Granted. But it keeps raining and then there's a huge flood, and everyone finds out that it was your wish that make it happen so a mob runs you out of town.

Granted, but its a nuke set off by the super intelligent pigeons living there, s they go to war with the rats. The nuclear fallout is only enough to cause people to have mild nausea, in turn making them exterminate all rodent life in D.C. Good game.
