I had to do the review chapter in my calc book, I'm halfway done and school starts tomorow. sweatdrop
Luckily, tomorow is a half-day and we shouldn't get through all I've done so far in one class period. so I still have time to finish up.

You completely ripped that off. I have a copy of the original posted in an anime art book.
THAT'S COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
I also looked at the art you have on your DA. I know of at least one other drawing you pirated.
I don't take kindly to art pirates.
I pm'd the mod that you 'made' that art for, and told them. We'll see what happens with that. As for your DA, I strongly recommend you delete your pirated work, or I will find the example of the original, and report it.
You will get banned if you don't.
Hell, you could even be sued.
So I suggest you get rid of it.
 I assure you that I wouldn't waste my time copying another image. Please send me the image and I can probably point out at least some differences for you. Also, since I didn't actually make any money off of that, whether virtual or real, there's no case of copyright infringement since I haven't made it to endorse anything or turn a profit off of it. I don't have the image at this second, but I can scan in the picture from the book as well as give you the title, publisher, and all of the other info on it on Wednesday, when school starts and I get the information from my teacher.
Also, a friend of mine saw your DA and said that they recognize your 'Beziel' piece from somewhere else on DA, though they don't have it any longer.

I can make it 100% sure that that image named "Beziel" my own character, was made by myself and myself only in MSPaint. A program almost nobody would touch for something like that. Since I wasn't making Gaia gold for that Pleinair piece, even if I did happen to replicate it, there's no actual claim against me. The most it would be was eyeballing. Something looked down upon, but not against the rules.

My teachers last year would give us no homework for a week or so, & then give us tons of work to do all on the same day.

Duckie: woah. I looked at that Bezial piece, and I would hate to be the person the guy stole it from. It seems like hours of effort went into it, it's really good for MS Paint. Have you ever wondered,

I really don't get the Harry Potter thing though.
