Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is completely irresistible, so much so that only knocking a person out cold has any chance of awakening them from it.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Those with the Kurama Bloodline have incredibly creative minds that are able to analyze and recreate every detail of their surroundings perfectly. Because of this, they excel at creating genjutsu, with their mind crafting illusions so real that the minds of those effected by these techniques are tricked into believing these techniques are reality, creating both real pain and physical wounds on the body in line with the genjutsu used against them. However, due to the inability to perfectly recreate the feeling of death, Genjutsu techniques that end with the illusion of death will not kill those effected.



xxxxxRULES
• The Genjutsu used by the members of this Bloodline are so perfect, that they cause Real damage to those effected, with the targets body creating physical wounds when a genjutsu wounds them.
• However, as the Members of this Bloodline are unable to know the true feeling of death (With even those who are revived not having a complete memory of this feeling), the Death effects of all genjutsu do not cause real death, but will still cause real pain when applicable.



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• While Normal kai-ing is useless, it is possible to kai another out of a Kurama clansmens genjutsu, and it is also possible for a demon hosts demon to kai them out of genjutsu (Although they must have fully mastered their beast to do this)
• High resistance to genjutsu can make this bloodline near useless



xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• Genjutsu cast by this clan cannot be escaped using kai on ones self, or By Self inflicted pain (Pain caused by genjutsu cannot be used to break free of the genjutsu). Bloodlines that can normally see through genjutsu require one post longer for their eyes to see through the genjutsu users of this bloodline.
• -2 posts when learning Genjutsu and it can be learned one rank earlier.
•Genjutsu used by this bloodline are 1 rank stronger, while genjutsu used against this bloodline are 1 rank weaker.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES

The people of this bloodline find using real forms of Ninjutsu Pointless, as they can achieve the same effect with their genjutsu alone. As such, Kurama clansmen can perform a Genjutsu variant of any Ninjutsu their rank or lower they know for 75% of the ninjutsu's original Chakra cost. The hand seals for these Genjutsu variants of the ninjutsu are almost the same, with the addition of 2 extra seals.

The People of the Kurama bloodline have their own version of the Basic Clone jutsu. This clone, while still genjutsu, can be used as a medium for other genjutsu, trapping the target in the genjutsu when 'destroyed' in Sight/contact. The Genjutsu Clone has a Base cost of 5cp, but will cost further chakra based on the other genjutsu layered into it. Each rank up increases the number of genjutsu you can infuse into a clone by 1, up to a maximum of 4.

I used to role play a kurama bloodline user but after awhile I'd either get nerfed or removed since the kurama genjutsu allows for there to be tangible effects in reality from the genjutsus which is kinda overpowered.

Also, why is itachis genjutsu used as the picture for the bloodlines? It should be a kurama genjutsu instead.

I feel like this clan is kind of gamey.

1. Both of the weaknesses are a sham. It doesn't say you can only have fire, it just says you can only have it as your main element.

And water being strong against fire isn't special of this clan, it applies to fire in general. It doesn't imply a special or extended weakness to water.

2. Devouring fire of the same rank or lower without weakening seems kind of unfair to me. It seems like any other fire user, even if they heavily specialize in it but simply aren't a part of this clan, will get absolutely tossed by the Kurashi Kaen without any ability to resist.

3. Pure Flame Sphere. Deflecting one attack of Jounin-rank or higher? Wut?

And water of only the same rank will destroy the shield? What about that water weakness? Water of one rank lower should be able to destroy it. That's how it goes.

4. More chakra efficiency when you already have a lot more with the +1 rank to fire. You gain 30 CP worth for only 20; with a 2 rank boost you're basically spending 20 CP to get 90 CP worth. With a 1 rank boost you're spending 20 to get 60 CP worth.

This ability is a little unfair in my opinion.

5. Pure Hydra is the same as above, except even worse. A lot worse.

6. Most importantly: I don't want to see clans that exist solely for boosting purposes. You should add more techniques and give it more original flare (get it, flare? I'm so funny). Also, the picture is too big. Maybe try and incorporate anime or a gif into it or something instead?

1. Having it so that fire is their only element makes it so that this clan would be the only one of all the element-boosting clans. I would rather add something like water dealing an extra rank of damage to the clan member in that case.

2. We can remove that.

3. It should say lower. Water thing can be removed.

4. Reduce sphere's power to Genin-rank?

5. Reduce power to Chuunin/Jounin rank respectively?

xxxxxHISTORY
It started back in the old shinobi world. The Kokorowougokasu were mere slaves harboring to the wills of wealthy shinobi and officials which kept them shackled and forced them to do tedious and strenuous tasks. Being sent to a village of puppeteers they were forced to repair and build puppets for spoiled kids who treated the puppets as if they were expendable pieces of wood. They even grew to love and cherish their creations as if they were their own. They would be beaten on a daily basis and often starved if they did not perform well for their masters. However through the teaching of a man who stepped out of the shadows they would be taught how to harness their energy into their minds tapping into their neural systems with their chakra. Eventually this enabled them to fight back against their masters even while they were chained. However it wasn't until the first shinobi war when their prowess was truly put to the test.

They were sent in droves to fight against the opposition and developed other jutsu throughout the war. It was said that one man miko santoru was actually able to crack a mountain side with this jutsu. As well he was the first to reach the ultimate level of genius and developed the slaves eternal suffering jutsu. The legend says he took out five leaders of the opposition using this one jutsu. After the war they were praised for their valiant efforts and set free to live amongst the shinobi war. While the clan continued to tinker with puppets they all learned various forms of non elemental jutsu's to supplement their new freedom. However long since most of the teachings have gone by the wayside and their are only a few shinobi who still hold on to the old teaching and want to restore the beauty of the clan.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The few Kokorowougokasu that are left are of varying personalities. Some are kind hearted while others are ruthless and aggressive to their core. Either way they all have the goal of returning their clan to prominence and put the clan above everything. They are also very temperamental and will often lash out at anyone who is mistreating their puppets or people who bring in mangled heaps of puppets to them and ask them to fix them. Their eyes are usually purple and vary in degree depending on what level of concentration they have achieved.



xxxxxRULES
•Must have some sort of nerdy habit (Reading, playing shogi, crosswords. Basically anything that causes the brain to think.)
• Will put their clan above all else including protecting their own before their village
• Cannot have a physical class
•Are a non elemental clan only ninjutsu and sage class can learn elemental ninjutsu
•All classes can learn their clan techniques even if they are elemental due to their inheritance.
•All other classes outside of ninjutsu and sage can use the ninjutsu limits in their class to spend amongst sealing, forbidden, and non elemental jutsu.
•Cannot have lightning as an element



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• Due to the overactive neurons and electrical currents running through their brains lighting jutsu B rank and above will lock their jutsu's for 2 posts.
• Will lose 10 chakra points when they are hit by a lightning jutsu of A rank or better due to the neurons in the brain being scrambled and expelling chakra
• Are not an elemental clan thus elemental ninjutsu gains a -1 in rank.(bloodline techniques are the exception and don't lose a rank for using them.
• Weak against physical styles suffer a -1 in rank.


xxxxxSTRENGTHS

• Gain an additional 25% to base chakra
• non elemental and genjutsu can be used without handsigns
• Genjutsu gains a +1 in rank and a -1 in rank for those using it on members of the clan
•Gain an additional 15 genjutu
•Can activate the eyes special ability allowing them to see a shinobi's neural system allowing them to better react to a shinobi by seeing where the brain is sending the strongest system. Which is usually where a taijutsu or buki user will use to strike their opponent. Gain a +2 in speed while the eye is activated. costs 2 chakra per post to stay active.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Transmittion: The users body acts as a natural transmitter which can detect enemies as their neural signatures react with those of others. The
range depends on the stage.
• Brain dead- A user can shut off the neurons to their brain to escape genjutsu. Must be of the same rank or below and can only be used once every six posts.

Stage one: The mind of moderation(Rank C)
Requirements
C Five posts of the nerdy activity you selected
practicing a technique for at least three posts.
The eye: See the middle of the eye.

Stage two: Higher concentration(Rank B)

Five posts practicing a bloodline tech
The Diamond eye the hourglass and diamond now appear together

Abilities
detect the neural signatures of people within a 40 foot radius.
Can create a barrier that is 12x12x12 that will repel ninjutsu of B rank and below. (Cost 10 chakra)
(Can send jutsu back at opponent up to C rank) cost 5 chakra. three post cooldown

Stage three: His concentration extreme (Rank A)
Requirements
15 posts of your activity
10 posts of training techniques
The square eye: The eye is almost complete with the square, diamond, and hourglass now formed

Abilities
detect the neural signatures of people within a 60 foot radius.
can create a barrier that is 15x15x15 can repel jutsu of A rank and below.(15 chakra)
Can send jutsu back at opponent up to B rank 10 chakra. Three post cooldown.

Barriers are cone in shape can last two posts and have a five post cooldown.

Stage four: The Genius
Requirements
20 posts of your activity
15 posts of training techniques
Must be at least jounin

Abilities
Gain an additional +1 in speed to techniques and movement that are within the sight of the user.
Can differentiate the neural signatures of friends and foes in an eighty foot radius
Their barrier can be a full dome in a 15 foot radius. (20 chakra)
The eye of absolution: The eye is now complete with the white iris and the triangle of the telekinetic in it's center.

Special Jutsu

Slaves eternal suffering S
Said to be an ultimate genjutsu and the apitomy of the telekinetic kekkai genkai. The user begins by slamming one palm on the ground and if the opponent notices the jutsu will then begin. Two chains leap up from the ground binding the opponents feet. Meanwhile to large posts shoot up on each side with chains that bind the opponents hands. Behind them a goliath of a man with a twenty foot chain appears laughing hysterically as the one they cherish most sits in front of them pleading with tears in their eyes. The man will begin whipping the person caught in the genjutsu repeatedly. The first post the user will feel immense pain as well as the suffering of their cherished person. The second post pools of blood will begin to develop at their feet and they will feel as if they are losing consciousness. Their cherished persons cries will become screams ripping apart the users mental state. The third post the pools will become a river of blood their back will feel as though all the skin has been ripped off and they will be on the brink of passing out. Their cherished persons cries will sound be broken up by gurgles as if they are choking on the persons blood. The fourth post the user will pass out but not before seeing the person they cherish laying at their feet arms wrapped around them and motionless as if they themselves have deceased.
posts three and four will require hospital treatment for the mental suffering and fatigue. Can effect three shinobi at sannin and five at kage 20 additional chakra for each shinobi.

Telekinetic crush B-SS
The user will pour their telekinetic energy into an enemy technique and crush it with their mind. Must exert the same amount of chakra it took the user to make the technique. Techniques rank B and below will have no side effects. Techniques at rank A fatigue the user causing them to be unable to use any jutsu for at least three posts. An S or SS technique will cause the user to pass out for one post and they will be unable to use jutsu for at least ten posts. (Has a three post cool down for ranks B and below. Can only be used once in battle for anything higher.)

Clan Techniques

Mind which denies the weapon C through A
Concentrating their chakra and telekinetic energy the user can stop an opponents weapon in mid swing. 3 post cool down.
Rank C: Can stop the weapon of a user the same rank or lower. (moderate concentration)
Rank B: Can stop the weapon of a user up to one rank higher. (High concentration)
Rank A: Can disarm a user of their weapon if they are the same rank or lower.Hence a chuunin could stop a jonins weapon from hitting them but could not disarm them. (Extreme concentration.)

Body Warp C
By concentrating their telekinetic energy a user can manipulate an opponents mind to believe the user has bent their body to avoid an opponents attack. Must be able to see the opponent and read their attack. Only works against buki and taijutsu attacks and has a 3 post cool down.


Mind Which numbs the body D-A
Embedding their telekinetic energy into a persons the user will overload an opponents neuro system and cause their body to shut down. Must make physical contact with the user.
Rank D: Will make limb or appendage go numb (can effect 1 part of the body)
Rank C: Will make parts of the body sting (can effect 2 parts of the body) (Moderate concentration)
Rank B: Will make parts of the body feel as though they are on fire (Can effect up to three parts of the body.
Rank A: Will cause dead limbs (Can lead to amputation or intense healing on one body part only. However can target four parts of the body if using other methods of lesser rank.)
Requirements:must specify body part or parts you are attacking in the original post and to what level. Each rank of effect is equal to a post IE: For a dead limb it would take four posts and the opponent would feel all the effects before it in previous posts. Post 1 numb, post 2 stinging and so on.Seal can be broken by expelling excess chakra to disrupt
Chakra cost to break the seal.
Higher rank than user -5
Same level as user -10
Lower level -15

Mind of strength D-A
Through concentrating the chakra in their brain the user can move objects with their mind moving them out of their way or they can use them offensively to throw at other shinobi.
Rank D: Small objects: Basketball size and below.
Thrown objects: With enough force to cause a minor sting. Sharp objects barely peirce skin
Rank C: Medium objects: (5 X 5 X 5) (Moderate concentration)
Thrown objects: With enough force to cause bruises and cuts. Thrown objects will now pierce through skin but only within an inch under the skin.
Rank B: Large Objects: (10 X 10 X 10) (High concentration)
Thrown objects: With enough force to cause eternal bleeding as well as knock out another shinobi. Sharp objects now pierce several inches deep into the skin.
Rank A: Huge objects (15 X 15 X 15) (Exteme concentration)
Thrown objects: With enough force to cause severe internal bleeding, crushed limbs. Sharp objects can now pierce through the body.
Objects must be loose and must be rped as seen on the battle field. No ripping rocks out of mountain faces or beams from structured buildings. (Kage rank is the only exception to the rule and again must be within reason.)
Range: 15,30,45,60 yards as respective to rank


Neural Scramble B
Using their telekinetic jutsu the user can disrupt an opponents neurons in the brain. Their opponent will be unable to use genjutsu for two posts. four post cool down.


Four sword telekinetic prison burial. S
Their are several steps to this jutsu. First the user must spread four swords around the opponent on the battlefield. Once the opponent is inside the swords the user will focus their kenetic energy into the ground forcing the swords to stand up with their hilts in the air. A telekinetic barrier will form between the swords and above the opponents head. Post one the swords will spin causing the swords to sink into the earth as the barrier begins to come down on the opponent. Post two the swords will sink even further continually causing the barrier to sink and crush the opponent. Third post the telekinetic energy of the barrier will overwhelm the shinobi as it covers them and overloads their neurological system creating paralysis. By the fourth post the swords will have completely been buried into the ground and the barrier will crush the opponent pinning them to the ground as the force drags the ground down further into the earth. If they weren't completely dead before they will be by the end of the fourth post as their neurological system will be completely shut down.

Okay I made it a bloodline and cut out the puppet techniques which were actually just puppeteer class specific due to their close relationship in building puppets. I believe that most of the other abilities do focus on the bloodline to use it's mind as it's weapon of choice. The only reason I allowed ninjutsu and sage class to retain ninjutsu elements is because it is their specialty.

Believed to be founded for the sake of some obscure religion, the Jashinist Bloodline is an artificial one. It once thrived, spread by those who shared a belief that death, destruction, and bloodshed were holy acts. Because of the long lifespan it provides, members of this clan were often driven insane, making them more and more dangerous until they were hunted down and destroyed. Now, the clan only exists in forbidden and obscure scrolls that reside in an unknown location, gathering dust

Jashinist's are devout Followers of Jasin, the god of death.In exchange for his worship and regular sacrifices, he grants gifts his followers, to be used as tools to aid them in their worship.



xxxxxRULES
• So long as you have HIS Favor, your unable to die by Combat or Old age.
• Jashinist do not believe in using tricks or 'magic' to draw blood, only using their own body, weapons, or the tools given to them by the Death god himself to inflict harm to others. As such, you cannot Learn any non-Bloodline/Clan Ninjutsu or Genjutsu techniques.
• As you Gain his favor, you will gain access to New passives and Techniques unique to those who hold HIS Favor.

Favor of the Death God:
Those who Follow the path of the God of Death Both require, and Crave his Favor. Those who are devout, and sacrifice to him regularly are rewarded with blessings.
Upon Induction to the Clan, you are granted 100 Favor. Every Post outside of Combat or bloodshed will lose you 1 Favor.
You can gain HIS favor by sacrificing life to Him.
Animals and Civilians provide 5 favor.
(Note: Killing an NPC can only be done once a week
and crew permission to do so is required.)
Gennin provide 50 favor
Chuunin provide 100 favor.
Spl. Jounin Provide 150 favor
Jounin provide 200 favor.
Sannin provide 250 favor.
Kage+ provide 350 favor.
Killing someone below your rank will decrease the favor gained by half. 2 ranks below will decrease by 1/4, and 3 ranks will decrease by 1/8th.
The same happens for someone Above your rank, giving double their normal favor gain (This however, will cap at Double, and does not increase for further rank differences. This bonus does not apply to NPCs.)

Upon Reaching certain thresholds of Favor, you will be granted a Gift by Jashin, as a Reward for your Devotion. Each of the following Passives Stack with each other, starting at 0 favor. (Negative Favor stacks in the negative direction)


-50 Favor: -25% Chakra (50% with previous), -1/-1 stats
-20 Favor: -25% Chakra
-10 Favor: -1/-1 stats
0 Favor: You are no longer unkillable. This is the price of those that fail HIM. Go kill in HIS Name.
150 Favor: +1/+1 stats
200 Favor: Access to the My Lord Is Everywhere technique.
250 Favor: +15% more Chakra
300 Favor: Your limbs will move to re-attach themselves so long as you are without 5ft of them. If they are more than 5ft away, once you hit 5ft from them they will move on their own to reach you from that point.
350 Favor: 5% Chakra Regen per post when not attacking.
400 Favor: You only lose 1 Favor every other post out of combat, instead of every post out of combat
450 Favor: Access to the My Lord Approaches technique.
500 Favor: +1/+1 stats (This can extend beyond the Soft Cap)
550 Favor: +15% More Chakra (30% boost when added to previous boost)
600 Favor: Access to the My Lord Jashin technique.

Jashinist's cannot be controlled by techniques such as rewire, water body control, etc. Similarly, techniques that work upon physical contact between the two shinobi don't phase them and won't do anything to them. Also, due to the Muddled nature of their chakra (Thanks to it being the combined chakra of everyone they have killed), their chakra cannot be stolen, leached or absorbed and their chakra points cant be blocked or disabled from use.

Your Death will only Strengthen My Resolve:
When a Jashinist performs the killing blow on a target, the victim's life force -- their very soul -- is then drawn into the user, adding the proper favor depending on the skill level of the victim.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


• Name: Ritual Form [ Chunin (No Cost to perform) ]
Description: User draws a Jashinist symbol on the ground in blood and their skin turns black with white, skeletal markings. While in this form, they are able to use certain clan jutsu noted below. Furthermore, while standing on this ritual circle, any damage done to them is reflected onto whoever did this damage to them. This means that anyone without the insight to see you drawing the mark could easily kill themselves. However, you may only use the ritual circle to kill your opponent by your own hands if you've ingested their blood, seen in the dead controlling possessed blood technique.

• Name: Quick Stitching [Jounin]
Description: For those whose favor is low, there is an alternative that can be used in order to save limbs but not truly reattach them. This technique uses blood to stitch the limb back on and it slowly starts to repair itself, needing 5 posts after stitching to be able to work again. Its definitely slower than the passive.

• Name: Blood Whip Jutsu [Chuunin]
Description: User focuses chakra into spilled blood, allowing the user to control and manipulate it into sharp whips. This can only be done while in Ritual Form but you would not need to be in the ritual circle to perform this technique.

• Name: Blood Bullet Jutsu [Chuunin]
Description: User focuses chakra into spilled blood, allowing the user to control and manipulate it into sharp projectiles that they shoot at their target(s). This can only be done while in Ritual Form but you would not need to be in the ritual circle to perform this technique.

• Name: Blood Reaper Jutsu [Chuunin]
Description: User focuses chakra into spilled blood, allowing the user to control and manipulate it, the user covers their weapon in the blood and extends the length of the blade by an extra 3 feet. If struck by this technique, the blood collected can be ingested later for the Ritual form which means that this is the only technique that does not require the Ritual form.


• Name: Assimilation Jutsu [ Jonin ]
Description: This is a child jutsu of the Blood Whip Jutsu. When the whip(s) come in contact with blood from the opponent (usually an open wound), the chakra in the whip expands into the wound, drawing out and draining the victim of blood to add to the whip(s). This connection can be easily broken by disrupting the flow of blood.

• Name: Death Controlling Possessed Blood Jutsu [ Jonin (No Cost to perform) ]
Description: As long as the user is standing within the blood circle (in Ritual Form), any damage done to the user is inflicted as well upon the target whose blood the user has ingested. This only works on one person at a time. Allows you to use the Time Thief jutsu on the target from a distance.

• Name: Body Puppet Jutsu [ S (passive) ]
Description: This jutsu can only be achieved if the user has excellent chakra control. Once obtained, it is always active, strengthening the chakra circulatory system so that if the user loses a limb (or even their head) they can still control it (or their body in general) through chakra strings. Using this, they can either continue to attack, draw back the lost limb and hold it in place, or even stop their own wounds from bleeding out.

• Name: My Lord Jashin [250 Favor]
Description: The presence of Jashin covers over you in a blackened cloak, resembling darkened ethereal residue. The cloak works as a second person, defending and attacking for the user for four posts before fading away again. This cloak can only be used three times during a battle situation and because of the amount of favor it takes to draw it in, its strength rivals an S-rank technique or the final stage of a taijutsu/weapon style.

• Name: My Lord Approaches [150 Favor]
Description: This is a technique that requires direct physical contact or eye contact, from this technique, the opponent will begin to fall into a state of paranoia and dementia, believing that Jashin is taunting them and coaxing them into sin. Jashin begins to influence their actions and corrupt them, turning them into vicious killing machines against not only the enemy but also their own teammates. While influenced by this technique, the rationality and common sense of the target is removed, causing them to make more brash actions and go absolutely insane. It can be released with regular kai but not by pain.


• Name: My Lord Is Everywhere [75 Favor]
Description: The user expands their ritual circle (if it hasn't been destroyed yet). This expansion covers the entire battleground, allowing for the user to move freely while still being able to perform the ritual techniques. Leaving the area entirely or destroying the entire battleground would be the only means of escaping the technique. If any point of the ritual circle is destroyed the ritual from bonuses are lost, however, they may pay an additional 25 Favor to repair a damaged circle (so long as at least 50% of it remains)

The Spirit weavers true Beginnings are a mystery, even to the elder of this bloodline, but what is known is that they have existed for at least 500 years, and have lived in seclusion from the outside world since the time of the great flood. Those of this bloodline are usually found in small settlements close to rifts between the spiritual plane of existence and the Human plane, preferring to live in harmony with the spirits than with other living people. As such, it is rare to find a Person with this bloodline outside of their Birth place.

A Spirit Weaver's Chakra is so closely tied to their own spirit that it has the power to Manifest their chakra into an ethereal Form outside of their body, Forming a Shroud of Chakra that grants bonus's to their combat abilities. This allows them to create Chakra Weapons or Armor at will. The Strength of the Chakra Shroud is directly connected to the strength of will of the user.

  • Spiritual Presence
    --Due to the nature of the bloodline, they can natural sense the spiritual presence of other living things. This allows them to be aware of any living creature in a 10ft radius of them. To the Spirit Weaver, this presence takes the form of an aura around the one in sight. The user cannot however tell the difference between animals and people. At EJonin, this Sight enhances, allowing the user to determine the bloodline's of the opponents around them, by taking note of the form and color of the aura. However, they must have a base for this to work (Must of seen the bloodline's form/color before)--

  • --Soul Connection--
    A spirit Weaver connection to their own souls is nearly inseparable. This allows the user to operate for up to 4 Posts after receiving a Fatal wound, as the Spirit refuses to leave the users body. This increases to 8 posts at Jonin and higher.

【Spirit Weaver's techniques.】

  • --Soul Shroud-- N/A
    --This is the signature Ability of this Bloodline. By calling forth the Chakra within them, they can form a Shroud around them. This 'shroud' can Soften blows from equal ranked attacks (Making them only hit for 1 rank weaker) and block those of weaker rank (Can only block up to 3 techniques/physical blows before the shroud gives way, needing 2 posts to regain it's blocking nature). The shroud's movements will follow that of the user, but will only be physical if blocking, attacking, or used with other Clan techniques. The Shroud's strength ranks up with the user, but can be temporarily increased via use of certain clan techniques. At Jonin, the Chakra used to form the shroud gains sentience of its own, allowing it to act on its own, such as Attacking at targets the user deems hostile or Defending from attacks the user did not see coming. This technique cost 10cp to activate, and an additional 2cp a post to keep active. --

  • --Soul Rend-- N/A
    --The user uses their Chakra to form additional weapons on the limbs of their spectral Shroud. These weapons can range from claws, swords, or even Hammers and axes, and has it's strength based on Chakra used to form the weapon. Multiple weapons require multiple inputs of Chakra.--

  • --Chakra Weapons-- N/A
    --The user uses their Chakra to form into a Physical Weapon of the users Choice. The Weapon formed are only as hard as the rank used to form the weapon. These weapons will last until broken, and gain properties based on the users Primary element.
    Fire: the Weapon is burning to the touch for those other than the user.
    Water: The Weapon can bend and change shape without losing any strength of hardness.
    Earth: The Weapon is 1 Rank stronger than the chakra put into to it, but is 1 rank weaker against lightning techniques.
    Wind: The weapons gains an edge of wind, giving it further reach of about 1ft.
    Lightning : The Weapons will apply a small shock to those it touches, the strength of the shock is equal to 1 rank below the chakra cost used to make the weapon.

  • --Spirit Armor-- B
    --By Hardening and compressing their Shroud, the user can form a Ethereal Armor around their being, Akin to that of a Suit of armor. The form the armor takes is based on the user, but while wearing the complete version of this armor, the user gains a +1/+1 to their stats. The user cannot use any other techniques while this one is in use.--

  • --Soul Siphon-- SS Rank
    -- This Technique is the most powerful technique in the Bloodlines arsenal, and it's use is restricted to only the most Dire situations. To initiate this technique, all the user needs to do is to focus the appropriate chakra into their palm, and then strike the opponent. From that point on, (Until the battle is over) the user's Shroud will Siphon Spiritual Energy from the opponent, Draining them of 10 chakra a post, giving half of this to the user and Weakening them while strengthening the shroud for the next 10 posts (They will slowly weaken over the duration, down to a Maximum of -2/-2 weaker at the halfway point, with the user's shroud slowly strengthening, up to a maximum of 2 ranks stronger). If the killing blow is Dealt while this technique is in use, then the opponents soul will be absorbed by the shroud, permanently increasing either the users chakra by 10% of the opponents base chakra value for their rank, or by increasing the users base stats by +1/+1 as well as Adding another Layer to the shroud, with this new layer being of the same rank of the soul absorbed. This new layer's Color will be the same as the soul's original one. The major drawback of this technique is the risk it has to the user. During the duration of this technique, the users own soul is brought into the physical realm, and is vulnerable to energy based attacks, being visible as a faint white light coating the user's skin. Any damage done to the user's soul is amplified to the user's body by 2 ranks, Requiring the user to rely on the shroud for immediate Defense. If the User is fatally wounded during this time limit, then the user's soul will be vaporized, killing them instantly, and preventing them from being revived by any means. Only 3 additional Layers can be Gained maximum, with additional siphoning overwriting the oldest Stolen layer. --

My life was fading. I saw the sunset fall upon the sea, the light creating a mirror image, though blurred. It was all so beautiful. The world was so beautiful. But I was to leave it. I was to die. I resolved to not.

My name, is Evander of Falsafhar. I'll tell you the story of how House Heiland began.

In the ancient days there was no such thing as a nation. There were only tribes, and tribes warred constantly for small gains; for land, for food, for anything. They sacrificed their own children by the dozens to satiate their overwhelming greed. Greed. That's all that it was. If I could go back now, I would fight against that greed until the end of my time on this earth.

It destroyed us, the people of the north. We did not see it coming when the shinobi came to invade and settled their "Yukigakure" in lands rightfully ours.

Where the blizzards were the fiercest, where the sun scarcely rose and we only witnessed the dead of trees -- the far, far north -- that's where I resided. The Falsafhar Tribe was known for being impenetrable. We had always made the cold our home, and none of the other warriors could ever dare to invade us lest nature slaughter them. We were bitter enemies, but my people fought harder with nature than with anything else. It was different when the shinobi arrived, however. They were fierce, organized, and possessed powers we hadn't seen before. They could manipulate the snow and ice to murder us. They did so, killing our children and elderly in droves. We were weakened, pushed back even further north where no man could last. We were brought to the brink.

The other clans either died or integrated with the invaders. We were different. We discovered something completely beyond our own abilities there, in the north, where only death resided.

It must've been a God; a winged beast that could speak, one that stood at dozens of feet and flew through the blizzards faster than an arrow. It told us of the lands beyond, of the shinobi and their ambition. Of our people and their plight. It knew many things. And it also told us of a latent ability within ourselves that we had forgotten; the power to wield chakra, the power to destroy others. The power to persevere. When we recalled, it was infinitely profound. We had the power to save our lands. The dragon fought alongside us, helping restore the north.

Ultimately, however, we lost. When the 'Yukikage' came to battle me, I did not have the experience to beat him.

I spent my entire life searching for a new home with the remainder of my clan. And then I found Kusa, beyond the thin sea, a new land for our people.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Physically, there are differentiations between Heiland and your average shinobi. First of all, most of the men of the north had platinum blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. Many of them even had white hair. They often had exceptionally pale skin. They were often very tall and tended to wield large weapons like greatswords, etc, as a sign of their extra physical strength. There are no humans that really look like a Northman. They are exceptionally different from others, maintaining clear complexions for nearly their entire lives, and having generally firm but smooth features that other humans don't recognize.

The bloodline in itself hosts a slew of other abilities that are unique to the shinobi world. It is the bloodline ability known as "Hosfreyja," or, "Divine Will." It is the manipulation of force, through means of telekinesis.



xxxxxRULES
• You cannot automatically apply force to people, unless stated. Your techniques must be triggered properly.
• Heiland are not immortal, but age slower and live longer than your average humans. They have generally sturdy bodies and their cells decay much slower through the process of mitosis, slowing their degeneration. Your average Heiland stops growing at around twenty-five, reaches middle-age at around 65, and dies at around 120.
• Heiland genes are almost overwhelmingly dominant, not recessive. This means that almost every child of a Heiland -- even one with only a small amount of Heiland blood and ancestry -- is likely to inherit their traits of a long lifespan, their physical features, etc. However, only very few actually inherit the bloodline.
• User is immune to their own bloodline abilities, but not other Psycho Renegades



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• Their bodies are one rank weak to fire
• Telekinesis takes up your sub-element slot
• Limited; cannot be a samurai, puppeteer or medic. These practices are deemed impossible due to their differently-structured chakra stream. They also have no practice or precedence in any of these studies.



xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• +1 rank on all "Psycho Shift" techniques, AKA every bloodline ability
• Physically superior (base 2 points to be allocated to the stats of your choosing)
• Higher energy pool (+25%)
• No handseals for all BL techniques; however they require a full body motion such as a wave of the palm, a kick, a leap, a punch, etc



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
Psycho Shift
The ability to apply force to an object is something that you can say is manipulated by the user's mind. However, you can also say that they sort of set an auto-pilot for what should be dealt with and what shouldn't. Psycho Shift allows them to feel tremors of force through the air, and judges the type of attack approaching the Heiland. They can then choose for their Psycho Shift to protect them from certain types of attacks, essentially a sentient ability to protect themselves from harm. It's called "Psycho Shift" because it can constantly change its preferences throughout the battle, based on the user's will. It will project techniques to defend the Heiland and attack enemies. This ability can also ignore certain attacks even if they fall into the user's 'preferences' if the user mentally deems that they can deal with said attacks on their own. This technique is used solely defensively, but the ability to sense force is still useful for the user. Regular rules to using these techniques apply; the full movements for bloodline jutsu, chakra costs, etc.
Dragon's Blood
Being related to the Divine Beasts, the Heiland are draconian in their own right. Many of them actually develop the traits of a Divine Beast. This ability in particular allows for Heiland bloodline users to perceive natural energy due to their connection with the spiritual and animal forces. It is a long-range perception that can judge incoming masses of chakra and can also project their energy through these channelways, allowing them to send techniques across long expanses to attack enemies from afar. This is an ability mostly good for assassination. This cannot be used to detect genjutsu, but it can tell that a technique is being used. It also cannot release you from genjutsu.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Second Set C
Using the appropriate amount of energy, the Heiland creates a second set of hands, solid - but made of force - that float through the air, and move either with the user's body or with their command. These can be used to wield weapons and other objects, and have the same strength and speed as the user. You can only have one of these sets active at a time. This lasts for five posts and you cannot use handseals with the second set.

Negative Force C-S
A coating of energy over a certain part of the body, or a burst of energy across the entire body. This can actually be applied to virtually anything that the opponent is not directly holding. It essentially makes it so -- upon contact -- not only will the object be shielded from the opponent, but it will send shockwaves of pain that will hope to paralyze the foe and do damage to their vitals. When an object is coated in this, it will glow slightly. It can't be applied to anything that is away from the caster's body unless it has a diameter of at least 1 foot. At higher ranks, the recoil damage from this technique is so intense that it can kill. It also can burst outwards, damaging nearby foes within 15 feet. It cannot be used on other people or objects that they are currently touching/using. It cannot be applied to entire floors or walls, but can be applied to less massive structures such as pillars and boulders.

Positive Force C-S
A direct blast of force. This will send a burst of energy so pure and refined that it's barely visible, appearing only as a wave of air. At higher ranks the visage grows more fierce and refined, but it grows in speed tremendously. The blast itself is one of the fastest attacks aside from natural lightning, so it's difficult to dodge. Upon contact with a foe, at low ranks it will damage if not break bokes and impair vitals. At high ranks, if it doesn't outright kill an enemy, blasting them apart, it will do so much damage that they may as well be dead. It's about the size of the great fireball technique, at all ranks. The trajectory of this technique can be altered. The amount it can shift depends on how far it has gone down its original trajectory; near the beginning of casting, it can change dramatically, and after a while traveling, it can only barely move.

The Shift: Psycho Shock C-S
Focusing their body's energy momentarily, the Heiland will target a specific object or area, or may simply choose to use this energy to assault the area around them. If assaulting the surrounding area, without a specific target, the onslaught of blows will be lessened but still not easily dodged. This ability is known to go on until the target object/area is virtually completely destroyed, or until the technique itself is destroyed. It manifests as seemingly purple lightning bolts, and they seem to have the conductivity and shock/burn effects of high voltage lightning as well. This works only within a fifty foot radius. This move can specifically follow the caster or an opponent, but not both at the same time.

Psycho Soul C-S (can be instantly amplified)
The Psycho Soul is a sentient creature that manifests the will of the Psycho Shift. It appears simply as a breeze of energy that follows the Heiland around, but when the Heiland is in danger or directs this spiritual force towards the foe, it will immediately manifest a dark color and begin to fulfill their interests. It can extend depending on the rank, from the size of a horse at C-rank, to the size of a dragon at SS. It is one of the cardinal abilities of the Heiland bloodline. It has a deconstructive property to it, making techniques and other tangible constructs degenerate rapidly to the point of complete dismantlement. This technique lasts until it is destroyed. It is completely flexible; it is just a wisp of energy; you could compare it to a solid fog.

Psycho Saemus B
Psycho Saemus is similar to the assassin's rush, but all-in-all different. You designate a path using your Psycho Shift, essentially a visible line on the ground that only you can see. It's natural to the Heiland, not a complicated process. When the destination is decided, you will gain a large burst of speed similar as with the assassin's rush, and your Psycho Shift will go into a defensive mode to protect you from incoming attacks. You also have an energy field equal to the rank of Psycho Saemus that will protect you from incoming attacks, at least as a precaution.

Psycho Hysteria A
This ability can only be used three times a battle. It is the only technique that automatically hits the foe. It cannot be used to chain other attacks, but it can be used to throw them into other attacks. It is essentially telekinetically lifting and throwing their body. It can throw them up to a range of fifty feet. They cannot resist the throw but can react by using techniques while being lifted. No matter what though, their body will reach that fifty foot destination.

Psycho Freedom S
Using your inherent ability, gained from the dragon's blood, you can project your attacks to nearby areas. This ability works differently; you can project an ability that allows you to move so fast that it almost seems as if teleporting. This forces your body to a specific, designated area with extreme force and precision. It is basically an enhanced version of Psycho Saemus. This can only be used on either what you can see, or what is emitting energy. It cannot be used to teleport within five feet of the opponent.

Smite S
This ability can easily be used to cheap-shot foes, but it generally won't kill opponents unless it can land a direct hit. Holding out their palm, the Heiland pinpoints a ten foot radius, targeting it for a fury of extremely fast (nigh impossible to evade if you're in the radius) psycho-waves that will degenerate and disassemble whatever is within the target area within a matter of moments. This takes about a second to wind-up after the palm is fully facing the opponent, and the palm will begin to glow white to give them a warning of what's next. This attack is similar to what would happen if you were smashed with a sledgehammer thousands of times in a matter of a few seconds.

xxxxxHISTORY
It started back in the old shinobi world. The Kokorowougokasu were mere slaves harboring to the wills of wealthy shinobi and officials which kept them shackled and forced them to do tedious and strenuous tasks. Being sent to a village of puppeteers they were forced to repair and build puppets for spoiled kids who treated the puppets as if they were expendable pieces of wood. They even grew to love and cherish their creations as if they were their own. They would be beaten on a daily basis and often starved if they did not perform well for their masters. However through the teaching of a man who stepped out of the shadows they would be taught how to harness their energy into their minds tapping into their neural systems with their chakra. Eventually this enabled them to fight back against their masters even while they were chained. However it wasn't until the first shinobi war when their prowess was truly put to the test.

They were sent in droves to fight against the opposition and developed other jutsu throughout the war. It was said that one man miko santoru was actually able to crack a mountain side with this jutsu. As well he was the first to reach the ultimate level of genius and developed the slaves eternal suffering jutsu. The legend says he took out five leaders of the opposition using this one jutsu. After the war they were praised for their valiant efforts and set free to live amongst the shinobi war. While the clan continued to tinker with puppets they all learned various forms of non elemental jutsu's to supplement their new freedom. However long since most of the teachings have gone by the wayside and their are only a few shinobi who still hold on to the old teaching and want to restore the beauty of the clan.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The few Kokorowougokasu that are left are of varying personalities. Some are kind hearted while others are ruthless and aggressive to their core. Either way they all have the goal of returning their clan to prominence and put the clan above everything. They are also very temperamental and will often lash out at anyone who is mistreating their puppets or people who bring in mangled heaps of puppets to them and ask them to fix them. Their eyes are usually purple and vary in degree depending on what level of concentration they have achieved.

•Must have some sort of nerdy habit (Reading, playing shogi, crosswords. Basically anything that causes the brain to think.)
• Will put their clan above all else including protecting their own before their village
• Cannot have a physical class
•Are a non elemental clan only ninjutsu and sage class can learn elemental ninjutsu
•All classes can learn their bloodline techniques even if they are elemental due to their inheritance.

Special Jutsu

Slaves eternal suffering S
Said to be an ultimate genjutsu and the apitomy of the telekinetic kekkai genkai. The user begins by slamming one palm on the ground and if the opponent notices the jutsu will then begin. Two chains leap up from the ground binding the opponents feet. Meanwhile to large posts shoot up on each side with chains that bind the opponents hands. Behind them a goliath of a man with a twenty foot chain appears laughing hysterically as the one they cherish most sits in front of them pleading with tears in their eyes. The man will begin whipping the person caught in the genjutsu repeatedly. The first post the user will feel immense pain as well as the suffering of their cherished person. The second post pools of blood will begin to develop at their feet and they will feel as if they are losing consciousness. Their cherished persons cries will become screams ripping apart the users mental state. The third post the pools will become a river of blood their back will feel as though all the skin has been ripped off and they will be on the brink of passing out. Their cherished persons cries will sound be broken up by gurgles as if they are choking on the persons blood. The fourth post the user will pass out but not before seeing the person they cherish laying at their feet arms wrapped around them and motionless as if they themselves have deceased.
posts three and four will require hospital treatment for the mental suffering and fatigue. Can effect three shinobi at sannin and five at kage 20 additional chakra for each shinobi.

Telekinetic crush B-SS
The user will pour their telekinetic energy into an enemy technique and crush it with their mind. Must exert the same amount of chakra it took the user to make the technique. Techniques rank B and below will have no side effects. Techniques at rank A fatigue the user causing them to be unable to use any jutsu for at least three posts. An S or SS technique will cause the user to pass out for one post and they will be unable to use jutsu for at least ten posts. (Has a three post cool down for ranks B and below. Can only be used once in battle for anything higher.)

Clan Techniques

Mind which denies the weapon C through A
Concentrating their chakra and telekinetic energy the user can stop an opponents weapon in mid swing. 3 post cool down.
Rank C: Can stop the weapon of a user the same rank or lower. (moderate concentration)
Rank B: Can stop the weapon of a user up to one rank higher. (High concentration)
Rank A: Can disarm a user of their weapon if they are the same rank or lower.Hence a chuunin could stop a jonins weapon from hitting them but could not disarm them. (Extreme concentration.)

Body Warp C
By concentrating their telekinetic energy a user can manipulate an opponents mind to believe the user has bent their body to avoid an opponents attack. Must be able to see the opponent and read their attack. Only works against buki and taijutsu attacks and has a 3 post cool down.


Mind Which numbs the body D-A
Embedding their telekinetic energy into a persons the user will overload an opponents neuro system and cause their body to shut down. Must make physical contact with the user.
Rank D: Will make limb or appendage go numb (can effect 1 part of the body)
Rank C: Will make parts of the body sting (can effect 2 parts of the body) (Moderate concentration)
Rank B: Will make parts of the body feel as though they are on fire (Can effect up to three parts of the body.
Rank A: Will cause dead limbs (Can lead to amputation or intense healing on one body part only. However can target four parts of the body if using other methods of lesser rank.)
Requirements:must specify body part or parts you are attacking in the original post and to what level. Each rank of effect is equal to a post IE: For a dead limb it would take four posts and the opponent would feel all the effects before it in previous posts. Thrown objects: With enough force to cause eternal bleeding as well as knock out another shinobi. Sharp objects now pierce several inches deep into the skin.

Thrown objects: With enough force to cause severe internal bleeding, crushed limbs. Sharp objects can now pierce through the body.
Objects must be loose and must be rped as seen on the battle field. No ripping rocks out of mountain faces or beams from structured buildings. (Kage rank is the only exception to the rule and again must be within reason.)

Neural Scramble B
Using their telekinetic jutsu the user can disrupt an opponents neurons in the brain. Their opponent will be unable to use genjutsu for two posts. four post cool down.


Four sword telekinetic prison burial. S
Their are several steps to this jutsu. First the user must spread four swords around the opponent on the battlefield. Once the opponent is inside the swords the user will focus their kenetic energy into the ground forcing the swords to stand up with their hilts in the air. A telekinetic barrier will form between the swords and above the opponents head. Post one the swords will spin causing the swords to sink into the earth as the barrier begins to come down on the opponent. Post two the swords will sink even further continually causing the barrier to sink and crush the opponent. Third post the telekinetic energy of the barrier will overwhelm the shinobi as it covers them and overloads their neurological system creating paralysis. By the fourth post the swords will have completely been buried into the ground and the barrier will crush the opponent pinning them to the ground as the force drags the ground down further into the earth. If they weren't completely dead before they will be by the end of the fourth post as their neurological system will be completely shut down.

Special puppet abilities

I'm a real boy C
By sending their telekinetic energy through their chakra strings they can cause their puppets to act on their own for three posts. Puppets will be able to use all of their weapons without the user controlling them. Has a five post cooldown and can only effect three puppets at a time.

Gepetto's embrace B
By channeling their telekinetic energy through their chakra strings a telekinetic barrier will envelope one of their puppets. The barrier can reflect all jutsu up to B rank as well as protect the puppet from a stage two taijutsu. The barrier will take the form of a large man who wraps his hands around the puppet as if protecting them.

Gepetto's killer A
The first post the user catches an opponent in the genjutsu the opponent will visualize a killer whale jumping towards them in the distance. They will begin to sink into the earth as if it were water. The second post the whale will appear to get closer usually resulting in the shinobi attempting to swim away from the whale itself. By the third post the shinobi will feel his limbs getting tired of trying to paddle away from the whale itself as the whale appears mere feet from them. The fourth post the whale will leap out of the water revealing it's gigantic wooden body. Turning its body vertically with it's mouth downwards it will come down on the opponent swallowing them as the opponent feels the fatigue on their body and a hopelessness will consume them. On the fifth post the user will usually pass out as they feel the weight of the whales body crushing them.

I'll need to be blunt and straight to the point. This bloodline is like someone sewn together several stuffed animals and called it a teddy bear. There is no real consistent theme and I believe you should follow a single set idea, the whole puppet involvment is extremely out of place, meaning that would allow non-puppeteers utilize puppets it seems. This is denied until this is cut down to a more focused clan -- even then the magnitude of this here 'clan' should be more of a bloodline in my opinion.

To the Spirit Weaver, this presence takes the form of an aura around the one in sight. The user cannot however tell the difference between animals and people. At EJonin, this Sight enhances, allowing the user to determine the bloodline's of the opponents around them, by taking note of the form and color of the aura. However, they must have a base for this to work (Must of seen the bloodline's form/color before)--

  • --Soul Connection--
    A spirit Weaver connection to their own souls is nearly inseparable. This allows the user to operate for up to 4 Posts after receiving a Fatal wound, as the Spirit refuses to leave the users body. This increases to 8 posts at Jonin and higher.

【Spirit Weaver's techniques.】

  • --Soul Shroud-- N/A
    --This is the signature Ability of this Bloodline. By calling forth the Chakra within them, they can form a Shroud around them. This 'shroud' can Soften blows from equal ranked attacks (Making them only hit for 1 rank weaker) and block those of weaker rank (Can only block up to 3 techniques/physical blows before the shroud gives way, needing 2 posts to regain it's blocking nature). The shroud's movements will follow that of the user, but will only be physical if blocking, attacking, or used with other Clan techniques. The Shroud's strength ranks up with the user, but can be temporarily increased via use of certain clan techniques. At Jonin, the Chakra used to form the shroud gains sentience of its own, allowing it to act on its own, such as Attacking at targets the user deems hostile or Defending from attacks the user did not see coming. This technique cost 10cp to activate, and an additional 2cp a post to keep active. --

  • --Soul Rend-- N/A
    --The user uses their Chakra to form additional weapons on the limbs of their spectral Shroud. These weapons can range from claws, swords, or even Hammers and axes, and has it's strength based on Chakra used to form the weapon. Multiple weapons require multiple inputs of Chakra.--

    --The user uses their Chakra to form into a Physical Weapon of the users Choice. The Weapon formed are only as hard as the rank used to form the weapon. These weapons will last until broken, and gain properties based on the users Primary element.
    Fire: the Weapon is burning to the touch for those other than the user.
    Water: The Weapon can bend and change shape without losing any strength of hardness.
    Earth: The Weapon is 1 Rank stronger than the chakra put into to it, but is 1 rank weaker against lightning techniques.
    Wind: The weapons gains an edge of wind, giving it further reach of about 1ft.
    Lightning : The Weapons will apply a small shock to those it touches, the strength of the shock is equal to 1 rank below the chakra cost used to make the weapon.

    --By Hardening and compressing their Shroud, the user can form a Ethereal Armor around their being, Akin to that of a Suit of armor. The form the armor takes is based on the user, but while wearing the complete version of this armor, the user gains a +1/+1 to their stats. The user cannot use any other techniques while this one is in use.--

  • --Soul Siphon-- SS Rank
    -- This Technique is the most powerful technique in the Bloodlines arsenal, and it's use is restricted to only the most Dire situations. To initiate this technique, all the user needs to do is to focus the appropriate chakra into their palm, and then strike the opponent. From that point on, (Until the battle is over) the user's Shroud will Siphon Spiritual Energy from the opponent, Draining them of 10 chakra a post, giving half of this to the user and Weakening them while strengthening the shroud for the next 10 posts (They will slowly weaken over the duration, down to a Maximum of -2/-2 weaker at the halfway point, with the user's shroud slowly strengthening, up to a maximum of 2 ranks stronger). If the killing blow is Dealt while this technique is in use, then the opponents soul will be absorbed by the shroud, permanently increasing either the users chakra by 10% of the opponents base chakra value for their rank, or by increasing the users base stats by +1/+1 as well as Adding another Layer to the shroud, with this new layer being of the same rank of the soul absorbed. This new layer's Color will be the same as the soul's original one. The major drawback of this technique is the risk it has to the user. During the duration of this technique, the users own soul is brought into the physical realm, and is vulnerable to energy based attacks, being visible as a faint white light coating the user's skin. Any damage done to the user's soul is amplified to the user's body by 2 ranks, Requiring the user to rely on the shroud for immediate Defense. If the User is fatally wounded during this time limit, then the user's soul will be vaporized, killing them instantly, and preventing them from being revived by any means. Only 3 additional Layers can be Gained maximum, with additional siphoning overwriting the oldest Stolen layer. --

They were fierce, organized, and possessed powers we hadn't seen before. They could manipulate the snow and ice to murder us. They did so, killing our children and elderly in droves. We were weakened, pushed back even further north where no man could last. We were brought to the brink.

The other clans either died or integrated with the invaders. We were different. We discovered something completely beyond our own abilities there, in the north, where only death resided.

It must've been a God; a winged beast that could speak, one that stood at dozens of feet and flew through the blizzards faster than an arrow. It told us of the lands beyond, of the shinobi and their ambition. Of our people and their plight. It knew many things. And it also told us of a latent ability within ourselves that we had forgotten; the power to wield chakra, the power to destroy others. The power to persevere. When we recalled, it was infinitely profound. We had the power to save our lands. The dragon fought alongside us, helping restore the north.

Ultimately, however, we lost. When the 'Yukikage' came to battle me, I did not have the experience to beat him.

I spent my entire life searching for a new home with the remainder of my clan. And then I found Kusa, beyond the thin sea, a new land for our people.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Physically, there are differentiations between Heiland and your average shinobi. First of all, most of the men of the north had platinum blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. Many of them even had white hair. They often had exceptionally pale skin. They were often very tall and tended to wield large weapons like greatswords, etc, as a sign of their extra physical strength. There are no humans that really look like a Northman. They are exceptionally different from others, maintaining clear complexions for nearly their entire lives, and having generally firm but smooth features that other humans don't recognize.

The bloodline in itself hosts a slew of other abilities that are unique to the shinobi world. It is the bloodline ability known as "Hosfreyja," or, "Divine Will." It is the manipulation of force, through means of telekinesis.



xxxxxRULES
• You cannot automatically apply force to people, unless stated. Your techniques must be triggered properly.
• Heiland are not immortal, but age slower and live longer than your average humans. They have generally sturdy bodies and their cells decay much slower through the process of mitosis, slowing their degeneration. Your average Heiland stops growing at around twenty-five, reaches middle-age at around 65, and dies at around 120.
• Heiland genes are almost overwhelmingly dominant, not recessive. This means that almost every child of a Heiland -- even one with only a small amount of Heiland blood and ancestry -- is likely to inherit their traits of a long lifespan, their physical features, etc. However, only very few actually inherit the bloodline.
• User is immune to their own bloodline abilities, but not other Psycho Renegades



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• Their bodies are one rank weak to fire
• Telekinesis takes up your sub-element slot
• Limited; cannot be a samurai, puppeteer or medic. These practices are deemed impossible due to their differently-structured chakra stream. They also have no practice or precedence in any of these studies.



xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• +1 rank on all "Psycho Shift" techniques, AKA every bloodline ability
• Physically superior (base 2 points to be allocated to the stats of your choosing)
• Higher energy pool (+25%)
• No handseals for all BL techniques; however they require a full body motion such as a wave of the palm, a kick, a leap, a punch, etc



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
Psycho Shift
The ability to apply force to an object is something that you can say is manipulated by the user's mind. However, you can also say that they sort of set an auto-pilot for what should be dealt with and what shouldn't. Psycho Shift allows them to feel tremors of force through the air, and judges the type of attack approaching the Heiland. They can then choose for their Psycho Shift to protect them from certain types of attacks, essentially a sentient ability to protect themselves from harm. It's called "Psycho Shift" because it can constantly change its preferences throughout the battle, based on the user's will. It will project techniques to defend the Heiland and attack enemies. This ability can also ignore certain attacks even if they fall into the user's 'preferences' if the user mentally deems that they can deal with said attacks on their own.
Dragon's Blood
Being related to the Divine Beasts, the Heiland are draconian in their own right. Many of them actually develop the traits of a Divine Beast. This ability in particular allows for Heiland bloodline users to perceive natural energy due to their connection with the spiritual and animal forces. It is a long-range perception that can judge incoming masses of chakra and can also project their energy through these channelways, allowing them to send techniques across long expanses to attack enemies from afar. This is an ability mostly good for assassination.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Second Set C
Using the appropriate amount of energy, the Heiland creates a second set of hands, solid - but made of force - that float through the air, and move either with the user's body or with their command. These can be used to wield weapons and other objects, and have the same strength and speed as the user. You can only have one of these sets active at a time. This lasts for five posts and you cannot use handseals with the second set.

Negative Force C-S
A coating of energy over a certain part of the body, or a burst of energy across the entire body. This can actually be applied to virtually anything that the opponent is not directly holding. It essentially makes it so -- upon contact -- not only will the object be shielded from the opponent, but it will send shockwaves of pain that will hope to paralyze the foe and do damage to their vitals. When an object is coated in this, it will glow slightly. It can't be applied to anything that is away from the caster's body unless it has a diameter of at least 1 foot. At higher ranks, the recoil damage from this technique is so intense that it can kill. It also can burst outwards, damaging nearby foes within 15 feet.

Positive Force C-S
A direct blast of force. This will send a burst of energy so pure and refined that it's barely visible, appearing only as a wave of air. At higher ranks the visage grows more fierce and refined, but it grows in speed tremendously. The blast itself is one of the fastest attacks aside from natural lightning, so it's difficult to dodge. Upon contact with a foe, at low ranks it will damage if not break bokes and impair vitals. At high ranks, if it doesn't outright kill an enemy, blasting them apart, it will do so much damage that they may as well be dead. It's about the size of the great fireball technique, at all ranks. The trajectory of this technique can be altered. The amount it can shift depends on how far it has gone down its original trajectory; near the beginning of casting, it can change dramatically, and after a while traveling, it can only barely move.

The Shift: Psycho Shock C-S
Focusing their body's energy momentarily, the Heiland will target a specific object or area, or may simply choose to use this energy to assault the area around them. If assaulting the surrounding area, without a specific target, the onslaught of blows will be lessened but still not easily dodged. This ability is known to go on until the target object/area is virtually completely destroyed, or until the technique itself is destroyed. It manifests as seemingly purple lightning bolts, and they seem to have the conductivity and shock/burn effects of high voltage lightning as well.

Psycho Soul C-S (can be instantly amplified)
The Psycho Soul is a sentient creature that manifests the will of the Psycho Shift. It appears simply as a breeze of energy that follows the Heiland around, but when the Heiland is in danger or directs this spiritual force towards the foe, it will immediately manifest a dark color and begin to fulfill their interests. It can extend depending on the rank, from the size of a horse at C-rank, to the size of a dragon at SS. It is one of the cardinal abilities of the Heiland bloodline. It has a deconstructive property to it, making techniques and other tangible constructs degenerate rapidly to the point of complete dismantlement. This technique lasts until it is destroyed. It is completely flexible; it is just a wisp of energy; you could compare it to a solid fog.

Psycho Saemus B
Psycho Saemus is similar to the assassin's rush, but all-in-all different. You designate a path using your Psycho Shift, essentially a visible line on the ground that only you can see. It's natural to the Heiland, not a complicated process. When the destination is decided, you will gain a large burst of speed similar as with the assassin's rush, and your Psycho Shift will go into a defensive mode to protect you from incoming attacks. You also have an energy field equal to the rank of Psycho Saemus that will protect you from incoming attacks, at least as a precaution.

Psycho Hysteria A
This ability can only be used three times a battle. It is the only technique that automatically hits the foe. It cannot be used to chain other attacks, but it can be used to throw them into other attacks. It is essentially telekinetically lifting and throwing their body. It can throw them up to a range of fifty feet. They cannot resist the throw but can react by using techniques while being lifted. No matter what though, their body will reach that fifty foot destination.

Psycho Lucas B-A
The user's body will unleash a massive amount of force, outwards. This force will cover them in an invisible aura for twenty feet. Anything inside of this aura will be vulnerable to spontaneous attacks of force. The ground below will start shaking, being crushed and shattering. Walls and other objects that limit the Heiland's movement will be completely torn down. The barrage of forceful attacks can also be directed at a specific target. It should be noted that the forceful attacks are nigh-invisible as well, but the tell for them is their existence in the first place; an enemy willing to near the Heiland when Psycho Lucas is active should cover themselves in defenses. This lasts for up to three posts.

Psycho Freedom S
Using your inherent ability, gained from the dragon's blood, you can project your attacks to nearby areas. This ability works differently; you can project an ability that allows you to move so fast that it almost seems as if teleporting. This forces your body to a specific, designated area with extreme force and precision. It is basically an enhanced version of Psycho Saemus.

Smite S
This ability can easily be used to cheap-shot foes, but it generally won't kill opponents unless it can land a direct hit. Holding out their palm, the Heiland pinpoints a ten foot radius, targeting it for a fury of extremely fast (nigh impossible to evade if you're in the radius) psycho-waves that will degenerate and disassemble whatever is within the target area within a matter of moments. This takes about a second to wind-up after the palm is fully facing the opponent, and the palm will begin to glow white to give them a warning of what's next. This attack is similar to what would happen if you were smashed with a sledgehammer thousands of times in a matter of a few seconds.

The Strengths/Weaknesses seem to be fine now moving on..

Psycho Shift -> Is the reaction of this passive dependent on the user's speed stat or is it completely devoid of that? Would this require the full movement for a technique to be done? Is it defensive only, or all around? Is it able to keep up with multiple attacks? Chakra drain follows with the techniques used by this, yes?

Dragon's Blood -> I take it this can detect genjutsu as well in the area? Or even give the chance to break out of one since it is 'natural energy', this being semi-related to senjutsu?

Negative Force -> So this is basically making a wave of energy to mess up their nervous system and their vitals at once? How severe would this damage and stunning be precisely, it leaves open to the question of uncertainty. " It can't be applied to anything that is away from the caster's body unless it has a diameter of at least 1 foot." Could this be clarified a little bit more, it seems like it can be applied to something like a puppet, building, pillar, or even another person. Is this able to be resisted?

Positive Force -> Off the bat I feel the speed of it a bit much, given the huge amount of power also being dealt through it, just one of these would be enough to be end game for an average shinobi unless they were high strung upon meth and stimulated by lightning. A way to resist it or dodge it should be clarified in the technique, maybe even a cool down period of it being used but that may be a bit too far. On its own, its rather strong -- especially given that all these techniques are a rank higher than they actually are.

The Shift: Psycho Shock -> This basically has the potential to strike an entire village with no real duration? ._. At least a vague limit to the area it should target could be noted.

Psycho Hysteria -> Wait, what? An auto-hit D: . I feel like there should be some sort of set up that leads to this. It feels like a Jashinist circle self inflicted heart stab without taking in the blood. Just some sort of set up I think would be needed for this to be used.

Psycho Lucas -> How does this fare against immaterial things such as chakra, water, lightning, fire, and other ninjutsu in general?

Psycho Freedom -> So basically this is an upgraded form of Flying Thunder God? Is there a visual limitation or is it just about anywhere?

Smite -> Would feel better if this was SS.
