you mean, about not being suited for this. But for now, I will reserve my inhibitions and make you fall in love with me!” I declared with gusto. This whole situation was so unlike me. The liquid courage known as tequila made it a little easier though, and it was pretty fun.
“Alright then.” She harboured a sort of mocking tone. Using her hand to push some loose strands of hair from her eyes, the girl gave me a rustic stare. “Give me your best shot, I guess.” I nodded, leaning back until I could feel the sand with my bare back.
“Lay down with me, look up.” The girl did so, and shrugged.
“What is it?”
“The world is like the sky, in a lotta ways. Darkness, and light clashing together, divided into territories and stuff. The oldest way there is, light versus dark.” I was always the type of person to think this way, linking things to other things, philosophically -- a person that was pretty well adjusted. “So what do you think.”
“If you ask me, the darkness has a whole lot more territory than the light.” She wasn't wrong, but I thought differently.
“You know, you’re looking at it wrong, the sky thing.” I said, looking up at the stars that that peppered the black blanket the covered our plain, scattered whispers of white surrounded by thick shouts of dark.
“How is that?”
“There was only darkness at one point. You ask me, the light is winning.” She seemed to mull this over, then she nodded, satisfied with this conclusion. “I dunno much, or really anything about you. But I can tell we think the same, and you are quite pretty. I don’t think I can make you fall in love with me today, realistically. But I’d like to someday, maybe tomorrow?”
She smiled again. “If that’s a creative way of asking me out, then… yes, I-I think I’d like that.” I pretended not to notice the deep blushing developing. We laid there, looking at the sky, until the moment the beach cleared out, and the fire died. And it would have been nice, if I never saw that women again. If that was just the last time I saw her. But of course it wasn't.

Adam's name came from something religious, something irrelevant in their era. He wasn't very familiar with the entirety of the book, something about it's following turned him off. It was just so cultish to him. Before his mom passed away, she would tell him stories of how great Adam was, and how he was the first man, the one who set things in motion after the Creator. At the time, it was all so cool to the young Adam, but now, he hated to be tied down by a mere name. The book's Adam made a grave mistake, so was he fated to his inevitable downfall as well? He thought about this in class, doodling while some teacher went on and on about the basics of ninjutsu or something. A hand dropped something on his desk, dragging him out of his deep thoughts and back into the realm of reality. Adam put his pencil down, and examined the note before him. It was folded neatly into a square. The teen opened it, read the letters contained with the piece of paper.

Adam glanced at the person seat next to him, giving him a nod. He was most definitely in. The rest of the school day passed fairly quickly, a slew of slurred lectures from lethargic teachers, white knuckled daydreams entrancing his thoughts. The last class would pass, a eruption of noise following through. Chairs scraping the wooden floors, kids running through corridors, a surge of chatter amongst academy students. Adam pushed past the crowds, making his way to the school's parking lot. "This is gonna be a cake walk." There was already a large gathering, mostly dull looking males, and one girl. They formed a ring, containing one bareback student within. He was already shirtless and stretching. "Preparations for his beating?" Adam whispered to himself.
"The man of the hour has arrived." A couple hoots from the crowd. Adam began to take of his shirt. Once the article of clothing was over his face, halfway off, he felt something crash against his face. He tore the shirt of angrily, lashing out at the kid presented before him. He fought dirty, apparently. Adam swung, nailing the kid in the eye, but he caught a left hook to the ribs. Adam back off from the boy, lightly jump off the front of his feat, almost dancing. The other kid watched him carefully, then rushed up to him. It was more like a lurch, like he was forcing himself to approach Adam. His Sharingan activated for a moment, and he saw everything in slow motion. Every punch, every twitch, it was all telegraphed to him. A kick was applied to the side of the head, by Adam, and the fight was over.
Adam raised his arms up high, the winner, once again. Almost right after the last blow, a heavy drizzle started coming down. "I found you." He spun around, wide eyed. There was no way. "And I'll be taking those eyes now." She had found him, there was no doubt. His eyes met with hers, another pair of Mangekyo Sharingan.

Adam stared down at the mangled body below him, staring into two empty eye sockets. He'd been left no choice. The rain poured down hard, making it impossible to tell he was crying. This sorrowful life. He pounded the ground, shattering whatever it was beneath his hand. He was forced to do this, there was no other way.. right? "Why did you make me do this?" A battle for the perfect set of eyes. A battle he wanted no part of. He punched the ground again, a purple flash in his pupil. He punched again, and again, and again. His rage boiled over. Adam's eyes catch something off, something in the puddle. His relfection. It was him, but someone elses eyes stared back, and they were purple.

Background Info: Lars was born under Goh Alexandersson and Elsbeth Heiland, with his younger brother arriving 3 years after him on the same date, June 30th. Goh was a hired contractor, a hired assassin for Kusagkure to take undercover missions while Elsbeth stayed behind and took care of the kids. As they grew, they were taught about ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu from the Academy and were considered to be excelled students within the class. Upon graduating the Ninja Academy at age 11 with his brother, the two entered the Chuunin Exams in separate teams. Lars was apart of Squad 11 and his younger brother was placed in Squad 7. Throughout the Chuunin Exams, they were neck and neck aiming to becoming stronger than the other sibling and become a Chuunin as a mantle for when they came home. By the end of the exams, the two brothers were pit against each other in the finals and due to an attack in Kusa, his brother was murdered by enemy shinobi. His brother was torn apart by rushing winds of S-rank strength, this was caused by the Summoning Windmill technique. Lars returned home as a Chuunin, but at the cost of losing his younger brother from the attack. Elsbeth was distraught and Goh was still out on a mission of great importance and espionage, leaving Lars and Elsbeth alone in their home. Throughout Lars' Chuunin years, he was a loner, never finding friends or true love to be his forte. He went through the motions and proceeded with missions and training Genin. Lars taught a full class of Genin who soon after became the future Chuunin Homeland Defense Division in Kusa. From creating a formidable Defense Division for the Kusa gates, he had been moved up to the Jounin position which was an odd blur throughout. Lars was Jounin for multiple years and defended the homeland under the name of the Kusakage, earning the rank of Sannin. He is currently 21 and noticed that for the past 5 birthdays, he hadn't aged a bit. Upon becoming a Sannin, Lars was sent on a SS-rank mission to eliminate the oncoming army that was heading to invade Kusagakure, which he completed easily. Upon strolling throughout the bodies of the warzone, he noticed a familiar body, it was his father Goh. Goh had been re-educated and forced to join the opposing forces under a different banner.

#1 - Encore | 75 Points Lars allows a specific scene to take place and records it with his eyes, the exact movements, the touch, the feel, the setting of everything, almost as if he's recording a short video. Once he records the moment, he must perform three signs twice, they must be done the exact same way, and the target must view/hear/feel this both times for the technique to work. When caught in the genjutsu, it enacts the scene with perfect detail, almost as if time was caught in repeat. All of the target's senses are affected as their pulled into the repeating scene within their mind. The scene goes on and on in constant repeat until the target realizes they are in a genjutsu. The scene flows smoothly from beginning to end, resembling deja vu.
#2 - Craft | Passive Lars can mold his flesh into weaponry like claws or a short sword for battle, this weaponry can have specific pieces shifted for better effects (i.e. sudden jagged edge to a blade, extended blade or pole length, whip gains thorns). D would be something around a knife or a shank, something S-rank would be a claymore or a huge club. Only one item can be made at a time, if destroyed, more flesh can be expelled to create another weapon but only after two posts of cooldown.
#3 - Crawl | 30 Points Lars lowers himself and stalks around his prey ready to pounce, within this stance, everything around him has slowed down so he can provide better reaction. Everything moves regularly outside of a 40 foot radius, but within, only to the senses does everything slow down for Lars. You'd believe that this would be a bad thing, but this helps him assess the situation more clearly and react accordingly, most of the time with a plausible counterstrike. This stance can only be taken twice during any battle situation. Once out of the position, the slowed down effect ends and Lars must release the same amount of chakra to do it again.
#4 - Bolt | 20 Points Lars lowers himself and then bullets towards the enemy with the speed of a jet, coming at high speeds BUT he is able to shift his body to alter his own trajectory and movement while airborne, the only thing that cannot be changed is his release into the air and his return to the ground (ie a sword is coming down on him to cleave him in half, he can shift his body to the side upon nearing the opponent).
#5 - Punish | 20 Points Lars bleeds onto the battlefield, his blood becomes dangerous territory, acidic for anyone who makes physical contact with it. This blood can also be used to trap or trick an opponent. This blood rises up and forms a wall, upon contact with his natural energy. Those who touch the blood will need a Jounin-rank medic to save the afflicted area or amputate it immediately.
#6 - Hello and Goodbye | 20 Points Lars bites his tongue and fires his acidic blood out towards the opponent as a sharp thin tendril. The blood eats and tears away at the flesh and bone immediately upon physical contact and shoots out at a high speed.
#7 - Hysteria's Dance | Initial Cost of 15 Points Lars moves with intense grace and elegance, throughout the battlefield, he can glide and hover at the cost of no chakra. His movements are deemed unpredictable and even those will excellent perception will have a difficult time reading his movements.
#8 - I Know You | 20 Points Per Post Lars can make his shadow take the place of receiving an attack, taking all of the damage that post. The real Lars shifts with the shadow near instantaneously and hides within the reverse world, a realm deemed to be the polar opposite of our own. While within this realm, Lars cannot fight and neither can his shadow, all it can do is take and absorb attacks. Every post that the shadow remains in the regular realm, Lars must expel the same amount of chakra. This technique can only be used three times during any battle situation and if Lars is unable to expend the chakra to keep the shadow in the regular world, Lars will be ripped out of the reverse world by force and switched out with his shadow.
Awakened Power: [Elizabeth]
Lars can open up his pores and release blood from every open hole to cover himself in it. While covered in blood, it works like a second skin and can be manipulated by will alone. The blood skin can be regenerated if washed away, but only when away from water entirely. Lars' blood is highly corrosive, touching his body while he wears the blood skin would shred the flesh and damage the bone. When the blood is red, its highly corrosive upon contact and holds S-rank in strength. Its passive as long as its for regular, non-chakra-based physical attacks. It costs chakra dependent upon the rank of physical-chakra-based attack that you'd like to defend against.
Abyssal Power: [Hysteria/Saemus] [ Hysteria ] provides Lars with the ultimate eyes, being able to sense energy to the point of absolute pinpoint precision and realize genjutsu at a near instant, using Daiten to pierce through the altered senses, cancelling it out accordingly as well. Ashura is Lars' left eye, releasing a bright blue hue that can perceive attacks coming seconds before the technique occurs (i.e. can sense the mass of chakra preparing for the fireball technique and react accordingly). The eye does not need to be open to use this power but it does need to be in Lars' head to use it. Natural senjutsu chakra runs throughout the entire body, through eyes and along the limbs for Ashura and Indra.
[ Saemus ] provides Lars with the best reaction time, his muscle reflexes attuned to answer the incoming messages from Ashura at an instant, almost as if his body runs on autopilot, acting on true instinct. His stance becomes primal and movements become wild and unpredictable, even to the sight of the highest tier of doujutsu. This turns his right eye red but attributes his body more than his vision.

XXXXA W A K E N I N G Level of Awakening: Abyssal Soul Awakened Form: Lars' awakened form is rarely a cosmetic change. His eyes turn a solid black and red while his hair shifts to a snowy white. His veins reveal themselves along his arms, his legs, and under his eyes, pulsating a bright red energy that is actually his blood. Lars' mind and body become at ease and he's able to think clearly, remove all distractions and thoughts that cloud his judgement. He reaches inner peace and not only that, loses brashness and irrationality.
Invulnerable Areas: Appendage #1: Left Arm/Wings? Lars's left arm become thin and segmented while three wing-like appendages hang from his body, all of these are adorned with feather like blades that can cut through flesh and bone. If the wing-like appendages are destroyed, it takes a two post cooldown for the appendages to return. If the additional appendages are summoned, the shoulder tendrils cannot sprout.
Appendage #2: Right Arm Lars's right releases multiple tendrils with replica heads attached, only five tendrils can sprout at a time and if they are summoned, the shoulder tendrils cannot sprout. The replica heads are always individuals that Lars himself has interacted with in his time, all of them having closed eyes and vicious jaws, these jaws, once grabbed onto something, will almost never let go and even getting bitten by one of the heads is ill advised. The tendrils can only extend to 15 feet and can retract back into Lars' body as easily as they exited. If the tendrils are destroyed, it takes two posts to regenerate a single head.
Appendage #3: Neck Lars' neck is hard, hard and strong, tearing it off/out is impossible, cutting it off is impossible, only through absolute obliteration can the neck be destroyed.
Appendage #4: Legs Lars' legs can shift to become more beast like, when shifted, the sannin moves at improbable speeds, being seen as a distorted flicker when he moves to those with doujutsu, those without doujutsu will only see a blur come and go, only while his legs are shifted. His kicks are like receiving kicks from a full grown horse at full power, being stomped on would be like receiving an elephant's stomp on your head.
Appendage #5: Shoulders Lars' shoulders release thin tendrils, 5 for each shoulder that can attack and defend, they are strong enough to hold weapons and swing with the same strength as Lars. These tendrils extend to 12 feet and can retract back into the sannin's body with the same speed as they would be extended. If the left or right arm appendage is used, the shoulder appendages cannot be released.
Appendage #6: Lips Upon physical contact with lips, Lars can drain the blood of the opponent through kissing, adding their blood to his own for sustenance, though he does not rely on it like vampires, think of it as a leech. The opponent would feel a light pull and lightheadedness. The lips can touch anywhere and drain the blood.
Appendage #7: Lower Back His lower back can sprout medium-sized wings that extend to 6 feet. The wings flap at intense speeds, becoming a blur and causing the air around him to grow intense. Those who attack him from behind can be diced to bits by the fast wings or stabbed right through if they're too close in before the wings sprout.
Appendage #8: Waist Lars' waist is a spherical waist with an array of blades protruding from it. The blades can be used as projectiles and be manipulated as they're apart of Lars' flesh. He can only produce a total of seven of these blades.

Description: The blade is handcrafted, its hilt is rugged with crimson jewels to adorn its make. The blade is quite interesting because its actually four blades close together to create one. The blades are extremely thin which makes it easier to slice objects. By flinging it downward, the user can transform it into a fan. Any wind techniques initiated by the fan are superheated by the Shakuton's power. Any area in which the wind affects becomes more and more dehydrated. Anyone within this affected area will lose -1/-1 to each stat due to this factor. The longer the affected stay within the dehydrated area, they lose -1/-1 capping off at -2/-2.Unfortunately, it affects everyone. It does not discriminate friend from foe. These perks may only be used when an additional 25% of the technique is spent to not only dehydrate, but debuff stats. Lasts for two posts at the most.
