I'm going with a 7/10
You've got a really good base started.
I love the hair, pin, earmuffs and doves with the banner. Blue, red, gold and white is a great combo.
But maybe stray away from a pink shirt to help with coloring? Maybe more of a red perhaps?
And possibly shoes that aren't so dark?
Idk but I think you have got a great base to work with!!

Thanks that does give me a better idea of how to continue with my avatar since I've been feeling lost with how to continue her and make her into something I enjoy.

At first I was like HOLY PURPLE BUTTERFLIES BATMAN!!
Then I took a step back and looked at it a bit more.
I've come to the conclusion that even though they are the sole area of the color, I like it!

So you Ura, get a 10/10
