"You're not weird!" she blurted, feeling a little dumb. She didn't really know him too well in a person-to-person way, at least. "You're rare." She mused, thinking of the myths. "And...handsome. But I probably shouldn't be so trusting of a stranger. I'm just a bit of a fool, I suppose." Smiling apologetically, she started to slowly untangle herself.

Takeshi was a bit surprised when she blurted out. He didn't understand the last sentence so much but didn't think much of it and helped her get untangled being careful not to table himself again. "i like it here" he told her.

Now it was her turn to be surprised. "Well, I'm glad that this place suits you, even if the yarn decided to attack." she smiled as she finished untangling herself. "I'm glad I didn't take you to the hospital. It seems like you're not sick or anything. Maybe you'll leave when this damned rain goes away--I still don't know enough about you to know what your long-term plan is, Takeshi." Until she figured that out, Rae hoped to get him as much exposure to English as possible.

Takeshi smiled and laughed at her joke. "I have no where" he said. He didn't want to tell her about the lab since he was afraid she would make him go back. He didn't want to leave her. It had only been a short time but he had already grown attached to her.

She internally freaked out a little over how great his laugh was. It was sweet, but not too sweet. Her brow creased at his words. "I hope you didn't bump your head too hard when you collapsed by my bike...Well, I don't exactly have house rules since I usually don't have visitors, but you can stay here for as long as you like. For now, just...don't leave here for good without telling me, and don't steal anything." Rae closed her mint eyes and exhaled heavily through her nose, hoping that this wasn't a terrible idea. She seemed to already be attached to him. She was unsure if he felt similarly.

Takeshi listened to what she said and nodded. He didnt know what steal meant but he was sure he wouldnt do it...maybe. He knew he would have to learn that word later. He smiled and hugged her. "Thank you" he said to her and let go and started to pick up the mess of yarn being careful not to get tangled again.

She hugged him back as much as she could--he had a firm hug, but he was cozy. "Right, I got you clothes and hats so you can go out. There's quite a bit of forest around us, but it's best to be safe. I'll go get the stuff." And with that, the raven-haired girl turned and went downstairs to retrieve said clothing.

Takeshi looked at her when she started talking once again. She wondered what a hat was since he had never heard of it. He watched as she left the room and looked at himself in the mirror guessing he couldnt go outside looking the way he did. She wrapped his tail around his waist hidding it under his shirt and pressed his ears against his head messing with his hair to hide them more. Since the clothes were kind of tight you could still make out his tail but he looked mostly "normal" he went back to cleaning up the yarn.

Rae brough up several bags of clothes and hats, brow furrowing as she hauled them into his room. "You don't need to tuck in your ears and tail here if you don't want to. You just might be safer out there with one of these." She picked a grey sharp bowler hat with a teal ribbon wrapped around it, putting it on her own head. "...I may have some things in here that I bought for myself, too." She giggled guiltily.

Takeshi looked up with a pile of yarn in his arms. He listened as she said he didnt have to hide ears and tail there, so he let them show. He looked at the things she bought and smiled when she put on the hat. He pulled one out of the bag and put it on his head.

Rae shrugged. "I'm not sure what'll work best for you." She really was somewhat clueless. Some of the things in there couldn't possibly be his size, and some items should definitely not be exposed to him that were of a, well, feminine nature. She suddenly realized that she should probably get looking for those items, so he didn't see them! It wouldn't be entirely a problem with a stranger, but, well...the young woman was afraid that she liked Takeshi quite a bit for a stranger. And seeing her undergarments might not be so good.

Rae exhaled. No, it wouldn't be a problem if Takeshi found her intimates. Besides, he probably wouldn't find them anyways. "I bought plenty, so see what you like! I can return whatever doesn't work out." She smiled, putting on another hat and making a silly face in the mirror.

Takeshi nodded and looked at the different hats trying them on. He looked through the bags seeing different clothes that seemed more like his size. He pulled out a weird stringy thing. He didnt know it was a bra and tried to figure out what it was and how it worked. He wondered if it was a different kind of hat.

"Don't!--" She watched him put it on his head. "...put that...there." Rae slapped a hand to her forehead. "That there, uhm, goes on a woman's...body." Well, crap. If she kept being this modest, Takeshi probably wouldn't learn much of anything. The black-haired girl needed to be more clear and concise with him. "...It provides support for these." She pointed at body part that she was speaking of.
