Eris5 speedy attacks are too easy to counter. i can just stick my leg out and you trip over yourself for like a mile. Personally I like having my characters be creative and adaptable, ever changing. That way my character isn't restricted to being only a super fast maniac or ultra powerful psycho. Thats a good idea ha ha

*Coughs* Kiddos, I currently hold Sypher as a format for the fastest currently possible ninja. He has: No Summoning, No Clan, No Implant, and rarely ever uses Jutsu. In truth if I ever wanted him to be stronger (Or was allowed to) I could.

You would lose a leg if you tried that with Sypher. neutral instead of putting your foot you need something like um clay rock idfk hahaha it depends

A summoning that boost speed? probably the dragons only though aren't they full a clan ehhh Raiken I guess maybe though clans don't matter much Seki maybe yeah though you will be limited lol who knows knows mmmhmm too many factors really

You just figured out the format. Good show. Dragons are apparently able to boost you up to "The speed of light" or so says dark and Seki-Reigan means up to 8 times your max speed then raiken clan. I would be able to do space travel. And live.

You do have to adimt though speed's weakness, for lack of better analogy; is like poking a stick into a bikes spokes while going downhill. Either the bike has powerful braces to break the stick and keep itself going with slight falter....or the stick snags and the person upon the bike goes superman style over it. word.

Naito dragon isnt full but Alicia said i could have the last spot when i finish the jounin exams.
I was denied for raiken clan cus they all say i god mod which is total bs.
Moki did you go thru and edit your profile if you knew more then 8 tai styles?

@Claru: Lightning travels at half the speed of light last I checked neutral Still means extremely fast. Unless we are talking about Naruto "Lightning" which is slow and actually avoidable by humans.
