Bulma and goku arrive on an island guarded by General Blue. Bulma hoped to find dino caps, but what she found was perverted soldiers instead and had to get Goku's help. Then once the soldiers were gone, Goku thought of going to master Roshi's for a submarine to get the dragon ball.

Finding Roshi's island, Bulma and Goku ask Master Roshi for his submarine. Roshi asks for the microband in exchange not revealing that its for perverted reasons. When Bulma had to pee, Roshi took the opportunity to try and look at her wet a** p***y, but instead caught her pulling up her pants and then took a dip in the toilet.

Then when Krillin and Launch got back from the market, Roshi told Bulma about the island with pirates treasure on it. They have yet to discover thats where the dragon ball is hidden as well.

A scout from the red ribbon army finds Roshi's island after Goku, Krillin, and Bulma leave to find the dragon ball and hopefully some treasure too.

General Blue is in his own submarine with a select group of his section of the army while another group belonging to his corp is going after Roshi and Launch.

Now inside the cave, Goku discovers a skull and puts it on to scare Bulma and Krillin in some innocent fun. At first, Bulma was pissed at Goku for scaring her, but then when Goku shows her where he found the skull, then she was overjoyed because not only will they find the dragon ball in the cave, but also some pirate treasure.

Goku, Bulma, and Krillin had to evade a floor booby trap where spears would kabob them if they touched the buttons. Then they had to use Goku's power pole to save them from a deadly fall into a lake of lava. General Blue had to wrestle an electric eel. Now the 4 are faced with a robot pirate left to guard the treasure. General Blue is in hiding so he's safe. Our three heroes, however, are dodging the attacks that the pirate makes.

The pirate robot continued to give chase to our heroes, swinging a sword, firing a machine gun, and using a flamethrower. When Goku was at the top of a building and Krillin plus Bulma were heading towards the dragon ball, Goku conducted an aerial attack, which destroyed the robot.

Trying to catch up, Goku ends up going down the wrong tunnel, whereas General Blue chased Bulma and Krillin without their knowledge.

The pirates treasure is Bulmas and Krillins to enjoy, but General Blue is about to pound their asses in unless Goku is able to stop him.

Goku beats General Blue and then the cave starts to collapse big time. Bulma and Krillin begin their escape while Goku goes after the dragon ball and the mouse who saved him. Now it looks like Goku is doomed while Bulma and Krillin make their escape.

Our heroes make it back to Roshi's island, but Launch makes off with the diamond that Bulma collected from the pirate cave. General Blue is also on Roshi's Island, but hiding.

After a narrow escape from Blue's trap, Goku gives chase to the general until the General crashes into a mountainside. Upon landing, Goku meets three strangers.

After meeting Arale and her two sprite friends, the four of them go searching for General Blue, but have no luck finding him. Then, in an attempt to use the dragon radar, Goku notices that it is broken again. He takes it to a scientist to get it fixed, but has yet to get it to be fixed.

Arale beats General Blue when Blue had Goku in his paralysis attack. Turbo makes Goku a new dragon radar and Goku recovers the three dragon balls now in his possession. Only 4 balls to go.

Goku finally finds his 4 star ball after beating General Yellow of the red ribbon army. Oppa and his father had it. Meanwhile Commander red is going to send Mercenary Tao to defeat Goku as General Blue has just arrived with the dragon radar.

Mercenary Tao killed General Blue with his tongue then uses a pillar to get to Goku. Tao then kills Oppa's daddy before proceeding to kill Goku. However, Goku is somewhat prepared for this fight and will not make it easy for Tao.

Goku was hit by Tao's dodon ray rendering Goku unconscious, but thanks to the 4 star ball, Goku's life was spared. Tao collects three of the dragon balls not knowing that Goku was still alive. When Commander red tries to get Tao back to Korin tower to finish the job, Tao simply told him that he will be unavailable for 3 days.

Now awake, Goku attempts to climb Korin tower in order to gain the strength he needs to beat Tao. Then Goku plans on getting the other 3 balls so that he can wish Bora aka Oppa's father back to life.
