A female shinobi walked out of the Kage's office and onto the streets of the village. The mist shinobi remained as calm as always even while in a different village. Her single eye looking around the village and those that were out on the streets. As she moved with unmatched grace walking past the mission board. Her interest was sparked as she watched a few people standing around the broad. They were all very interesting or appeared to be and stood out among others that happened to be around. There was a female, a pink haired male carrying a sword and another male with black hair. Her white hair similar to that of freshly fallen snow picked up in the wind as she would begin to walk past them but the female from before walked right into her. Ruka was caught off guard as the soft body hit right into her. The females face smashing into Ruka's chest as the contact made her skin crawl. Her pinkish eye widen as she didn't even know of to react. She stood their stunned as the girl did not move and neither did Ruka.

It seemed that despite her seemingly timid nature didn't prevent her from accepting the mission as well, knowing the dangers would be quite high. Narrowing his eyes for a moment he turned on his heel, crossing his arms over his chest for a moment before watching as she walked headfirst into a pair of breasts that were attached to a slightly tall white haired girl wearing an interesting outfit. Ruka quickly pushed the smaller female away with a look of displeasure on her face. Unknowingly she had pushed her a little to hard almost forcing her onto the ground. Taking a step back she quickly brushed herself down with a quick pat as her pale skin had never had so much color within her cheeks before. She looked like a cherry blossom. Her eye turned to look at the pink haired man that caught her eye before as he spoke out. She was confused for a moment as she looked at him. Her embarrassed expression slowly faded away as her blank face returned to normal. She stood with her graceful stance once again as she looked this man over. She didn't like his tone. ✘XXXXXListening to the white-haired woman speak to him in what he assumed was either confusion or annoyance of some sort, the pink-haired teenager nodded his head in response to her. He indeed wanted a ninja from mist to join them on a mission; even if his reasons for it were simply because he wanted to use her as a distraction should he need to. It also helped that she was somewhat pretty, which despite not meaning much in the end did help somewhat. When two new people approached from somewhere else he couldn't help but shift his piercing gaze onto the two for a moment, listening to them speak before shaking his head slightly in annoyance. The amount of people talking at once was annoying him, making it hard to keep up with everyone was. Especially considering he was new to the village so he didn't know anyone. Shaking his head slightly he began to walk forward slowly before seeing a bone sword resting in the sash of the purple haired male. Stopping next to him he turned on his heel, facing the man before speaking in a calm tone. "You. You're a Kaguya aren't you." With that said he waited, his gaze boring into the male for a moment whilst waiting for him to speak or respond.

Two more shinobi entered the scene, one who was kind enough to catch Tsuki. She meant to offer an apology and thanks, but didn't have the time to get any words out before the one who caught her started tossing accusations at the recently revealed mist shinobi. Whether it was actual or just her paranoia acting up, Tsuki felt tensions rise with the roughly worded question. Then another shinobi entered, and while he did nothing of any real consequence yet, Tsuki couldn't help but feel that his mere presence simply further irritating the meeting. It was mostly something about the pink-haired man. He was scary to begin with, but something about the way he asked if the other guy was a Kaguya, even if it was said calmly, set off alarms in Tsuki's head. If she had to guess what he was thinking, she would have to say that he sounded like he wanted to fight the other guy if he really was a Kaguya. Of course, she couldn't know for sure, knowing nothing about Nobunaga.
Before she knew what she was doing herself, Tsuki stepped right into the middle of the group and shouted, "W-wait!". Her hands were clutched against her chest in their usual timid manner, knees locked together, and legs bent ever so slightly as if the force of the shout weighed her down. A sudden paleness covered Tsuki's face immediately after the shout as she realized exactly what she had done and that she didn't have anything prepared for after the impulsive act. It was during this pause that Lucifer suddenly appeared out of nowhere, but Tsuki didn't even notice him. She was too wrapped up in what she was supposed to say next now that she had stepped up.
Tsuki blanked, "U-uh...," not knowing what to say and shivering in place out of both the fear and uncertainty. She closed her eyes tight and breathed in deep, Tsuki knew how to handle something like this, she'd done it before the last time she'd spoken out of turn. She tried starting again, "What I. That. That is. I mean."
Her eyes darted to the pink-haired man without making eye contact, Her eyes staring at his feet, she asked the only thing she could think of to ask him, which probably seemed completely out of the blue considering the current situation, "U-um, can I see the mission paper?".
Then it was the other, taller girl's turn. Tsuki turned to her, but avoided eye contact and stared at only the woman's feet like she did with pink-hair, "I-I'm really sorry, for stepping into you-your... uhh, for stepping into you. I-I hope you don't mind, but I'd also like to ask, if you're a Kirigakure kunoichi, why are you in Konoha? To my knowledge, our two villages are not at war yet but... we're not... tensions are running high between the two villages. I'm not sure what Kirigakure has against us, but in Konoha, we found one of our ninjas dead and suspect it was your village. It's... It's dangerous for you to be here. Ah. Um. Please don't take that as a threat! I didn't mean it like that. Just as a word of caution and explanation." Towards the end of her speech, Tsuki had started getting worked up, scared of the consequences of the other girl mistakenly taking her words as a threat.
Then it was time to address the two newcomers. Except Tsuki couldn't think of what to say to them other than the generic, "Um, please don't fight. That'd be scary. W-would the two of you like to join us for a mission? I mean, that's what we're doing now. Um, also, it can't be good for our village if we were start a fight with another village's shinobi in our streets for no reason. It really might cause a war this time... and think of all the repair costs..." As when talking to the other two, her eyes were focused on their feet.

Fully/Partially Visible Tattoos ↬ Tsuki has a set of tattoos that collectively take the design of multiple wings. At each of her shoulder bones, Uzumaki sealing tattoos etched in white, almost silvery ink extend from her shoulder bones onto her arms, wrapping their skinny shape all the way down to the back of Tsuki’s hands. In the same color is a second pair of wing tattoos that start in the middle of her back, one below the left should bone and the other below the right. These tattoos circle around her waist to the front of her body, where the wing shape that that they design take a steep dip to between the legs. The width of the wings narrow on the way down to the legs and continue to narrow as they spiral down the legs much as the first set of wings spiral down the arms. Once the pair of tattoos reach the knees of the legs they are spiraling down, the seals written into the tattoos are shaped into a ring right below the knees.

As the small girl fell to the ground her body was caught by another. Ruka who's attention was on the pink haired shinobi almost had tunnel vision. If he said one more thing in that tone she would make him regret it but then she was addressed by another. The man that caught the small girl that bumped into her moments before. Ruka turned her body slightly to face this male and his question. A sigh escaped her lips as she looked him over. He was clearly a high ranking shinboi within the village possibly a jounin? maybe higher? "I'm here on business. Kiri has been under similar attacks. I've already spoke with the Hokage. He knows I'm here." Ruka said with a very plain and serious tone. Her words were true and it wasn't like she was lying. That would be more of a headache then the truth.
It seemed like more and more people were gathering which began to make Ruka feel uncomfortable but she didn't show her uncomfortable feeling as emotions were very rare for her. The pink haired male did not talk to her again but towards another so her attention no long lingered on him. Then suddenly the small female that got a face full of Ruka's chest stepped out into the middle of the group and shouted for everyone to wait. Simply turning to look at the girl as her had her hands clutched to her chest. What a timid nature. Everyone was looking at her including Ruka.
She addressed the pink haired man then turned towards Ruka asking her a similar question like that of the older male which her answer would be the same. "It's fine." she said in a soft tone as she couldn't get angry with such a doe eyed person. It seemed like speaking alone was a struggle for her. Not even looking at Ruka while she spoke but her feet."I'm here because a similar action took place in Kiri. We came to work with the Hokage and figure out why this has happened. Like I said, I was here to see the Kage which I already have." Ruka turned to face all of them as her arms moved towards her chest but relaxing. Ruka said no more as she stood their surrounded by all this shinobi. Her eye drifted off to the side giving her a softer expression. Thinking as she stood there. Should she join? She might learn something. Working with shinobi from other village's. She was sure.
