Aki frowned when Aiko mewed and Tanda frowned at Aiko. "What'd he say?" Aki asked curiously. He stared back at the booties, placing them back from whence he picked them up. "Oh.. Smaller?".

Aki sighed when Tanda said 'nothing'. He then looked at different pairs. He held up another pair to Aiko. Aki glanced back at the racks briefly and saw 'Kitty Snax'. "Would Aiko like this brand of cat treats? I-I mean it's just a thought while we're here!" Aki explained

Aiko crawled onto Aki's shoulder. He had cat treat which any cats loved. Aiko purred happily and slightly clawed at the box. tanda smiled."Aiko loves them." He grabbed a box for Aiko.

Ezra stared at his reflection and turned his head, studying the small, shining rock against his earlobe. Oh... It did look nice! He grinned widely, and for a second his own monkey tale appeared just to wag away some excitement pent up in his body. He smiled happily before turning to his friend. 'Let's go shop for earrings!' he signed with bright and starry eyes, specifically shifted for emphasis.

Aki smiled at Aiko and Tanda. He lightly pet Aiko's head "Even though I can't understand you and Tanda says you say nothing, you're still a cute cat." Aki told Aiko. "Since he likes them it's a good thing we came here!" Aki mused happily.

"Yes but, I still need to get Aiko's booties." He reminded Aki and also Aiko. Tanda knew Aiko would be whining during the winter if he didn't get them now. He finally found a pair of blur bootie that looked small enough to fit Aiko's tiny paw. Aiko meowed at Tanda s he sat on Aki shoulder Tanda just ignored him. "Do you need to get something?" Tanda asked Aki.

"Oh yes.." Aki said as Tanda found a nice blue pair. He looked at Aiko apon his shoulder when he meowed again, but when Tanda ignored the mew, Aki just looked back at Tanda. "Ah no I don't... Well maybe a winter jacket.. But aside from that I was dragged along unwillingly by that wretched girl..." Aki insulted Mika and frowned. She'd practically forced him to come along.

“Singing songs of sleep, the wind blows you far away...”

Smiling lightly at Ezra's cheeriness, Jacoby nodded while attempting not to start giggling like the kid he was. He'd always found he sounded relatively girly when he laughed lightly so he tried not to do it as often out in public.“Alright then. Do you want to start with the studs then move to the hoops followed by the dangly earrings?” he hummed while lightly pulling the monkey boy to his feet. He then started off towards where there were several types of earrings awaiting eager buyers to get them without ever truly knowing if they'd be worn or not.
And that's when it hit him; there was a cat somewhere in this mall. While he wasn't really a dog let alone much of a cat, the scent partly made him want to start chasing after the cat yipping excitedly at it. It was a bad kind of antsiness that he just couldn't shake although he was succeeding so far in ignoring that feeling.

The boy was about to sign his answer but Jacoby grabbed one of his hands and made it difficult for him to answer. So he blatantly answered in charade form, shaking his free sleeve back and making a circle around his earlobe with his index finger to motion for the loops. He always did wonder how he would look with those on, and he could never shift his ears right for them.
Ezra brightened when he saw the jewelry and hopped up and down with excitement. There were so many choices! Colors! Styles! He turned to ask Jacoby which one would match his eyes when he noticed something off about him. He looked... hyper. Ezra tilted his head and gave him a curious glance.

“Hoops it is then,” Jacoby responded in something like that of a strained whimper in which he tried clearing his throat to fix. Noticing Ezra seeming curious about his hyperactivity, the spirit fox felt his ears flatten a bit. Hoping his voice wouldn't come out as weird as it had earlier, he opened his mouth to respond only for a yip to escape. Feeling his face heat up, Jake dropped into a crouch and hid his face behind his arms so he could escape the gazes he knew were now on the two young males. Of course he had to screw up and yip instead of speak English.
“Cat nearby. Instincts want me to chase after it,” he whined lightly so only Ezra could hear him. Why did Fox even let him out of his sight? He was still a pup which meant he wanted to play, eat, drink and sleep. Instincts were harder to control when you were a pup after all.

Oh! That was definitely a strange noise, much different than how Jacoby usually sounded. Actually... It reminded him of when he got excited, he'd always make a yipping noise. He couldn't blame him, though. Chasing a cat sounded awesome! And Lord knows he gets just as excited around food, especially cake.
'Let's chase it!' Ezra offered it sparkling, magenta eyes.

“A-are you sure? I don't want to make you feel obligated to do something just because - Yip! - my instincts are acting all fudged up by the scent of a cat,” Jacoby attempted to speak normally only to return back to that strained whimper with a yip added to it. His words, of course, just drew more attention to them along with his face turning a darker shade of red. Jake couldn't help but to feel embarrassed after drawing so much attention to them over the scent of a cat in the mall. His tails gave a brief wag behind him before blending into looking like one big poofy fox tail as he kind of grew excited at the thought of him and Ezra chasing the cat.

Sensing how uncomfortable Jacoby was, Ezra made a face that might've been him thinking - or struggling not to sneeze - then held up a finger in a way of casually saying, 'One moment'. He looked to the nearest store, a Footlocker, and hurried over to it.
Inside the store of shoes he wasn't too fond of, the child ran over to behind the counter. One of the clerks tried to stop him, but as soon as they reached the counter they found not a boy, but a small fox looking at the clerk with wide, starry eyes. Powerless to such charm, the clerk dumbly watched the fox run out of the store and scratch at Jacoby's legs.

"I'm sure she just wanted to spend some quality time with you." Tanda said with his cheerful attitude. "Let's go get your winter coat before we pick up Mika." Tanda just hoped she was done with her shopping so he wouldn't have to set foot in that store. Tanda shivered slightly just at the thought of walking into that store. How embarrassing! Tanda lead Aki to the cashier to pay for the items they've gotten. 
As Aiko sat on Aki's shoulder the small kitten felt eyes on him. Just as most felines he hated when people stared at him. The small grey kitten slowly turned it's head to look at the boys. It was obvious that the two of them weren't human just by the smell. Aiko kept his keen eyes on them noticing they were plotting something by they way the both of them were fidgeting. In a extremely quick and swift motion Aiko jumped to Tanda's shoulder and meowed in his ear. Tanda suddenly stopped to listen to Aiko in the middle of a conversation with the cashier.
