I actually sat doing research on the computer for hours to make up these techniques, because i have the hand signs too: *picks up paper and reads aloud:

Chidori levels technique: ox, rabbit, monkey (hit opponent) nake, dragon, horse, sheep, bird, dog, ox, rabbit, monkey (run behind and hit) dog, ox, rabbit (jump over shoulders and then hit) [kage bunshin no jutsu(shadow clone)] ox, rabbit, monkey (all hit) this one is quite a bit over the top, but i tried

Mizuta Kage no Jutsu; Vortex Shadow Technique: tiger, ox, monkey, rat, sheep, bird, horse, dog, ox, snake, boar, monkey, dragon, monkey, tiger, ox, rabbit, bird, rat [summon kirikiri mai an Ruiga's shark and dog pack; in this, a water vortex comes in which the shark goes through with kirikiri mai riding on its back, while the opponent is being held in place by the dog pack. the shark bites the opponent and kirikiri mai uses its sickle to slice to held opponent

Shunshin no Justu; body flicker technique; boar, rat; the 4th uses this jutsu to teleport to a location

Large water prison: serpent, tiger, dragon, dog; a water prison that covers a much, much, much larger area. for the purposes of other techniques, you do not have to keep you hands in and YA' CAN KINDA BREATH IN IT! wow...

Zutchi Nenson (may sound familiar but isnt the same) ; 100th acid blade: large water prison (see above), summon (boar dog monkey bird sheep)
ruiga's shark, kirikiri mai, suzumebachi's giant be, pirhana schools, tayuya's oni (but can see), dog pack (boar dog tiger monkey sheep)

How about the "Demonic Maze Ice Mirrors", for the hyouton bloodline, where instead of surrounding the opponent with mirrors in the normal fashion, you create maze of mirrors. Jounin and above could use it.

Or you use "Water Removal" to make your opponents bleed faster so they lose more blood, also only for the hyouton bloodline, and Genin or higher can use it, but the higher the rank the faster you can make the blood leave:
Genin= 112.5% more blood lost in the same amount of time
Chuunin= 125% more blood lost in the same amount of time
Jounin= 150% more blood lost in the same amount of time
Above Jounin= 200% more blood lost in the same amount of time

Or "WTSBTTM" a genjutsu that summons a sun momentarily that can blind your opponents; also will shine through clones, so you can tell if something is a clone by the fact that it has no shadow ((wtsbttm= where the sun breaks through the mist))

Chakra clot Jutsu
description: one of the most complex jutuss in the saiz family that works like the byakugan, this justu summons large entities of chakra absorbant matter into the victims body where they are attacked which causes the flow of chakra to become slow, this "clot" spreds through the victims body and grows soon if not treated it can become a blood clot.

a year they gather to see witch style and subcat.is the strongest,they
pick the strongest from each of them and have them fight.

I made up a jutsu special for the Inuzuka clan, or any clan with familiars.
It would work with any element.

description: the familiar sinks into the ground, fire, water, etc. and emerges covered in the element and as big as a horse(hence the name). The user then rides the familiar towards the opponent. Thinking that they are going to get rammed, the oppent braces his/herself or prepares to attck. But, the user and their familiar stop short. The element that covered the user is thrown off of them, from inertia, and lands on the opponent. Different things happen depending on the element. Earth-mud hardens causing burial;water-drowning;fire-burning;air-blown away;lightning-electrocution

How about a Chidori/Rasengan technique, but i would wait till a chunnin or jounin level to use it.

Effects: same as chidori and Rasengan, but mixed and unstable harming the users arm and the opponent.

I had this idea of a clan called the Kaida clan for their use of dragon style jutsus. Here is a list of jutsus made for this clan:

Partial Dragon transformation: This technique allows the user to become "half-dragon" as they can use certain traits of a dragon (wings, eyes etc.) The higher the rank, the more qualities you can use at once.

Dragon Blade: A sword made of the tooth of a dragon. The blade can have different elemental powers depending on the user's will.

Dragon Summoning: Allows the user to summon a dragon, traits depend on the will of the user.

Here's another Hyouton one:
"Ice Armor Jutsu" the user is covered with ice, sort of like the Ice Man, from X-Men

then when that is done a taijutsu is:
"Ice attack" where when you punch/kick/etc. you freeze the air between your attack and what your attacking creating a path of ice, then when your attack connects the ice evaporates

its when ur deperate and have no other way of winning u cut open one of ur vains in yuor wrist while channeling chackra through youfinger tips thenmixing the blood and chakra as it mixes let it fall to the ground in a circle around u thensummon all ur chakra to the blood in the circle use the chakra as fire and blast ur opponent with all the chakra surrounding the circle. it will look like the kyuubis chakra level when it really isnt throwing your opponent off only use if in emergency though

One thousand Mist blades: This moce rquires you to make a large amount of mist that you can contro and use alot of clones to control thousands od kunai hiddden in the mist so if the mist touches the nemy it can cut them. All kuani will have explosive tags to it for extra dammage and can have poisin in it. The mist is omnidirectionable and can move according to the way you want it too.

Katai Bunshin no Jutsu (Solid Clone Jutsu): Similar to the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu) except that these clones don't disappear when struck by a normal attack. The clone has to either be dealt a life-ending blow or have it's chakra flow stopped. This jutsu can only be performed by Jounin and higher level ninja because of its complexity. For multiple solid clones, the name is: Tajuu Katai Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Solid Clone Jutsu).

Rivaivaru no Jutsu (Rivival Jutsu): A complicated jutsu that revives a dead ninja by giving the dead ninja chakra. It can also be used to repair a ninja's damaged chakra flow. Can only be used the Hyuga Clan and by Jounin and higher level ninja.

Kazou Ryoku no Jutsu (Increased Strength Jutsu): Increases physical strength by speeding up chakra flow to every muscle in the body. Can only be used by Jounin and higher level ninja.

Ok the user is any one higher then academy. Makyo Raikiri: Only Uchiha clan can use it cause of sharingan. The user uses raikiri while thinking of bad stuff that has happened to them in there life time. It can also be used with nin tools.

weapon-chakra transfer jutsu.
this one will sorta work good with my chracters kunai cross bow, or jsut any other weapon.

you can pour chakra into your weapon to dobule its blows. like an example:

(knfie does 1 damage)
put in 1 chakra, it does 2
put in 2, it does 3
put in 3 it does 4
and so on.

so for people with loads of chakra, this may be extremly benefitial. but it can be good for academy students to

the 1 i made up is sacred tiger fang fist jutsu this jutsu transforms ur fist into a tiger head that can crush the enemy and can shoot kunai knives from its mouth is that too powrful?
