Okay so Mantle of Creation is a nono because it's just giving you way too much possible chakra reduction for a pa. Saiketsu can actually do something similar but it has to go through a bunch of hoops and do it through a mix of pa/jutsu/getting close and after all that it has a hard cap on much it do it so I'm not sure what can be done with this to be honest sweatdrop You might wanna just try to come up with a different idea
Blessing of the Earth is a no as well as the regen of sage chakra has been set at the hard cap of what it is although you caaan use a pa to increase your max amount of sage chakra by 100 just like with normal chakra pa's

Blessing of the Earth doesn't increase the cap. It increases the amount received per post. So any Sage Chakra gained each round is doubled. To achieve the same effect I've just altered it so the meditation state is obtained.

Sorry for my delayed response. What about adding a +5-+10 cost of natural chakra per post that its active for a start?
In terms of how it interacts with genjutsu I suppose I was mostly trying to hard counter visual trigger genjutsus. Besides that the other use I want to make for this is have it as sort of giving me a different view of the battlefield than normal. Like instead of a first person perspective I'd be able to see pretty much wherever my plants are to an extent, making it into a much larger field of view.
Any recommendations for how it might be best to word all of that cleaner?

I see. Ward of the Depths should probably say "does not recieve heavy armour penalties from this armour" but I've removed it entirely as I'm sure that would still run afoul. New PA just allows me to cast Jutsu in the ground or not centred on me when they should be.

Thats fine for a start but I'd need a deeper understanding to the extent of how its supposed to work essentially.
If you simply want to use the plants as what could be considered scouting points i.e you can see a particular location from a thread from Y even though it is in X and its the plants themselves that are immune to a genjutsu of the sight trigger then that is fine. As assuming if your rpc themselves haven't had their own network personally tainted. If however it was personally tainted then what you see through the plants would be the same as what you'd see on your own then thats fine. I.e so long as you keep your eyes closed to avoid the sight trigger yourself you could use the plants to see bypassing it. This isn't an immunity then so much as its an alternative form of sight which is fine.
If however, its intended function is to use the plants to then discern genjutsu despite the user themselves being tainted already then its going to need to follow that guideline earlier where one would need to expend at least X chakra the rank of the Gen to pierce through the veil and realize its Gen. Essentially one is paying a double cost one to discern and one to kai for a pseudo gen immunity that may still prove incapable of discerning if one didn't spend enough chakra before hand to do so.

Bloodline: Hoshigaki/Hatake • Hoshigaki are capable of harnessing natural energy while moving so long as they are in water, and have their own sage mode as well. This sage mode cannot be maintained for long while on dry land, but because they can continuously refresh their own natural energy while in water they are capable of using it for much longer than normal. Requires A rank to access. It only requires 5 posts of deep meditation on their connection to the sea itself for them to access it. This sage mode follows its own rules, and gives the listed Senjutsu techniques as well. Incompatible with another sage mode simultaneously.
The Sage mode gives an active supreme boost to fortitude and speed, alongside an equivalent boost to strength and reflex while in the water. The user gathers 50 natural energy per post while in the water (up to 1/3rd of your maximum chakra and stamina), but the sage mode can only be maintained for a max of five posts, even while submerged, after which the user's remaining chakra and stamina are reduced by 50%, and all NE is lost. Water techniques and bukijutsu overwhelm same ranked techniques, following normal sage mode rules.
Non-Combat Outfit: Kyōkan doesn’t believe in dressing for out of combat. Fights can find you anywhere and he’d rather be prepared. Combat Outfit: Kyōkan typically wears a sleeveless black shirt with slate grey shoulder pads with his arms wrapped up in bandages, his combat pants are a mottled grey, with sturdy pair of black combat boots to finish the ensemble.

Nindo: Personality: In the beginning and the end Kyōkan loves a good fight. Aggressive yet perceptive, Kyōkan is intent on analyzing his opponent’s fighting style and behaviors to better adapt his own techniques. Brash, Kyōkan likes to taunt as he fights, not at all concerned with shooting his mouth off in battle. His is a flippant grin as he taunts his foes; relishing the opportunity to test his skills against those that stand before him. In truth, Kyōkan has little patience for tasks not involved with combat; still he’ll do his part, if grudgingly. He’s blunt but not cruel, making his point clear to all involved. He’s honest and does his best to keep a bead on his actual skills to avoid the pitfall of pride. He possesses an odd sort of honor, willing to back down from a fight if his opponent is too injured to keep fighting. If they persist, he won’t hesitate to end it. Ironically, beating him in a fair fight is the best way to earn Kyōkan’s respect.
Village: Uzushiogakure Title: Academy Student
Background: Kyōkan’s name, his full name was not the one given to him at birth. That name has been forgotten. Kyōkan was born to the Hoshigaki clan as the result of a tryst between a wandering Hatake male and low-ranking female member of the clan, a mother who died giving birth to him. At birth, Kyōkan did not display the physical characteristics typical of the Hoshigaki, particularly lacking the odd skin tone or gills of the Hoshigaki. This lead to Kyōkan being bullied and neglected by the clan who were loath to accept the boy as one of their own. In fact, that his father was a Hatake wasn’t known, thus further ostracizing the boy, who believed that Kyōkan’s mother had simply been neglectful in a tryst with a random wanderer. Things came to a head when Kyōkan, finally fed up with the bullying of his various cousins, beat them up in a fight. This culminated in Kyōkan’s exile from the clan, though not from the village proper. His ability to hold his own and surpass his cousins ensured that Kyōkan would have a place in Uzushiogakure, despite the Hoshigaki’s protests. As a result of the fiasco, Kyōkan renamed himself Kyōkan Hitogoroshi, in a blatant display of adhering to Hoshigaki’s exile but denying their place in any future successes he might have. You're free to delete stuff that are in Brackets listed in the profile code. Be sure to remember as well that as an academy student, your learn limits are pretty much ignored for now. Despite small little hiccups and the messy bits, nothing's stopping me from saying, Approved.
cashing in those PAs c: I Put the Fine in Fish: Kameyo can use somatic movements instead of hand seals in order to cast after The Don made fun of her for having hands and not fins (the b*****d).
My Masked Minds: When Kameyo has her hearts out of her body in the masked monster forms (Jiongu Clan) and she falls under a genjutsu, the genjutsu is passively but instantaneously passed onto the masked creature. (If more than one masked monster is summoned, it transfers to the monster possessing the heart that's been in her the longest). This does not apply if she's under a genjutsu before she summons the creatures, but any genjutsu cast upon her after they are on the battlefield goes to them.
Further explanation of the second: [ Kameyo can kai the creature out of the genjutsu like normal but if she returns the monster to her body w/o Kai'ing, she falls under the genjutsu. Not sure how to word this simply. ]

I know blessing of the earth doesn't increase the cap but I was just offering that as a possible alternative since doubling the rate is too much heart
Ward the of the depths is cool except for one itty bity line "She does not receive the penalties for wearing heavy armour" This conflicts with the buki class discipline so it has to be denied
I see. Ward of the Depths should probably say "does not recieve heavy armour penalties from this armour" but I've removed it entirely as I'm sure that would still run afoul. New PA just allows me to cast Jutsu in the ground or not centred on me when they should be.
Is Blessing of the Earth good as it just gives a constant meditation state (100 NE a round?)

If you mean in combat it would 50 ne a round yo only get 100 when you are out of combat. So from this PA I am assuming you are wanting to always be able to gain 100 NE chakra out of combat without having to sit and meditate correct? Because if you mean in combat the number cannot go past 50 and to be honest even if I gave you that it would just conflict with your custom razz
