"Well, it seems we have some promissing new Kumo ninjas." He looked at Kira, "You'd make the perfect ninja. Agile, Silent, yet strong." Hiro took off his cloak, it was getting much too hot.

Kazuo looks at the clone of Hiro. "Send the real you to the gates, I must speak with him." He turns to everyone else. "I must bid you all farewell." With that he walks out of the office with his raikage robe trailing behind him.

Hiro looked up to Kazuo, "...Okay." The clone dispersed and it knowledge went to the real Hiro.

Hiro arrived at the building and took off the Raikage Hat, he walked inside of the office and sat down in his chair. He faced the newcomers and smiled, "What can I do for you?" Hiro looked at the stack of approval papers on the right hand side of the desk, he moved them over to himself and took out a pen and began to approve/ deny request from the villagers. After he was done he lifted up the stack of papers and walked to the filing cabinet and began to sort out the papers in their rightful portfolio. He sat down once more and took out a sheet of paper, he began writing a letter to the new Hokage.

Velox and his dogs made their way into the office. Velox saw Hiro dressed as the Raikage. "Hiro...where's Kazuo?" he asked highly confused.

Ville came ot the office and knocked on the door. "Hello Raikage?" He called out as he pulled the scroll out. Venus sat down and looked around the new surrondings. Ville rolled his eyes at her. He walked in and waited.

Hiro looked at Ville, he suddenly remembered him. He was a chuunin of Iwagakure during his time there. "Ah, hello Ville. What brings you here?"

Ville smiled when he saw Hiro. "Hiro-san! I have a message for you." He said as he handed him the scroll that read:

It has been some time since the Villages of Stone and Cloud have been together. I have sent you this note here today with this fine ninja, to ask for an Alliance. I Await your reply.

Hiro grabbed the scroll and read it, it was indeed a long time since Iwa was part of the Cloud Alliance. He pulled out a blank scroll and wrote:

Dear Yondaime,
I agree, it is time that Cloud and Rock join together once more. Consider this my agreement to the treaty.

Hiro handed Ville the scroll, "Make sure it get to him, please."
