Armored Core: The Final Push (Paused)

"God damn it.." Kelly growled, after a few minutes of being locked in the bathroom. It seemed no matter how much make up she put on herself, the shiner still stuck out. And rearranging her hair was out, because Irish would definitely notice a comb over...

"...And it's not even seven o'clock so going to bed early is out..." She groaned again.  

[Zahzi]

While Jarid remained in the living room, staring at the ground as he sat down in a chair, Irish was already preparing dinner.

Ten minutes later, Kelly finally sulked out of the bathroom, her face a bit darker than normal due to the amount of make up she had on, and now her bangs were combed over her black eye.

In the living room, she looked cautiously around before looking at Jarid.
"...Where's Irish?" She whispered.  

[Zahzi]

"....Kitchen." Jarid said, not even looking at her.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Great. I'm going to clean up your room." Kelly sighed heavily before sneaking down the hall, away.  

[Zahzi]

"...My what..?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Kelly was already gone, tidying up the guest bedroom, which was now Jarid's room.  

[Zahzi]

Jarid just shook his head.

After a few minutes, Kelly came back.

"Well, it's not the best room, but at least it's a room." She sighed as she plopped herself down into a lounge chair.
"I'll have to take you shopping tomorrow to help pick out stuff to make it more... Homey."  

[Zahzi]

"There is no need...."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Well unless you enjoy bare rooms, there is a need."  

[Zahzi]

"Why would you bother with me?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Because, Jarid, like it or not you are a person and you are human. And not only that, but you're living with us." Kelly said, crossing her arms.
"And I'll be damned if I let someone live with the bare necessities in this house while my father and I have luxury."  

[Zahzi]

"I had all my money taken for repairs for the Commander."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"WHAT?!" Kelly yelled, her good eye widening and her shiner only opening up enough it looked normal.
"I know your suit was pretty damaged, but it shouldn't have cost that much!"
