He nodded, slightly impressed. "Well done. Now you could disguise yourself as a mountain man if you wanted to."

She shrugged, grinning. "Eh, I did that last year. It was...interesting, to say the least."

"You must've been hit on by many girls, you sexy beast you." Erik said in monotone.

"You bet your a**, I was!" she replied, grinning cheekily.

"Oh God." Erik sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. She's been hanging around Damian too much.

"Can you imitate anyone?" she asked, laughing delightedly.

"I used to." he said and felt a small chuckle escape his sad smile. "But now I can't even remember who I used to imitate."

"You can try to imitate Damian?" she offered. "It's fun, trust me."

"I can't." Erik insisted.

"Try!" she persisted.

Erik sighed and stayed still for a moment before saying, without much effort, "Hi, I'm Damian." He wasn't convincing at all.

She burst out laughing. "That was worse than my Yogi impression!"

Erik frowned and looked away. He didn't try at all, but.... "There, you got your impression. Happy?" he murmured as a tiny embarrassed blush appeared on his cheeks.

Myka grinned at his blush. "Aww, how cute! You're blushing." Placing a hand on the junction between his neck and shoulder, she leane up to kiss his cheek. "I love it when you show emoti- huh? What's this?" Feeling a fine chain on his neck, Myka slid the charm from out of his shirt, tilting her head at the familiar emerald. "You...you still have it? Looks like it's chosen it's new owner."

"Quiet." Erik hissed when she mentioned his blush. By the time she pulled out his emerald necklace, his blush had faded back to his olive skin. "Hmm? Ah yes, I kept it close." he murmured quietly. "Why? Do you want it back?"
