[10/4/2014 2:20:37 AM] "I don't know how you could possibly think that tastes good, but whatever you say." He stared at the can in the basket. "I can tell you now, though, the beer you get around here won't help you forget anything. If you want that, you should get yourself a psychic-type."

[10/4/2014 2:23:01 AM] He stared at the basket, mulling what Nakura had said, before blowing out roughly, "Maybe. What are you drinking?" When in doubt, CHANGE THE SUBJECT.

[10/4/2014 2:32:49 AM] Raising an eyebrow quizzically, he stared at Nakura, "Beer? You said it tastes bad."

[10/4/2014 2:34:21 AM] He snickered. "Riviere...would you come in here, please?"

A sick-looking Zoroark came in, mostly blue and black in color, but looking faintly green.

"This is Riviere," Nakura explained. "I had him try some beer so he could imitate it. As you may know, Zoroark have the ability to trick the senses into believing illusions. Like the illusion that your green tea was beer."

Riviere groaned and leaned forward on the bed.

"I don't think he agrees with you about the taste."

[10/4/2014 2:37:58 AM] He was totally stunned, only able to blink at first... Then he began to laugh, doubling up as the laughter became stronger. "H-Holy s**t you're such a p***k! Damn Koibito. I don't think mons can process booze." He kept laughing, having a hard time calming down. Once he did, he wheezed faintly, "Why did you do that you jackass?"

[10/4/2014 2:39:06 AM | Edited 2:39:19 AM] Nakura waved a hand, smiling wanly but secretly surprised that Adam was taking it so well. "They're monsters. They should be able to process anything. And didn't I tell you? I don't like the smell of alcohol around here." He finished his own drink and tossed it into the trash along with Adam's beer can. The can had, by then, reverted into a crumpled Styrofoam cup just like Nakura's.

[10/4/2014 2:41:48 AM] Adam climbed out of bed and approached Rivière. Placing a hand on its forehead, he frowned with concern, "You should care more about these guys. They're your partners, yeah?"

[10/4/2014 2:43:18 AM] Riviere the Zoroark looked up at Adam weakly and whined.

Nakura was already focused once more on his laptop. "I only have one partner and she's pissed off as hell with me at the moment. I don't need more to worry about."

Riviere suddenly covered his mouth, his eyes wide and his cheeks bulging.

His trainer looked up. "Oh, no you don't. Go get a bag! Or go to the bathroom!"

<...> Unable to help himself, the pokemon threw up on Nakura, his lap, and his laptop.

[10/4/2014 2:47:33 AM] He stared, mouth gaping slightly before speaking in soft mystified tones, "... I think that's karma." Adam's attention turned to the Zoarks. He began to rub its back, "You okay now, buddy? Why don't you go get some water while I help koibito clean up. Manny?"

Upon being called, the ghastly floated out from under Adam's bed, "Ly?" His eyes drooped as he yawned deeply. Apparently Adam had disturbed his nap.

"Can you make sure Rivière is okay?"

Still groggy, the ghastly nodded and floated over. His senses, now awoke, made him feel a little nervous being around a new pokemon.

[10/4/2014 2:49:50 AM] "..." Nakura cursed under his breath. "Kuso." Glaring at Riviere, he grabbed a bunch of tissues in an attempt to save his computer before getting up. "Next time, I'm using Aoba. He probably has a stronger stomach, anyway."

Rivere gave Izaya an apologetic look, but he perked up at Adam's attention. The Zoroark nuzzled his hand before inspecting Manny. He left the room to go get some water.

[10/4/2014 2:50:43 AM | Edited 2:51:22 AM] The older grunt watched the pokemon and Adam out the corner of his eye as he wiped off the worst of the bile and began to strip. "If you keep treating them like they're equals, they're going to walk all over you."

[10/4/2014 2:56:34 AM] "You have two Zoarks?" He was surprised by that, seemingly totally unfazed by the puke as he helps clean up and strip the bed, "Looks like we're using my bed tonight." He was further surprised by that remark, "What makes you say that?"

Manny bobbed gently, He followed Riviere, sticking close to his side.

[10/4/2014 2:57:42 AM] "Unfortunately." He didn't seem thrilled. "One of them I caught only out of necessity. The other was left to me by that dead Rocket I was blamed for killing."

[10/4/2014 2:58:22 AM] "They were only Zorua at the time I got them, though, so it was a pain to train them enough to evolve. I hate pokemon training."

[10/4/2014 3:03:40 AM] Wait. What? blinking, he turned his attention to Izaya again, "You were blamed for killing someone?" He listened to the rest and laughed wearily at the end, "Sounds like you hate Pokemon in general, dude. Why?" With the bedding stripped, he dropped it onto the ground and picked up the laptop. Sitting down on a chair, he began to work on cleaning it more... And he was Totally not gonna ogle his roomie. Nope. How could you think such a thing?
