Katie smiled as she skipped down the street, she had not seen nick in a few days and decided to go and visit him. She hoped that showing up unannounced would not cause any issues, but she did not have her phone today because it was taken away, so she was not able call or text him. Besides she really needed to get away from her house anyways... She was in front of their house when she stopped skipping, she walked to the door knocking a few times then waited for someone to answer the door. She started playing with her hair and rocking back and forth on her heels.

Benedict wanted to push past his sister after a few seconds of awkward silence. Then suddenly Hannah spoke out, reprimanding him while at the same time promising to punish him for stealing. Then she retreated back into the house after it was certain to her that Benedict didn't want to go inside first. He didn't want to head inside before his sister because he wasn't sure what she would to do him behind his back. He merely grinned at her remark as he followed suit, slamming the door behind him. It didn't matter if he made this much ruckus since no one else is home. "Ah, sis you know I like being spank...hard," he joked. When he saw the expression on her face, he laughed out loud. He love seeing her reaction to his quirky remarks. Just as he was about to say something else to her, he heard several knocks on the door. I wonder who that is. At the same time, he heard the sound of ding from the oven indicating that the pizza was done. "Mind getting the door while I run off to take out the pizza," he asked Hannah. He didn't wait for her to reply before he dashed off towards the kitchen. He decided to invite Hannah later once the person at the door leave.

Hannah shook her head at what her little brother said and just sighed as her expression softened a bit. "I'm never t gonna spank you ya idiot. That's Jacob's job once you grow the balls to tell him how you feel. Fine I'll get it but I swear if it's your mutt with no shirt on I give up!" Hannah smirked as she opened the door then her face became one of shock as she saw her best friend and crush on her doorstep. She blushed a little and smiled. "Hey Kat what are you doing here? N-not that I mind is r anything it's just I could use a little warning. Why didn't you call ahead? Don't tell me your 'rents took your damn cell. You can come in if you want. Benedict we have a girl entering the house make sure your fly is up. Hannah smiled as she used their code for their crush being there it was also to ensure that her brother didn't call her Hannah. She stepped aside and smiled at Katie.

Katie looked down a little when Nick asked why she did not call then nodded when he mentioned her parents taking her phone away. When he invited her in and made that comment to his brother she could not stop herself from giggling a little. She walked inside a little before giving Nick a hug. "I missed you, it has been a while. I am sorry that I have not been in class, a few things happened and well..." She stopped talking and let her sentence fall as she stopped hugging him and looked away a little. "Well anyways, how have you been? Are you keeping Benedict out of trouble?" Katie asked with a knowing smile in attempts to change the subject. Avoiding eye contact was a little harder than usual because she was wearing heels today so she was around the same height as Nick. Even though she was older than him, even if it is by just a few months, He was still taller it made her want to pout when she thought about that, however she did not change her expression in hopes that Nick would go along with her changing the subject.

Hannah smiled and hugged Katie tightly. She frowned at the obvious change of subject. "What did he do to you? You tell me right now and I want the truth. No lies no avoiding the truth. Tell me what he did, or maybe it's your mom. You tell me right the ******** now." Hannah looked Katie in the eyes and her protective nature shined through. She held the girl she loved close and sighed. "Benedict is still getting into trouble and I'll be sure to save you from those jerks."

Katie blushed at Nick's protectiveness and looked down, Nick new how honest she was and since he asked her so directly she had to tell him. She took a deep breath and gathered her strength before turning around and lifting the back of her shirt to show him a some what healed cut that went across her side. She could not hold back the tears that started to fall as she showed her best friend her newest injury. "H-he was d-drunk again and I was I-in the wrong p-place at the wrong time...H-he threw me into the g-glass table in the l-living room..." Katie knew he was not happy and as much as she did not like seeing him like this she did not want him looking at it for too long so she pulled her shirt back in place and turned back to him after wiping most of her tears away. "Honestly it could have been worse I think I got lucky that it was not life threatening." She said trying to be strong and calm him down a little. Nick was the only person that she could tell these things to, but she felt like it was just a burden that he did not need. Her mom had come home after the accident and yelled at her for making a mess with her blood and made her clean it up, but Katie decided to leave that part out. She knew that Nick wanted to get her out of her house, but he had his own issues to worry about, especially the one he still is hiding from her. Even though she wanted to know she would never push for him to tell her until he was ready, and she was willing to wait.

Kaylyn was becoming really excited with how the day was turning out, and the salon lady even said that her nails were almost dry. But then Ehren's friend came back up to them after stepping outside for a moment to wait for Kaylyn to finish. She had tears in her eyes, and told them that she couldn't make it to dinner with them this time and dashed out without much of an explanation. Furrowing her eyebrows, but not feeling too concerned she looked over at Ehren in question.
"Guess we can just go then? And then go home. I still need to get my homework done and call Miranda." She said.

Hannah clenched her fists and trembled as her rage seemed to boil over. She punched the wall and her eyes seemed to glow with her anger. "Let me guess your mother just scolded you for making a ******** mess and that's why you have no phone? I swear I'll protect you from their abuse. Now then you're staying with me for at least a damn week. I can't let you be hurt and you're staying in my room! Now then Benedict and I are going to Jacob's house so you should come with us. My parents won't exactly be happy if it's just you here." She smiled and held Katie super close as she stroked the slightly older girl's cheek. "I'll go get your stuff tomorrow so just know that I'll be keeping you safe from now on Kat. No more lies okay?"

Katie jumped a little when he punched the wall, but she figured he would react like that. Katie nodded and looked away when he mentioned her mom, but when he said that she would be staying with him, in his room, she blushed with a slight look of shock until he held her close then she started crying into his shoulder while hugging him back. She calmed down and looked at him with grateful eyes. "Thank you so much, for everything. And you know that I could never lie to you, even if I tried." Katie said with another small blush crawled across her cheeks and she looked into his eyes for a moment then looked away. They were so close that if she was not careful their noses would have touched when she looked into his eyes. Tomorrow she would make sure that he goes over when her parents are not home, just so that neither of them say or do anything to set him off. She also hopped that Benedict did not mind her tagging along to his friends house, she knew who Jacob was, she just never really hung out with him much. She was still a little concerned with tonight, but it was not like her parents would come looking for her, if they even noticed she was gone at all.

Oh and if my brother even thinks of saying no I'll just remind him of how he owes me for saving his a** from going to jail." Hannah smiled her best smile and winked at Katie.

Katie worried a bit when Nick frowned a little, but could not help but to giggle a little when Nick said that he saved his brother from jail, then blushed again when he winked at her. "What did he do to almost end up in jail?" Katie asked Nick while glancing in Benedict's direction. She then looked back at Nick and smiled brightly at him. She knew she had feelings for him, but he was still keeping something from her, and if he could easily let her stay in his room he must not have the same feelings for her. She was a little disappointed with that realization. however she did not let it show on her face. He already had so much to worry about, this was so minor he would laugh at it.

Hannah smiled and dragged Katie to her room. She closed and locked the door as she smiled at her crush. "I have something to tell you. I've decided to tell you this since you'll be staying here for a while. You gotta promise not to hate me though. Hell here goes anyway... let me introduce myself properly. Hi my name is Hannah and even though I don't look it plus whatever my body might say about me I'm a girl. Sorry if that freaks you out but it's the truth and I trust you to keep my secret even if you don't like the real me. Benedict also knows by the way." Orange.Occult.Carrots: First off I know my joke o.o.c. is a little out there but hey that's me. Secondly Suziah I know Hannah wasn't supposed to know about the sleepover but let's face it her and Benedict know each other so well that she could probably guess his plans from his actions.

Katie giggled at Nick's comment, she knew even if he said that he would have to kill her, with him is the safest she has ever felt. Nothing would change that, Katie knew that deep in her heart. So of course when he pulled her into his room and closed and locked the door she blushed a little, which got slightly darker when he smiled at her. Nick started talking and Katie listened closely because it seemed very important she was very surprised that he would even think that anything he might tell her could even possibly make her hate him. So when he told her his, er, her secret she was only quiet for a moment to let it register and then she smiled the biggest smile she could and quickly hugged him, er, her. "it is wonderful to meet you Hannah, as you may know, I am Katie, but you can just call me Kat if you want." Katie said before she was unable to hold back her giggles of excitement and from what she just said. Her heart swelled so much at just the fact that her best friend would trust her with such a secret, even if it had been kept from her for so long. Katie hugged Hannah a little tighter and rested her cheek on Hannah's shoulder before she whispered near Hannah's ear. "Nothing in any universe could change the way I feel about you, no matter what gender you are." Katie blush a deep pink that luckily could not be seen unless Hannah pulled away. She almost felt like what she said was a confession, but she felt a little more positive that Hannah did not feel the same since they were both females. Maybe she was really into guys and Katie had no chance. Ether way, Katie never wanted to lose this wonderful person in her arms.
Jacob softly sighed and started cleaning once again, not pleased with how it was. "Damn it... I did it again... Benedict is going to tease me with how clean my room is..." he mumbled to himself. He blinked and grabbed his phone once is vibrated and read the text, 'Oh gosh please tell me it was a frozen pizza and I'm not going to die from food poisoning,' he sent back and chuckled to himself. He sat on his bed and decided to finish his homework as he waited for his friend to show up. Though he had a feeling it would be awhile so all he had to do was avoid downstairs, which was a pretty simple task for him.
