Die sighed, and rolled her head on her shoulders, twisting out a crick (although she might have been masking rolled eyes and a silent plea to whatever powers-that-be). "If you remember anymore, or could describe the girl he was with, will you please tell me? I've had rotten luck lately, and anything you remember would be an incredible aid." She smiled kindly (with no fang, unlike the ones she gave Era when she was giving him the 'Ahb Smile.'* ) For a moment, she wondered what was taking Rowen so long, but then realized he was probably having trouble finding any kind of mollusk in the club's kitchens, much less one suitable for a sandwich, so she dismissed the thought for a minute, replacing it almost instantly with wondering what she could do next to find Kenton. In her mind, she visualized the map (and it was a very good visualization, since she had photographic memory) and flicked it away: Byako was never the same from one minute to the next, and the map reflected that. However it was the last time she'd seen it, it was not now. She would have to go look again to think of a good plan of operation.

Die's eyebrows twitched before settling into one down and the other lifted up like a facial question mark. She started to comment, intended to ask if he had actually just complimented her, and then she was going to ask if he'd really just called Byako a 'fair city...' And then she skipped all of the previous steps and grinned like a child offered candy, perking up perceptibly. "I bet the mage in charge remembers them! He is rather unforgettable..." She glanced around the room, probably making sure she wasn't forgetting anything. "Rowen will get you your sandwich. If you need anything, there's sodas under the bar, and the spare room key is over there," She pointed to a hook on the wall. "Rowen's in the Kitchen if you need food." She started towards the door in a pleasant frame of mind. "And if you call me a beast again, I'll show you just how beastly I can be, Era il Lupo!" She declared with some degree of heat before adding in a calmer (but mildly irritated voice) "Now come earn your booze." Apparently at least part of his remark had stayed in the surface of her thoughts, though possibly not the part he would have preferred (anything that made her not mad at him was probably preferable). As to why she was making him come... Well, Die had what was quite possibly the worst sense of direction on the ground. For all her photographic memory and other draconic pluses, she could still only find her way in the air. As far as earthly navigation went... Well... It usually didn't.

Rowen lazily stretched, slowly opening his emrald eyes, and regarded his suroundings with the marked confusion of one who wasn't quite sure of the night before's events. Before him was a copy of Good Omens, apparently finished, and a glass which smelt of Bailey's Mint Irish Cream.
Oh. So that was what had happened.
With a groan and a slight shrug, Rowen went about making sure he hadn't broken/misplaced anything too horrendously (he hadn't, aside from the increased tendancy to break out into song, Rowen was a 'very dull' drunk.)
Once the 21 year old was satisfied with the state of the room, he went about discovering where it was, and found himself in The Alkemist proper- or rather, in it's back room. "Interesting." After putting the book away, he picked up the small glass which smelled of alcohol and washed it by hand before heading back out into the main room.
Entering the main room, he looked around for Die, and glanced about for another book to be distracted by. "Hello... I don't suppose you need me to make a sandwich this minute, by any chance... Hello?"
After a few steps he stopped, and looked around. "Is there anybody here?" Well, he had always meant to read The Maltese Falcon...
