• Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first. • Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique) Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. • Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. • Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique) Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield. • Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created • Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet) Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist. • Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique) Description: Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them. • Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab) Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. Background Info: Ch.1 Sacrifice Sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit Sanjay was forced to take up his sword against those he once called family. It was not long before his blade was tainted in the blood of his former comrades. His treasonous actions further thickened the conflict. Now, unable to explain himself, nor survive without killing his friends he was cornered. When all seemed lost he a ray of hope came forth, but not without a cost. Sanjay's savior was none other then his father. Explaining the ordeal to his father Sanjay surrendered himself knowing that death was the only choice. Reluctantly his father took Sanjay to the village elders. His actions could only be redeemed with the highest punishment the code of Bushido would allow. Sanjay was to commit Harakiri on the first day after the new moon. The fateful day had come and Sanjay watched as the people of the village watched in silence. On his knees he awaited for his blade of be handed to him, however that was not the case. Instead another man knelt next to him. That man was none other then his father. The night before the punishment, Sanjay's father pleaded with the elders to spare Sanjay in exchange for his life. The most agonizing moments of Sanjay's life followed. Watching his father pierce into his own stomach cutting across letting his intestines slowly slug out. No matter how much Sanjay roared, no matter how much he cried, no matter what he did he could not stop the inevitable. After his fathers body was removed from the stand, and burned Sanjay was released. He was exiled for all eternity, and was told to never return.
Ch.2 Betrayal
The village elders though satisfied with the results of their actions saw much rage in the eyes of the youth. They feared Sanjay because his skills surpassed much further then any swordsmen they had ever seen before. Believing that someday he would return to gain vengeance they broke the promise they made with his father. The elders conspired in secret with bounty hunters from a foreign land to hunt Sanjay.
As a storm began to rage Sanjay weary from travel and unarmed rested underneath a tree. As he sat against the tree weak he began fall asleep, however was woken by the sound of an arrow which had barely missed him. Dazed, and confused he quickly began to run. Followed by 5 masked figures who were closing in on him quickly. The world had failed him, or so he began to think. His notion was further validated when he came too the edge of a cliff. Now surrounded and cornered he had no choice, but to accept his fate. He stood tall preparing for watch was to come. The hunter with the bow nodded to his allies as he pulled an arrow and strung it back. With a slight laugh he released the arrow allowing it to piece through the air with unwavering precision. Striking Sanjay in the right eye his body fell backwards into the roaring waves below the edge.

• Path One: Deva Path (10 chakra) The Deva Path is the primary path. It focuses on the attractive and repulsive forces, along with gravity. It is often considered the strongest path, and for good reason. It possesses some of the most powerful techniques known to the Rinnegan's arsenal.
Bansho Tennin 20 Chakra The Bansho Tennin is a technique revolving around the idea of attraction. The Rinnegan wielder may aim their hand forward and will then proceed to pull the target towards them. This is a rather quick pull that almost no one can resist. However, it does leave you rather open. While using the Bansho Tennin, you may not move until your target is within a four foot vicinity from where you are standing. Against multiple targets, this can turn fatal, and so it's safest to use against an individual. The Bansho Tennin can only be used on one target at a time, and can only be used once every three posts. You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.
Shinra Tensei 20 chakra, 75 for a massive scale By aiming your hand forward, you will create a barrier that can block any and all attacks and will repel objects outwards. This can be used offensively and defensively, but is primarily defensive. It focuses on the aspect of repulsion and can be crafted into a larger scale than its regular potency, which is then capable of destroying an entire village. However, it can only be used once every 3 posts, and the larger scale will prevent you from using another Rinnegan technique for 5 posts. You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.
Chibaku Tensei 75 chakra Arguably the most powerful Rinnegan technique to exist. The Chibaku Tensei is a technique where you will release a ball of gravity into the air, similar to a black hole. This ball of gravity will suck everything except you into it, surrounding the tiny object. This tiny force of gravity cannot be destroyed, and you may control what is or isn't pulled into it. It can pull an entire forest into its massive stature and even the land surrounding it. At its full size, it resembles a miniature moon, and if anyone has been sucked into it, they have almost definitely been crushed to death. Using this technique prevents any other Deva Path skills from being used for 6 posts.
• Path Two: Asura Path (5 chakra) The Asura Path focuses on futuristic combat, like guns, robotics and laser beams. Its body is very sturdy due to a stretching of almost metal armor across its limbs, and its instant mechanics are very deadly.
Chakra Explosion 20 chakra The Chakra Explosion ability will create a large laser beam from any part of your body. Any. This laser beam can cut through almost any object like parchment and can even be focused into a simple strike of the fist, which would shatter most of someone's body. The laser strike explodes a few seconds after contact, finishing the job.
Chakra Propulsion 10 chakra The Chakra Propulsion greatly increases someone's speed (+1 rank). It allows you to sort of glide in the air by a kind of "jetpack" effect on your feet, which sends you flying forward like a rocket. This effect can last for up to 5 posts and during this time, you can basically fly, with the ability to ascend or descend in the air.
Flaming Arrow Missiles 20 chakra The Flaming Arrow Missiles allows you to launch one dozen rockets from any part of your body that will all home in on the enemy or enemies. Their explosive effect is powerful, but the homing effect is what they're really revered for, and their speed is proportional to yours.
Flaming Arrow of Amazing Ability 20 chakra This technique involves launching your hand forward as if it were a rocket. This hand will be protected by a vast amount of chakra that will prevent it from taking any harm, and it comes back to your body like a boomerang after it has reached its destination. It shoots forward at incredible speed and slams against the enemy with tremendous force, enough to shatter every bone in their body. If the hand is somehow destroyed, it can be recreated for 10 extra chakra.
• Path Three: Human Path (0 chakra) The Human Path can read the minds of their targets, as well as pull away their soul from physical contact. However, if you read their mind, you must pull out their soul afterwards, as it is part of the technique. This prevents you from being able to take them as a hostage, or to simply read someone's mind for simple pleasures, as it'd just result in their death.

↬ Jutsu • White Blades Rank Here The Hatake performing the jutsu, using their unique white chakra, emit long, dual curved blades jutting out from their forearms. However, they can be emitted from other places of the body, such as the lower legs. They are very durable and razor sharp on both edges. The blades dull edge can deliver a burning sensation if bare skin were to be touched to it for more than a second, but isn't too harmful in itself. The blades are able to be moved as fast as the user can move their forearms, so it is in direct relation to their speed. On a durability, they rank about an 8 on the moh scale. Striking something harder can cause them to waver or even break and disperse. The chakra cannot be absorbed back into the body after taking this shape.
• White Plating B-Rank White Hatake chakra is pushed to the surface of the body out of the skin and forms armor plating in hexagonal patterns. This can not be done for the entire body, only a full limb or patch of body. This can be used to make taijutsu more damage inflicting due to its hardness, ranking 8 on the moh scale. Well protecting the user well from physical attacks, it will falter under jounin or above level ninjutsu.
• Hatake Will O' Wisps A-Rank Base-ball sized globes of swirling chakra are dispersed from the user's hands, an amount of fifteen to twenty-five at a time. Although slow moving, they are very dangerous. The smallest amount of physical contact with one of the globes will cause it to detonate with the force of 3/4 of a papertag and a short-range cloud of slicing chakra. This sharp chakra is not great enough to produce life threatening cuts, but can be incredibly painful...think papercuts all over ones limb or body. The user can detonate them remotely one at a time as they see fit as well as control their movement...though slow in this manner. Their paths and positions are easily affected by wind. They will not detonate in a chain-reaction manner and cannot be set off by contact with one another. Only solid objects can effect them. (I.E. Doton, kunai, throwing a stick, ect.)
• White Whip C-Rank The user is able to emit a single, long, whip made of chakra from their arm and have complete control over it. It can be cut with normal weapons of durable construction, but can still be used even if cut down. Being struck by the whip will often result in a painful sting and a long laceration meant to draw a good amount of blood. Such a whip might also be used as a rope for climbing or maneuvering.
• White Sapper C-Rank After activating the jutsu, the user's hands glow bright white with chakra. They will then make a grab for an adversary's body. If skin contact is made, a white hexagonal pattern will appear on their body and seem to graft onto their skin. Theme Song:Rengoku Nindo: "I have no reason to anchor myself to life with empty words. My ninja way...need not exist." Background Info: A strange girl who often keeps to herself, and generally keeps others at a healthy distance. She doesn't know or understand the warmth of friends or family, and says she was raised alone, and in a way, it seems she became somewhat bitter when thinking of those who led normal lives. She prefers to keep the chains wrapped around her arms and legs on, so she never removes them despite having the ability to do so. She claims that she gains an understanding of the world around her through observation, but she often observes too closely, or makes herself extremely visible to those she is watching if she finds she has no reason to hide. Many assume she's just lonely, but she would argue otherwise. Loneliness is not something she knows how to feel, as she has never had companionship taken away from her. To feel lonely, she'd have to know companionship and love for a single person that she didn't see for a period of time.
Kagirinari is a firm believer in amelioration, despite having such a foreign view that what's "good" and "evil" with her is a foreign concept. She doesn't understand those two things for what they are, but survives based off her self-preservation instincts and understanding of what is logical, rather than what is emotionally driven. That's the reason for her belief in amelioration...only growth can drive a being's survival, no matter the situation they're in. It only makes sense to want to survive, so to that end, growth is integral. Perhaps it's something of a motherly instinct, but her desire to see her own growth is partially pushed on to those who follow her lead. She wants to see everybody grow, including herself. Her personal growth involved making sure negative emotion didn't influence her actions, otherwise she was just as useless as the overbearing emotions that would flood in if she let them.
Since the idea of morality on a black and white scale confuses her, she is often confused as to the actions people choose when life or death is the question. Even when she doesn't understand why people would risk their life for a long forgotten promise, or fight against those of greater strength for power they will never have...but she ends up doing it too. In her mind, it only makes sense to defend those who would grow, so she'd put her life on the line first and foremost simply to see if her belief is correct in that people can change and, in turn, change the world. In her mind, those that fall in battle are probably better off dead. She doesn't condone tampering with the bodies of the deceased, not even if logic is involved in it.
Rather than meeting all foes on the field of battle, Kagirinai is of a tactical mind. She has a natural talent for tactics, leading foes in to strategic chokepoints whenever she has the chance to, and would rather not risk a single life when victory can be claimed by application of basic tactics to overwhelm and destroy an enemy. To that end, she puts herself in front of others, knowing that if her tactics and strategies fail, her last, and greatest plan is to put everything forth and create an opening, even if it costs her life. She is, understandably, difficult to grasp at first, but she proves to be as stalwart a friend as she is a leader. She has a powerful understanding of battlefield conditions, and to that end, an understanding in to the hearts of humankind as a whole. Some might call that understanding manipulation, but she sees it for what it is.
She's not perfect, however. She can't understand human emotion, actions, or beliefs without comparing them to her own "emotions and beliefs." She is a very blunt woman, often telling people exactly what they *don't* want to hear, as long as it is the truth. She doesn't like to mince words, and no matter how much it hurts others, if they need to hear it, she'll tell them exactly what they need to know without hiding details. Her idea of "justice" doesn't exactly exist, as she never seeks retribution for anything done against her unless it is tactically sound to do so, and like most humans, there are things she hasn't experienced yet. Her reactions and feelings become mixed upon encountering something she's never seen before, but she does her best to adjust. That's one of her more appealing traits, as adaptation is difficult to deal with, but Kagirinai doesn't mind having to constantly adjust to change as long as it ensures her survival. She's the type that would remove of a limb before a disease spread to her brain, as she knows that the whole is greater than the parts so long as the part being removed is without consequence. In the same way, that's why she puts herself in the line of fire before she puts her subordinates in the way. The whole is greater than even her, and she knows it.
Nobody knows where she came from, or why she's in Konohagakure, but she quickly proved that she was the only one who was willing to take control and take the lead. She never explained her motives, nor did she explain why she was bound in chains upon her arrival, but she always figured that it didn't matter as long as nobody asked her. In this way, she is, perhaps, the biggest mystery in Konohagakure, despite being the Hokage. All anybody really knows is how often she just watches, only making sure that her charges remain safe, alive, and happy. There is much history and sorrow hidden in those wintery violet eyes of hers, but she doesn't speak on the past, and instead, looks toward the future.
In truth, Kaginari is reluctant to talk about her past because she finds it utterly pointless to do so, but she left an impressive swath of bodies in her wake. She grew up being bound by the chains that adorn her body, and further, she grew with an affinity for genjutsu that caused others to fear her. As a child, she was hailed a hero, a destroyer, and a demon all at the same time for what she could do and when she did it. She was apathetic to all causes, and only did what she was told to do, or asked to do. The reason for her apathy was because she broke the mind of her entire family on accident, destroying any chance of her having a normal life. It was when she was fifteen that she had to put her powers to use for a purpose greater than intimidating people. Kaginari had killed a total of one hundred men that had come to claim her life with just the suggestion that they kill each other. Friends became enemies, and she wiped them all out without moving from her spot. She became a symbol of hope, but she didn't care one bit...and one day, she just vanished. She doesn't remember much of what happened when she left, but she ended up in Konohagakure some time later, all of her bitterness in tow.
