City Hall ~The RP~

[Jasae Bushae]

"oh, well where in Byako the city of everything"
Chibi hands him a pamplet  

[Justin the blademaster.]

thanks. so where is the nearest inn?(i look at the pamphlet.)  

[Jasae Bushae]

"the bar, plushie palace and WTF hotel are the closest to here"
she takes off her glasses
"that pamplet should contain information about the various areas and clan factions within the city

*I adjust my jacket and walk through the doors. Its a large marble building, just like I expected. Just another city hall. I walk up to the front desk that bears a sign reading 'Information'.* Um, hello. I'm looking for a club. Like a rave or dance club. Any idea where I can find one?  

[Kupo ninja]

Popping seemingly out of nowhere Tao looks at a directory board for the city. He was trying to figure out where he wa and what he should probably do next. "Man this town is confusing. How does anyone get around here?" He asked himself. He wasn't to sure of what to od or why he was in the city at all.

A phone rings. I don't know what sort of phone it is or where it's located in city hall, but apparently the number was listed in the phone book. whee

tanya came out of the backroom and answered the phone
"city hall speaking how can i help you?"


wearing a cape tanya began running around city hall
"whooooooooooooooooooosh!"  

[delbosque]

A big guy's voice came over the phone. Deep, but very polite.

"...anything you find, and- oh. Hello? This is Andre over at the Dueling Arena,
and I was wondering if you could give me any information about construction crews in the city?"

 

[Jasae Bushae]

chibi nodded
"well theres probaly one lurking around the marketplace if you need repairs in a hurry otherwise we at the city hall have a good restoration comitee if the other staff members of city hall would show"
chibi leafed through her booklet
"not sure when they will return though"  

[delbosque]

There was a background noise over the phone like junk being shifted around and an occasional clattering crash as Andre replied.

"Well, someone's just recently blown a hole in the floor of the main arena space, and we need to get it fixed before we're ready to have the tournament later."

There was a bit of a pause, then obviously Andre was talking to someone else:

"...something like that set up... to the marketplace to see who we can hire?"

Then Andre spoke into the phone again:

"I think we need help as soon as we can get it. Is there a particular spot in the marketplace I should go to or set up an advertisement?
I don't know how things like that are done in this city."

 

[delbosque]

There was a pause as Andre waited for a reply, but then it seemed the phone line fritzed out and the connection dropped before Chibi could answer the question. However, if she has caller ID she might easily call back if she has anything meaningful to communicate. wink

Chibi finished looking through the records
"curses i cant find one!"
chibi began leafing through the records
"i will have to track down the byako restoration commitee and get them working again"
chibi scribbled a few things down some instructions and looked around for someone who could help

"weeee! hehehehe!"
tanya jumped off of the desk and hid behind it

Masami entered the hall. She looked around the room. "Hello?"

chibi walked over to the doorway and waved
"hello there welcome to city hall byako
can i help you?"
