As for me, I'm opposed to using random anime pictures for characters, so I support your idea to commission your own unique character's art. I won't get into that rant now because everyone will hate me more if I do. ( ; - ; )

I believe you can make a dorm for each of them, if you need to. Though for now make one and PM Kurai or something else the question before you make a second.

I don't see why you couldn't make a dorm for each of them.
But don't you get to make a room per star? Like if you have one star you get to make one dorm room? Erm, not sure how that works yet.
