I meant to say that we all COULD be saved, my bad. Look you OBVIOUSLY don't know what you're talking about when it comes to Jesus and Hercules. Hercules was a man of battle, death, and war. Jesus was a man of salvation, peace, and healing. rolleyes I rather like that fan art, but I think my outfit could have been a lighter pink! It looks to hot pink! It should be a more pinker pink! gonk

If you actually research about Lilith then you'll see that she's hardly a proper figure is proper religious history of the Jews. rolleyes yes but most stories are mirror images to others. Take the jesus thing, its almost a mirror image to the Hurcles story minus the killing of his wife and kid. Some story has some truth or even a mirror image to tell the same thing. Alot of time stories are censored like the story of little red ridding hood. If you think Jesus and Hercules are similar, then you OBVIOUSLY don't know what you're talking about. Hercules did killing like the Hydra, but Jesus NEVER killed ANYONE. Hercules didn't preach about loving thy neighbor and forgiveness, Jesus did! Hercules didn't die so that we would all be saved. Jesus did. Hercules never took the keys of Life and Death from the underworld. Jesus did. Hercules never resurrected himself, Jesus did. Jesus had mastery over spirits and casted demons out of people, Hercules never did that. Hercules also was willing to cheat and use dirty tricks, Jesus ALWAYS played fair. Hercules sinned by doing things like stealing, Jesus NEVER sinned. Realistically if you get down to it, Jesus and Hercules were VERY, VERY different. Now if you were to say someone like Ghandi, THEN you would be a lot more accurate. i was talking in lines of both being sons of god(s) living amongst mortal men. not their life stories so calm down.

The way Jesus was conceived, Jesus's nature, Jesus's ministry, Jesus's LIFE, HIs Death and Resurrection, His claims of Deity, I guess you don't know the Doctrine of the Trinity which is taught throughout the New Testament, and is Supported by the Old Testament. there is not one thing Hercules had in common with Jesus, mind you Son of God is a title, for he is God in the flesh not a literal offspring.... read above post, and you people sure are testy about this considering this guild is about a show that is full of blasamy with the whole goddess stuff.

Barnie from the simpson played him in a episode. the walk on water thing could be like posidun. wow jesus really like water. but there are only so many super powers so someone is bound to have the same ones. i mean look at how many super heros are rich guys in costumes.

well i hate to qoute an anime here but in Ah my goddess the anime, The almighty one the God the bible speaks off would be the highest on the god chain,
Zeus, Odin, Hercules etc and all such other gods would be considered lesser gods to him.
thats my take on it anyway maybe in your worlds where god does exist its something like that ? wee no? anyway thats my random not making any sense styled answer

Please! For Love of... Read the Bible before quoting it. What does changing water into wine for people having an celebration got to do with Poseidon or the Greek god of wine? Everyone should just take a massive chill pill on this, 'cause obviously Yami is being facetious, and will counter anything you say with some crazy comment - it's what he does...

This is a ridiculous argument in the first place - religion is a deeply personal thing, thus every person is going to see it a bit differently...thus an exact consensus is impossible to reach - trying to convince anyone to see things exactly as you do is simply an exercise in futility and frustration...
We should seriously drop this before feelings get hurt...

And it is fair, they have yet to disprove the Historicity of canonical scripture. Can't say that for Zeus or Vishnu now can you? And Christ commands I spread the Gospel through the foolishness of preaching. It's against my Lord's commands to keep silent. And I can't let people get by with inaccuracies. Whither or not you believe it is your choice but just because you believe otherwise doesn't make it any less true, don't matter how deeply personal you might think it is.
