Favourite Chinese Dish!

Hm, my favourite food for DA BEEN LO would have to be oysters. We always start off with oysters. There's so much other stuff I love to boil up!!! razz

hmm... i like tofu a lot... but there is this one dish... it's soooo good. my mother makes it occasionally. it's just vegetables like one kind only but i can't remember the name of it. sweatdrop well i know the name but i don't know if you could understand my ping yin cause it's not in cantonese or mandarinlol whee
