Also, quick question...if you are part of the village with the correct sub-element, can you learn those jutsus even though you already have two elements?

Thanks. Wow then...that means...the sand sub-element is gonna be under my control! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Too bad my character will most likely end up dying in a raid or something before I ever get anywhere with the sand jutsu lol.
