Fallout: The Ruined York (Open and Accepting)

"I don't think they'll kill us when they realize I'm here to pay my debt." Alex announced loudly.  

[Zahzi]

"Oh please, they could just take it off your corpse......"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"But that would bring bad business, because other people know why I'm here. And if word gets out they killed a paying client, well, business would plummet. Soon they'd have to get money like a bunch of raiders. And if they act like raiders, then someone will come to get rid of them for being raiders."  

[Zahzi]

"....You're naiive, you know that, right...?" Brad asked as footsteps could be heard from above.
"They don't CARE about their image!"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"They should if they want to last." Alex grunted as she watched above them.  

[Zahzi]

"If you think people care about images nowadays, look at Slade...." A voice from above droned.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I believe you mean, Will. After all, David, you should know your own brother's name."  

[Zahzi]

"Oh please, like that worm would ever go by that name ever again..?" David scoffed, looking down at them.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Actually he will. Soon too, once I'm done paying you off."  

[Zahzi]

"Paying me off..?" David asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Are you speaking of your father's debt..?" he asked, before his eyebrow raised even higher.

"And did you say something that insinuates you have a connection to Slade..?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"What other debt do I freaking have to you?" Alex asked dryly, ignoring his question about Slade.  

[Zahzi]

"Answer. The questions."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Yes. I am paying a debt. Yes, it is my father's debt. And yes, I have a slight connection to Slade. The jackass in my neighbor, and if I wanna keep my house King said I have to get along with him."  

[Zahzi]

"How much was the debt?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Three thousand caps." Alex replied, reaching down and pulling out a bag with said amount of caps.
