Ok, I tried to read what every one has posted but, I'm lazy I only read half,
I don't think they're coming back, not in any form, ... well maybe,
But when they were defeated by Sora, they faded back into darkness, soul an all. They couldn't return to their hearts because their hearts were taken by darkness, and possibly stolen by a heartless.
Plus, by fading away into darkness, they would begin to forget everything, I figure this because that's what happened to Sora when he faded into darkness and became a heartless. He started to slowly forget everything, but then Kairi's voice brought him back.
If this is the case, then the members of organization XIII would not recall the world of light, would not remember they were missing a heart and would forget about who they were. Plus since their bodies disintegrated when they were beat, and if they could come back, there would be no body for them.
Nobody would see them. They would be even more of a nobody then before.
So in a way, it would be cruel to bring them back. I think having them fade away into a peaceful rest is better. A good ending for such great foes.
but that's just what I think 3nodding

It is true that the Nobodies can't go back to their original bodies, but I don't think they would forget everything of who they are. I think you must be referring to Somebodies (aka Sora), not Nobodies. Somebodies would forget who they are when they became Heartless just like Sora did. But as for the Nobodies, I don't think they would forget who they were. For example, Roxas and Xemnas.
Roxas may not remember accurately about who he was before, but he did memories some of the events that Sora went through. Also, Roxas did went out to search for Sora before losing his memories again and ended up in Twilight Town.
Also, Xemnas does remember who he was before too. He remembers why he did the research, he remembers what happened to him and the others after the experiment failed, and he remembers who was his mentor is. Heck, he even remembers he used his mentor's name as his alias name.

an interesting statement, but i disagree. Although they faded back into darkness, the fact that they had such strong wills is what made them Nobodys, so who says that they can't do it again? although i will agree that if their bodies were destroyed after being defeated, returning may not be possible. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see, won't we?
