Scrapples I know its kinda cheap but give the Ninjutsu class 10% more chakra just like the friggin hatake bloodline (if I am mistaken abput the hatake bloodline oopsie)
and then if they are ninjutsu class and have hatake bloodline then give them a total of 20% more xd

Exactly. The hatake bloodline only gives you 10 percent more chakra and a little bit more speed.
I was only mentioning that because Taijutsu class gets to be faster then people in any other class as an advantage. Ninjutsu class is supposed to give you more chakra yet no one is able to so where is ninjutsu classes specific advantage?

So you guys think the adding 10% more chakra to the ninjutsu class is fair?
Cause I'm not going to agree if you would say lower the chakra cost for their jutsus (Normally C will become D) thats too unfair.

I'm not against it, but you have to realize too that they also get quite a bit as it is. Not all the classes get three elements that can be used offensively. Two of which are complete mastery.

call_me_ishmail1 I'm not against it, but you have to realize too that they also get quite a bit as it is. Not all the classes get three elements that can be used offensively. Two of which are complete mastery. Yea, Ish makes a good point. I think it is fine how it is.

I think the point of saying they had the "highest chakra reserve" was a miss word of saying they had a high chakra skill which allows them to control 3 elements. They werent saying they had more chakra in a sense of quanity, but of quality which allowed them to have 3 elements.
